To get in touch with the park management, you can call them at (713) 817-6808 or reach them via mobile at +1 713-817-6808. While specific details about the park's amenities and services are best confirmed directly with the management, online reviews offer a glimpse into the experiences of previous guests, providing valuable insights for prospective visitors.
Based on customer feedback available online, experiences at Country Escape RV Park appear to be varied. One reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction, particularly concerning the condition of a rental house on the property. This review highlighted issues such as neglected maintenance, unresolved damage from a hurricane, and inconsistent water service. The reviewer also mentioned a change in management leading to a perceived decline in service quality and described challenges related to communication regarding repairs and deposit return. This feedback suggests that potential renters of the house on the property should exercise caution and perhaps seek detailed information about its current condition and maintenance protocols.
In contrast, another reviewer shared a positive experience, describing Country Escape RV Park as a "great quiet place for the family" with "courteous, professional management." This reviewer, who had been staying at the park for three years, praised the owners for their efforts to accommodate the needs and concerns of the guests, fostering a friendly, family-like atmosphere among the residents. This positive feedback indicates that many visitors have found the park to be a welcoming and well-managed environment, particularly for those with RVs.
Considering these contrasting viewpoints, it's essential for potential visitors to weigh the available information and perhaps contact the park directly to inquire about the current state of the facilities, services offered, and any recent updates in management or policies. Asking specific questions about site availability, hookups (such as water, electricity, and sewage), Wi-Fi access, laundry facilities, restroom and shower conditions, and any recreational amenities would be beneficial in making an informed decision.
For RV enthusiasts exploring the "RV parks near me" category, Country Escape RV Park's location in Boling-Iago, Texas, could serve as a convenient stopover or a longer-term base for discovering the surrounding region. Boling-Iago is a small community in Wharton County, offering a quieter pace of life away from the hustle and bustle of larger cities. Its location might provide access to nearby natural attractions, local events, and the charm of rural Texas.
When planning your stay at an RV park, factors such as the size and type of your RV, your need for specific amenities, and your desired level of peace and quiet are crucial considerations. Country Escape RV Park, based on the positive review, seems to offer a tranquil environment, which could be particularly appealing to families and those seeking a relaxed atmosphere. The mention of "courteous, professional management" suggests that the park strives to provide a positive experience for its guests.
However, the negative review regarding the rental house highlights the importance of clarifying the type of accommodation you are interested in and ensuring its condition meets your expectations. If you are an RVer with your own vehicle, this might be less of a concern, but it still underscores the need to inquire about the specific features and upkeep of the RV sites.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of what Country Escape RV Park currently offers, it would be advisable to visit their website (if available), check for more recent reviews on various platforms, or directly contact them via phone or mobile. In conclusion, Country Escape RV Park in Boling-Iago, TX, is a local option for RV travelers and potentially those seeking rental housing on the property. While one review praises its quiet environment and management, another details significant issues with the rental house. Country Escape RV Park Reviews
If I could give zero stars, I truly would. I rented the house located on the property, and the experience was deeply disappointing. Despite paying significantly more than the lot rent charged to trailer tenants, maintenance issues were consistently ignored. The house was in poor condition, and very little—if anything—was ever repaired. After a hurricane, multiple trees fell on the property. I offered to help clean up the damage in exchange for a small rent deduction, which seemed fair given the extensive debris (a job that would likely cost over $10,000 professionally). I was told, “Everyone else is doing it for free—why would I pay you?” Months later, the fallen trees were still untouched.During the winter, the water was repeatedly shut off without warning. On several occasions, my children were left in the shower mid-bath, covered in soap.Things were somewhat better under the old management, but after they left, the situation worsened significantly. I moved out after fulfilling my contract and was told I could get my deposit back if I paid April’s rent—despite ongoing maintenance issues that, under state and federal law, justify a tenant withholding rent or terminating a lease.I made several repair requests by phone, only to be told during move-out that all such requests must be made via text. When I informed her that a friend of mine, who is an attorney, would be assisting me, she mentioned she'd “been to court many times with tenants and always wins.”The final communication included a claim that I was bullying her because she is a woman—which I found inappropriate and deflective. My advice: Do not rent the house or a lot on this property. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business here.
May 05, 2025 · Waylon WalkerGreat quite place for the family. Courteous, profesional management. The owners strives to accommodate any needs or concerns. Been here for 3 years and everyone treats each other like family
Mar 12, 2025 · Christopher YoungAbsolutley love this place. Many trees for shade, great pool and clubhouse during those hot days. Days and nights are quiet and peaceful. We searched the area southwest of Houston for a RV park that was to our liking and we stopped looking when we found this spot. We love the outdoors, state park feel, and convenient location between Houston and the coast. 11/05/20 UPDATE!!! Skynet WIFI is up and running wonderfully. Greatest addition to the park. Hot tub fully operational, come out and enjoy.
Nov 06, 2020 · Meaux BrewWe have been here for a while now and it is one of the many that we have been to, but I have to say it’s pretty close to one of the best. The manager takes pride in her work to keep the park looking like home, always making sure it’s presentable, adding an extra touch on her own to just help us feel like we are in our own back yard!! She is very easy to work with and if you have any issues at all, she’s always right there to help! All the amenities you need-hot tub, pool, laundry facility and clubhouse with adding extras including bathrooms and showers and activities for the littles 😊 it’s just like it’s own little community! To add to that, it is gated that way not just anyone can come in! Just feels like home for us! Very family oriented and pet friendly!
Oct 27, 2022 · Carolyn TrammellThank you country escape for a clean rv park. I’ve only been here a month and in that time I have met a lot of friendly people that makes you feel like family. The club house is awesome can’t wait to get in the swimming pool and hot tub it’s always so clean looking and the park manager Shanna is beyond awesome. She’s very friendly outspoken and it’s nice to know that there is a manager on site when needed. Her son is always willing to give out a helping hand. It nice to live in a nice country loving environment with lots of things to do on site rather it be from games to craft night to playing with the goats to a nice clean club house with open showers and clean restrooms. Thanks again Laura Johnson
