Circle Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in Tucson, Arizona, Circle Mobile Home Park, situated at 1171 W Miracle Mile, Tucson, AZ 85705, USA, presents itself as a potential option. It's important to approach the consideration of any RV park with a balanced perspective, taking into account all available information. The following introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Circle Mobile Home Park based on the limited publicly available details, primarily derived from customer reviews found online.
Based on the category "RV parks near me," it is assumed that Circle Mobile Home Park offers spaces and amenities suitable for recreational vehicles. However, the name itself, "Circle Mobile Home Park," suggests a primary focus on long-term mobile home residences, which may influence the availability and nature of services offered specifically for RV travelers. It is crucial for those seeking short-term or long-term RV stays to directly contact the park management to inquire about the suitability of their facilities for RVs, including the availability of hookups such as water, electricity, and sewer, as well as the size and accessibility of the RV sites.
The limited information available necessitates a cautious approach to evaluating the environment, services, and features of Circle Mobile Home Park. Customer reviews can offer insights into the experiences of individuals who have resided at or visited the park. However, it is essential to recognize that these reviews represent individual perspectives and may not encompass the entirety of the park's offerings or the experiences of all residents and guests.
Several reviews raise concerns regarding the management and overall upkeep of Circle Mobile Home Park. One reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the administration, specifically mentioning a manager named "Marcela." The complaint detailed a delayed response to a neighbor's sewer issue, with action only being taken after a report to the EPA was mentioned. This suggests potential issues with the responsiveness of management to maintenance concerns, which could be a significant factor for both long-term residents and short-term RV visitors who might encounter similar infrastructure-related problems.
Another point raised in the reviews pertains to parking regulations. According to one reviewer, the contract stipulates a limit of two cars per mobile home, with additional vehicles incurring a charge. Furthermore, there was a dispute regarding parking space boundaries, with claims of encroachment and restrictions on parking in designated areas. For RV travelers, parking is a crucial consideration, and it would be prudent to inquire about the availability of adequate and accessible parking for both the RV itself and any additional vehicles.
A recurring theme in the negative reviews is dissatisfaction with the management. One reviewer described the management as "a joke," alleging prejudice and emotionally driven decision-making. Complaints were also made about noise disturbances, specifically "loud music and horrible bass at all hours," with the reviewer stating that management did not address these issues effectively. Furthermore, there were accusations of inconsistent enforcement of park rules, with fines being selectively applied. Such concerns about management practices can significantly impact the quality of life and overall experience for anyone staying at the park, whether for a short visit in an RV or as a long-term resident.
The physical environment of Circle Mobile Home Park also comes under scrutiny in the reviews. One reviewer stated that the park "looks like it could be part of the dump it’s next to," and disturbingly, mentioned that "google identifies this mobile home park is a dump when you look this place up." Such strong negative descriptions of the park's appearance and surroundings are serious red flags and warrant careful consideration. The proximity to a landfill or a generally unkempt appearance can detract significantly from the desirability of an RV park, impacting factors such as air quality, pest control, and overall aesthetic appeal.
Given these critical reviews, it is challenging to objectively highlight positive features or services without further information or corroborating positive feedback. The absence of any positive comments in the provided reviews suggests potential areas of concern that prospective RVers and residents should thoroughly investigate. It is imperative to visit the site in person, if possible, and to speak directly with current residents (if feasible) and the management to gain a more comprehensive and balanced understanding of the park's environment and operational practices.
In terms of promotional information, none is provided in the given data. Therefore, it is impossible to comment on any special offers, amenities, or unique selling points that Circle Mobile Home Park might advertise. Individuals interested in staying at this park should proactively seek out this information by contacting the management directly. Inquiries should specifically address the availability and suitability of RV sites, the nature and cost of hookups, the presence of amenities such as restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and recreational areas, as well as any rules and regulations that might affect their stay.
Based solely on the provided reviews, there are significant concerns regarding the management, maintenance, and overall environment of Circle Mobile Home Park. Potential visitors should be aware of these criticisms and conduct thorough due diligence before making any decisions. This due diligence should include direct communication with the park management to address the issues raised in the reviews and to ascertain the current conditions and policies of the park. Visiting the location in person would also be highly advisable to form an independent assessment of the environment and the suitability of the facilities for their needs.
As a responsible platform providing information on "RV parks near me," it is our duty to present an objective overview based on the available data. In the case of Circle Mobile Home Park, the prevailing sentiment in the provided reviews is negative, highlighting potential issues with management, maintenance, and the overall environment. Direct communication with the park management is essential to obtain accurate and up-to-date information and to address the concerns raised in the available feedback.

Circle Mobile Home Park Reviews
I have been living in this place like a year and we always pay on time, we don’t put loud music but the administration in this place sucks! Especially the Manager “Marcela”, I report that my neighbors used to have a problem with the sewer and they didn’t care they only take care of it when I told them “I already put the complain with EPA”.On the contract that they give you there it say you can have 2 cars for mobile home and if you exceed that amount you will be charge 25 per car.The same neighbor that used to have problems with the sewer he works with the company Gibraltar the owners of the park.So now they are claiming that they have 3 feet facing my mobile home 😂😂 we barely have space for my car right there and now I can’t park my car in the space that they told me that it’s my property, end of the story avoid this place. And on the contract said as well, that your car shall not obstruct the driveway of other home sites.
Jun 11, 2024 · Carlos Armando LopezManagement at this place is a joke. Very prejudiced and let’s her emotions outweigh doing her job properly. Loud music and horrible bass at all hours of the day and management won’t do anything about it. Jessica (the manager) rarely even replies when we come to her with concerns. Only time they actually replies is when they want to fine you (and they pick and choose who they fine and for what, they don’t fine everyone for breaking rules). Between management and the location idk why anyone would live here unless it’s out of desperation. This place looks like it could be part of the dump it’s next to, and honestly google identifies this mobile home park is a dump when you look this place up.0/10 would not recommend this place. Giving 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review.
