Corn Crib Community Introduce
For individuals in the Douglasville, Georgia area or those considering relocating and searching online for "rv parks near me" that might accommodate mobile homes or offer long-term RV stays, Corn Crib Community is an address that appears in search results. Located at 7825 Village Entrance Rd, Douglasville, GA 30134, USA, this community seemingly offers spaces for mobile homes. However, it is crucial for prospective residents to carefully consider the information available from online reviews before making any decisions regarding this location.
Based on the limited reviews available online, the overall sentiment regarding Corn Crib Community is overwhelmingly negative. These reviews paint a concerning picture of the environment and management of the property. One reviewer explicitly labels the place as "very trashy" and expresses strong criticism of the landlord, alleging deceptive practices. This individual recounts a distressing experience of having their home taken from them, leading to significant personal loss and homelessness. Such an accusation is severe and should prompt any potential resident to exercise extreme caution and seek further, verifiable information before considering this community.
Another review echoes these negative sentiments, describing the owner as someone who "just likes to take advantage of people that are in need." This reviewer details significant issues with a specific rental trailer, including the presence of black mold, persistent roof leaks that were allegedly unaddressed for over a year, a "disgusting" kitchen, and a pervasive foul odor described as smelling "like someone died." Furthermore, this reviewer claims that the rent charged is excessively high given the poor condition of the living space. These are serious allegations concerning the habitability and maintenance of the properties within Corn Crib Community.
Given the nature of these reviews, it is challenging to objectively describe positive services or features of Corn Crib Community based solely on this information. The reviews primarily focus on negative experiences related to the condition of the properties and the management. There is no mention of typical RV park amenities such as hookups (water, electricity, sewer), laundry facilities, communal areas, recreational facilities, or pet policies. The absence of such information, coupled with the explicit negative feedback, suggests that these standard RV park services may be either non-existent, poorly maintained, or overshadowed by more significant issues.
Similarly, the environment of Corn Crib Community, as portrayed by the reviews, is far from appealing. The term "very trashy" used by one reviewer indicates a potential lack of upkeep and a generally unkempt appearance of the neighborhood. The specific issues mentioned within individual trailers, such as black mold, roof leaks, and unsanitary conditions, further contribute to a negative perception of the overall living environment. The lack of any positive descriptions of the community's aesthetics or natural surroundings underscores the concerns raised by the reviewers.
There is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. Instead, the feedback serves as a strong cautionary message for anyone considering residing at Corn Crib Community. The allegations of deceptive landlord practices, coupled with the descriptions of uninhabitable living conditions, suggest significant potential risks for prospective tenants. It is imperative for anyone considering this location to conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the property in person, speaking with current residents (if possible), and potentially seeking information from local housing authorities or tenant rights organizations.
In conclusion, based on the limited information available from online reviews, Corn Crib Community in Douglasville, GA, appears to be a mobile home park that warrants significant caution from anyone searching for "rv parks near me" or long-term accommodation. The reviews highlight serious concerns regarding the condition of rental properties, including issues like black mold and structural problems, as well as allegations of unfair or deceptive practices by the landlord. The environment is described as "trashy" and "unkept." Due to the severity of these negative reports and the lack of any positive feedback or information about standard RV park amenities, prospective residents are strongly advised to look elsewhere or to conduct extremely thorough investigations before considering Corn Crib Community as a place to live. The available information does not support recommending this location and instead raises red flags for potential tenants.

Corn Crib Community Reviews
I was forced to give a star if I wanted to complain. The owner just likes to take advantage of people that are in need. The trailer I unfortunately rented is still to this day filled with black mold, roof leaks are still there and he told over a year ago he needed to replace the roof. Kitchen is disgusting and the house smells like someone died. Rent is way to expensive for the garbage he expects you to live in.
Jan 24, 2023 · Liseth VargasVery trashy place and the landlord to all of the trailers is very deceiving, me and my family used to live in this beautiful newly built trailer and we made it look beautiful but the landlord swept it from underneath our feet and even took us to court for it and TOOK OUR HOME FROM MY FAMILY. We currently lost everything because of this man and have nowhere to live, over all the neighborhood is very trashy and unkept, needs a lot of work
Nov 01, 2022 · Sai RDirty butt heaven with more clear than you could shake a bowl at. Hands down the LONGEST running, wrong side of the tracks mobile home community in D'ville that's known for being a weekend morality pit where many an innocent has gotten caught out of place or maybe off guard and ended up losing much more than their end of week paycheck - some are just happy to be able and tell their story after what they have been thru in such a short period of time (36 - 48 hours). Some have forgotten who they were BEFORE that time and are forced to live out the remainder of their lives communicating using short grunts and wild, exaggerated hand gestures simply to keep from having to hear their own voice after screaming tirelessly for their lives on that fateful weekend at Douglassville's Corn Crib Traylor Park.UPDATE: Plans are slated to make this area a dedicated haunted grounds for Halloween tours - although no mention of where the current inhabitants will be during this time - if they're allowed to stay, Lord help us all.
