For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Pineville, Louisiana area, Country living RV park, situated at 6698 LA-28, Pineville, LA 71360, USA, is one potential option to consider. When evaluating RV parks for either short-term or long-term stays, it is crucial to consider various factors such as the condition of the facilities, the environment, and the management.

Based on the available review from a former customer, there are significant concerns regarding the condition and management of Country living RV park. This review paints a highly unfavorable picture of the park, highlighting several critical issues that potential visitors should be aware of. It is important to approach this information objectively, recognizing that it represents one individual's experience, but the severity of the claims warrants careful consideration.

The reviewer describes the RV park as "THE WORST RV Park anyone could ever find," immediately setting a negative tone. Specific issues raised in the review include the state of the restrooms, which are described as "filthy." Furthermore, the reviewer alleges that "the toilets in both stay backed up or filthy," indicating a potential ongoing problem with the plumbing and sanitation facilities. The cleanliness and functionality of restrooms are typically a fundamental expectation for any RV park, and these claims suggest a significant lack of upkeep in this area.

In addition to the restroom conditions, the review mentions the state of the showers, stating that "the shower walls are ripped out due to water pipes busting inside walls." This indicates potential structural damage and neglect of essential facilities, raising concerns about the overall maintenance and safety of the park's amenities. Issues related to water pipes and structural damage can also lead to further problems such as mold growth and water damage, impacting the health and comfort of residents.

The reviewer also expresses strong dissatisfaction with the "landlord and property manager." While the specifics of the interactions are not detailed beyond the eviction claim, the negative sentiment suggests potential issues with communication, responsiveness to concerns, or overall management practices. The reviewer's statement about being "WRONGLY EVICTED" following a report to the landlord about the property manager's alleged misrepresentation of EPA and other agency contact further underscores potential conflicts and mismanagement.

Concerns regarding the infrastructure of the RV park are also raised. The electrical system is described as "shotty at best with electrical sockets hanging out of walls." This is a serious safety hazard, as exposed electrical wiring can lead to the risk of electric shock or fire. Reliable and safe electrical hookups are essential for RV users, and the reviewer's description suggests a potentially dangerous environment.

Another significant issue highlighted in the review is "vermin infestation," which is described as "hideous." The reviewer claims that the "Landlord and property manager ignores it," indicating a lack of action to address pest control problems. Vermin infestations can create unsanitary living conditions and pose health risks to residents. The alleged inaction by management to address this issue is a serious concern.

Based on this single, but highly critical, review, the environment and facilities at Country living RV park appear to be significantly below acceptable standards for an RV park. The claims of filthy and malfunctioning restrooms, damaged showers, a faulty electrical system, and vermin infestation paint a picture of a poorly maintained and potentially unsafe environment. The negative remarks about the landlord and property manager further suggest potential issues with the overall management and resident relations.

Given the severity of the issues raised in this review, local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Pineville, Louisiana, should exercise extreme caution when considering Country living RV park. While it is important to acknowledge that this is only one person's experience, the nature of the complaints, particularly those concerning safety and sanitation, should not be taken lightly.

As there are no other reviews or information available online to counter or provide additional context to these claims, it is impossible to present a balanced perspective at this time. The lack of any positive feedback or information about amenities, services, or promotional offers further underscores the need for extreme caution.

Prospective visitors should be aware that essential services typically expected at an RV park include:

  • Safe and reliable electrical hookups.
  • Clean and functional water and sewer connections.
  • Clean and well-maintained restrooms and showers.
  • Waste disposal services.
  • Potentially, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi access, and recreational areas.

The negative review suggests that at least some of these basic expectations are not being met at Country living RV park.

In conclusion, for local users seeking "RV parks near me" in Pineville, Louisiana, the available review for Country living RV park at 6698 LA-28 raises significant concerns regarding the park's cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and management. The claims of filthy restrooms, damaged showers, a faulty electrical system, vermin infestation, and issues with the landlord and property manager should be carefully considered. Without additional information or positive feedback to provide a more balanced view, potential visitors are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and seek alternative RV park options in the Pineville area. It would be prudent to thoroughly research other "RV parks near me" and, if possible, visit potential locations in person to assess their conditions before making a decision.
