Country Squire Mobile Home Village Introduce
For local individuals and families in Florence, South Carolina, exploring the "RV Parks Near Me" category for potential long-term living arrangements, Country Squire Mobile Home Village, located at 2635 E Palmetto St, Florence, SC 29506, USA, presents a complex picture based on the limited available customer reviews. With contact phone numbers (843) 212-9738 and +1 843-212-9738, this mobile home park warrants careful consideration due to the starkly contrasting experiences reported by different individuals. Understanding these perspectives is crucial for local users to make an informed decision about whether this community might suit their needs for long-term RV living or mobile home residency.
One detailed review paints a very negative picture of Country Squire Mobile Home Village, describing it as "ghetto" and poorly managed. This reviewer recounts significant issues with the condition of a rental unit, including the absence of essential appliances like an air conditioner and refrigerator. The unit is described as "raggy" and not properly cleaned after previous occupants. Furthermore, this individual expresses strong dissatisfaction with the management, specifically mentioning a manager named Ashley who allegedly did not care about certain residents. Security concerns are also raised, with the reviewer stating the need to purchase locks due to others opening doors with screwdrivers. The proximity to train tracks is noted as a potential source of noise and disruption. The reviewer details a series of unfulfilled promises regarding remodeling and a lack of maintenance, including leaning counters and sinking floors. Disturbingly, there is also a mention of "young guys peeping in people's windows," raising serious safety concerns. This reviewer strongly advises against moving into Country Squire Mobile Home Village, citing a negative personal experience marked by discomfort, financial regret, and a lack of essential amenities.
In stark contrast, a more recent review offers a positive perspective, stating, "I really like how the management has cleaned things up. Good people who will assist you!" This suggests that there may have been changes in management or improvements in the overall condition and operation of the mobile home park. This positive feedback highlights a potential for a turnaround or a different experience for more recent or current residents. It indicates a willingness from the current management to address past issues and provide better service to the community.
Considering these conflicting accounts, local users exploring "RV Parks Near Me" and considering Country Squire Mobile Home Village for long-term RV living or mobile home residency must approach with caution and seek further information. If the park does accommodate RVs for extended stays, the issues raised in the negative review, such as the condition of the lots and the responsiveness of management to maintenance requests, would be critical to investigate. The proximity to train tracks could also be a significant factor for some individuals seeking a quiet living environment.
The services and features that Country Squire Mobile Home Village might offer are not explicitly detailed in the provided information. However, typical mobile home parks provide essential utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electricity at each lot. Residents are usually responsible for their own utility bills. The availability of amenities such as laundry facilities, community areas, or recreational spaces is unknown. For those considering long-term RV living, the suitability of the lots for RVs of different sizes and the availability of necessary hookups would be important questions to ask.
The environment of Country Squire Mobile Home Village, based on the negative review, could be perceived as undesirable, potentially run-down, and unsafe. The mention of "ghetto" suggests a lack of upkeep and possibly social issues within the community. However, the positive review indicates that efforts have been made to "clean things up," implying a potential improvement in the overall environment. Local users would need to assess the current state of the park for themselves to determine if it meets their standards for a comfortable and safe living environment.
For local users in Florence, SC, who are searching within the "RV Parks Near Me" category for a long-term stay, Country Squire Mobile Home Village presents a situation with significant uncertainty. The strongly negative past experience shared by one reviewer should not be ignored and raises serious concerns about management practices, safety, and the condition of rental units or lots. However, the more recent positive review suggests that improvements may have been made. It is essential for potential residents to conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the park, speaking with current residents (if possible), and directly engaging with the management to understand the current conditions, policies regarding RVs, and the steps taken to address past issues.
Given the conflicting information, it is challenging to provide a straightforward promotional message. Instead, it is more responsible to advise local users to proceed with caution and seek comprehensive information before making any decisions regarding Country Squire Mobile Home Village as a potential long-term RV living option.

Country Squire Mobile Home Village Reviews
If you want ghetto, no air conditioner, no refrigerator, raggy, & not managed...this is DEFINITELY the place! The pics on here are NOT from this trailer park. Manager, Ashley DOES NOT CARE about people who I guess are below her means. We had to buy locks because everyone was opening doors with screwdrivers. Your on top of the train tracks. This was awful! They dont clean the homes after people move out. We had to clean it. Was promised my house was getting remodeled, only to find out the maintenance man quit. Counters leaning, floors sinking in, young guys peeping in people's windows. Disgrace! After I gave her my deposit, I fully regretted it. I didn't give her another dime! No refrigerator for two weeks & no air for a month. Truly disgusted! When asked or contacted about it, she keeps an excuse. Girl bye! True waste of money! DON'T DO IT PEOPLE! Be patient like I should have. It took me falling here to see that there was better elsewhere. I was so uncomfortable here I never unpacked the boxes. I kept the whole house packed up!

Mar 04, 2025 · Marie LeMoineThe entrance to the park has ditch like holes all over the road and because it is privately owned the owner is won't fix so your car can get damaged and you are responsible for damage
