Coppolas Trailer Park Introduce
Are you a local user in the Bluefield, West Virginia area exploring residential options and perhaps encountering listings under the category "RV Parks Near Me"? While primarily intended for temporary recreational vehicle stays, this category can sometimes include information about mobile home or trailer parks offering more permanent living arrangements. In this context, let us introduce you to Coppolas Trailer Park, situated at RR 4 Box 173, Bluefield, WV 24701, USA. Based on recent customer reviews, the community presents a mixed perspective, highlighting both positive and negative aspects that potential residents should consider.
Located in Bluefield, West Virginia, Coppolas Trailer Park offers a residential setting for individuals and families seeking long-term living arrangements in mobile homes or trailers. Unlike a traditional RV park catering to short-term travelers, Coppolas Trailer Park functions as a community where residents may own their trailers and pay lot rent, or potentially rent trailers directly from the landlord. The environment of the park is likely that of a residential neighborhood, with individual trailer units situated on designated lots. The overall ambiance and upkeep of the park can significantly impact the living experience, and the provided reviews offer contrasting viewpoints on this.
One resident who owns their trailer and pays lot rent describes the landlord as "very nice, respectful and a great person." This positive feedback suggests that at least some residents have had positive interactions with the management, particularly in terms of respectful communication and handling of neighborly disputes. The same reviewer also notes that the park is generally "very quite low traffic," which could be a significant benefit for those seeking a peaceful living environment. This resident expresses a strong affinity for the place, recommending it to others who might have the opportunity to rent or buy there.
However, a contrasting review paints a much less favorable picture of the community and the landlord's management practices. This reviewer describes it as a "very bad community filled with disrespectful ppl" and alleges that the owner who rents out trailers does not adhere to rules and guidelines as a landlord. A serious accusation is made regarding an eviction during the COVID-19 state of emergency, claiming a one-day notice without a formal eviction notice or a signed lease, accompanied by threats to call authorities. This account raises significant concerns about the landlord's professionalism and adherence to tenant rights.
Considering these differing perspectives, it is challenging to provide a definitive assessment of the environment at Coppolas Trailer Park. It is possible that experiences vary depending on individual circumstances, neighbors, and interactions with the landlord. The positive review suggests a quiet park with a respectful landlord, at least in some instances. Conversely, the negative review points to potential issues with community behavior and questionable landlord practices, particularly concerning tenant rights and emergency situations.
In terms of services and features, Coppolas Trailer Park likely provides the basic infrastructure necessary for long-term residential living. These might include:
- **Lot Rentals:** Residents who own their trailers can lease a plot of land within the park. The cost of lot rent typically covers basic utilities and maintenance of common areas, although this is not explicitly stated in the reviews.
- **Trailer Rentals (Potential):** The negative review mentions the owner renting out trailers, indicating that this is an option for those who do not own their mobile home. The terms and conditions of these rentals are not detailed.
- **Utilities:** The park would need to provide access to essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity to each lot or rental unit. The responsibility for payment of these utilities might vary.
- **Roads and Infrastructure:** The park would have internal roads for access to the individual lots. The condition and maintenance of these roads are not mentioned in the reviews.
Features of the park are also not explicitly detailed. One might expect basic features common to trailer parks, such as:
- **Individual Lots:** Each resident would have a designated space for their trailer.
- **Potential for Yard Space:** Depending on the lot size, residents might have a small yard area.
- **Community Areas (Unspecified):** It is unknown whether Coppolas Trailer Park has any communal facilities such as laundry rooms, playgrounds, or community centers.
Promotional information is absent from the provided reviews. There are no mentions of special offers, amenities being highlighted for new residents, or any marketing efforts. Therefore, potential local users will need to rely on direct inquiry and perhaps further investigation to understand the current offerings and any incentives.
Given the starkly contrasting reviews, local users considering Coppolas Trailer Park as a "Camping Near Me" option (in the context of long-term residential living) should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence. The positive review suggests a potentially quiet park with a respectful landlord, which could be appealing. However, the serious allegations in the negative review regarding landlord practices and community behavior cannot be ignored. It is essential for prospective residents to seek further information, potentially by visiting the park, speaking with current residents (if possible), and thoroughly understanding the terms of any rental or lot lease agreement.
To gain a more comprehensive understanding of Coppolas Trailer Park, local users should consider contacting them directly at (304) 589-3167 or +1 304-589-3167 to inquire about current availability, lot rental rates, trailer rental terms, community rules, and any other relevant information. It would also be wise to seek out additional reviews or testimonials from other residents if possible to get a broader perspective on the living experience at Coppolas Trailer Park.
In conclusion, Coppolas Trailer Park in Bluefield, West Virginia, presents a complex picture based on the limited available reviews. While one resident praises the landlord and the quiet atmosphere, another raises serious concerns about the community and the landlord's management practices. Local users seeking long-term residential options in this "RV Parks Near Me" category should carefully weigh these perspectives and conduct thorough research before making any decisions.

Coppolas Trailer Park Reviews
I own my own trailer in Coppolas I pay lot rent but landlord has been very nice, respectful and a great person one of my neighbors got loud one night an another neighbor complained on me an my wife thinking it was us mistakenly. But the landlord was very respectful when he let us know we had a complaint I didn't tell him it was my other Neighbor that was fighting at 1am outside. I didn't want to get them in trouble as I just moved in. But other then that it has been very quite low traffic and great owners. Love the place if you get the opportunity to rent or buy here jump on it!!!
Nov 03, 2023 · Hemibob the redneckIt is a very bad community filled with disrespectful ppl and the owner that rents out the trailers does not follow and rules and guidelines as a landlord. Evicted my husband brother at the time when covid had us under state of emerhendy gave him 1 day to move out, did not give a eviction notice, did not have him sign a lease and threatened to call authorities if he was not moved out within 24hrs!!
Oct 02, 2021 · Jamie JacobsWas checking out campgrounds and saw this one. We were considering it however I see a very bad review right from the start. If the review is true and the owners are heartless and kicked out a woman before the holidays, then I wouldn't stay there for anything, they couldn't give me a space.TO the owners...REMEMBER, what goes around will come around. IF you really did that, SHAME on you. The LORD knows the condition of your heart doesn't He? We are suppose to treat others the way we want to be treated!!!
Jul 16, 2017 · wandakateThe landlords are heartless people. They evicted a woman that has lost too much this past year for no reason right here at the holidays
Nov 16, 2016 · bethany amosCould use some better maintenance. When I was there, I saw alot of drug dealing and a few of the trailers look run down.
