Citrus Hill Reviews
No rooms here. It's at a nice peaceful location. Very nicely kept up and the lot fees are as good as or lower than other RV parks in the area.
Apr 16, 2025 · Bill ScheibleHoping to buy my mother her retirement home here. Very beautiful. Well maintained. Clean. Carrie who helped us out to see the house is an absolute sweetheart. She gave us a awesome tour of the place.
Aug 26, 2024 · Emilio RosarioI have had it with sun outdoor, they have no empathy towards 55+ people, they treat us like we are stupid and everything is a joke with them. The electric goes out in different parts of the park because their electric grid is old and they refuse to upgrade it. They have 6 houses on 1 100 amp breaker and try and tell us we are using too much electricity but it is their breaker that trips not ours. They have yards and houses that flood because of a lack of drainage in this park. Then they never tell us about our rent increase until it goes up . They even put up a canopy and a fan to cool off their breaker panel and charge people who are not here for the electric. There are elderly and disabled people in this park who rely on electricity to survive and they don't care. I would stay away from here.
Jan 28, 2025 · Jeffrey KellerWe have lived here for almost 3 years, and I think Citrus Hill is a great place to live. The park is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Pansy (in the front office) is a complete joy! She is one of the reasons I decided to buy here. They are always making improvements. They are fair and consistent when it comes to issues within the park. Cliff and Gene (grounds) are knowledgeable and friendly. The gated aspect of the community makes for a safe living environment. They are open to diversity. I definitely feel this is a five star RV Resort. Heather seems to get a bad rap, but I have always had positive experiences with her. When are we getting a POOL!! 😆
Oct 12, 2023 · Jessica StellaGoing to say this was a mixed bag. I would say that this park is Big Rig tolerant, not really friendly. The streets are a little tight, but totally driveable in our 40 and 42 foot rigs. It is not really super close to anything, but not far from almost anything you need. We had issues with the electricity cutting out while we were there. Staff told one of the other rigs that the reason was because of all the "big rigs using too much"... not sure how we take up more than everyone else... but okay. We had to endure a tree being cut down that lasted for days of sawing and mess. Not the parks fault, but gotta say they didn't really give us any heads up and had little access to get past the crew while it was all going on. The site itself was super with pavers and a nice space to sit. Was accross from the sewer plant and occasionally it smelled, but really was not a problem for us. Staff was a little distant and sometimes grumpy toward us (as we weren't permanent) and that really seemed to be the issue. They really didn't care for the temporaries. It was a good stay, but don't think we would go back.
