Collective Communities Battle Ground MHC Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Battle Ground, Washington area, Collective Communities Battle Ground MHC, located at 300 SW 7th Ave, Battle Ground, WA 98604, USA, is a mobile home park that requires careful consideration based on recent customer reviews. You can contact them at (360) 687-4211 or their mobile number +1 360-687-4211 for inquiries. However, it is important to be aware of the significant concerns raised by residents regarding rent increases and internet service before making a decision about potential long-term RV living here.
Several recent reviews highlight substantial increases in the cost of living at Collective Communities Battle Ground MHC. One resident mentioned a $100 rent increase, exacerbating their already rising overall cost of living. This suggests a trend of increasing expenses for residents within the park, which could be a significant factor for those on a fixed income or budget-conscious individuals seeking long-term "RV parks near me."
An update from another resident further elaborates on the issue of rent increases. They specifically mention a $200 rent rise associated with the addition of an adult playground. This reviewer expresses concern about the frequency and justification of rent increases, predicting that monthly costs could exceed $1000 within one to two years and suggesting that 25% annual rent increases might become the norm in the park. This perspective raises serious affordability concerns for anyone considering a long-term stay at Collective Communities Battle Ground MHC, including potential RV residents.
Beyond the financial aspects, another critical issue raised by a resident is the extremely slow internet speed available at the park. They describe the best internet as being 700kb/s, characterizing it as internet from the early 2000s. In today's digital age, reliable and high-speed internet is often a necessity for work, communication, and entertainment. The prospect of such slow internet speeds could be a significant deterrent for many RV travelers looking for "RV parks near me" where they can stay connected.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," these reviews present significant drawbacks associated with Collective Communities Battle Ground MHC. The potential for substantial and frequent rent increases poses a risk to the financial stability of long-term residents, including those who might be considering parking their RV there. The severely limited internet speed is another major disadvantage that could impact the quality of life for those accustomed to modern connectivity.
It is important to note that the provided information does not offer any positive feedback regarding the environment, services, or features of Collective Communities Battle Ground MHC. The absence of such comments, coupled with the specific negative feedback on rent and internet, suggests that these may be areas of concern for current residents. There is also no promotional information available in the provided data.
For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" in the Battle Ground area, it is strongly recommended to proceed with extreme caution when considering Collective Communities Battle Ground MHC. Contacting the management at the provided phone numbers is essential to verify the current rental rates for RV spaces, inquire about any potential future rent increases, and ascertain the actual internet speeds and service providers available to residents. It would also be prudent to ask about any other fees or charges associated with staying at the park.
Furthermore, prospective RV residents should inquire about the amenities and services offered at the park. This would include questions about hookups (water, electricity, sewer), laundry facilities, restroom and shower quality, waste disposal, security measures, and any communal areas or recreational facilities. Given the lack of positive reviews regarding these aspects, it is crucial to gather this information directly from the management.
It would also be beneficial to seek out more reviews from other sources, if available, to gain a broader perspective on the living conditions and management practices at Collective Communities Battle Ground MHC. Understanding the experiences of multiple residents can provide a more comprehensive picture than just a few recent negative comments.
In conclusion, the available information regarding Collective Communities Battle Ground MHC in Battle Ground, WA, raises significant concerns for those searching for "RV parks near me," particularly for long-term stays. The reported history and potential for substantial rent increases, along with the extremely slow internet speeds, are major drawbacks that should be carefully considered. Prospective residents are strongly advised to contact the management directly to address these issues and gather comprehensive information about all aspects of living at the park before making any decisions. Exploring alternative RV park options in the Battle Ground area might be a prudent approach given the current feedback.

Collective Communities Battle Ground MHC Reviews
The rent is going up a little bit too high as it went up $100 and my cost of living went up 41
Jan 28, 2025 · Paul VeucasovicUpdate: Rent rises for adding an adult playground. That's it. 200 dollars more. So if you are on a fixed income and thinking about moving here? Expect more of these. I would gather that it'd be over 1k a month in another 1-2 years. 25% rent increases will be the norm in the park. The best internet is 700kb/s if you move here expect internet from the early 2000s.
May 26, 2023 · AnonMy mother lived here and was told by the park owner that she had to add the park owner to the homeowner policy. She also noticed folks looking into windows at 3am on multiple occasions. Others in the park told me that the park owner has people walk around and look into windows to find violations.*****Edit since I can’t reply to owner’s comments:Note to future residents or people considering this park, if you add the park owner to the homeowner policy and the owner dies, the park now owns the home. This is the real reason they request the park owner be added to the homeowner policy.
Aug 11, 2021 · Kelsey WI lived there for 7 years. The worst experience ever. Don't buy a home in this location. The owners make it nearly impossible to sell and for buyers to get approved to live at the park. The management turnover was frequent as well as the police / drug activity. The owners finally took over and cleaned the place up some, only by bulldogging the tenants about every little thing. This is your warning to look elsewhere.
May 24, 2017 · Robin NordlumWe live at Battle Ground mobile estates. Very clean and quiet park. Great location in Battle Ground. The only draw back would be if you lived in the row of homes along Interstate 503. The idiots that feel they have to gun their engines leaving town or gunning it to hurry and make the signal light crossing main street. Quite a few rules, but I guess that's so the park stays neat and clean and presentable to the public when visitors come through. Managers are very careful on who moves into the park. They do careful background checks.
