Countryside Village of Atlanta Introduce
For local individuals and families exploring housing options beyond traditional RV parks and searching within the category of "RV parks near me" for potentially longer-term and more stationary living arrangements, Countryside Village of Atlanta located at 10 Sweetwater Way, Lawrenceville, GA 30044, USA, presents itself as a mobile home park offering rental homes. They can be contacted at (770) 921-2213 or via mobile at +1 770-921-2213 for inquiries about availability and community details.
Based on the limited but contrasting feedback from residents, the environment at Countryside Village of Atlanta appears to have both positive and negative aspects. One resident, who has lived in the community for almost a year, expresses strong satisfaction, stating they "ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT." They specifically mention renting a "fairly new 3 bedroom, 2 bath" home and describe their overall experience as "great." This suggests that the park offers relatively modern and well-maintained rental units, contributing to a comfortable living environment for some residents. The same reviewer also characterizes the community as "peaceful" and "private," which are significant advantages for those seeking a tranquil residential setting within the Lawrenceville area.
However, another resident paints a starkly different picture, strongly advising others "DO NOT MOVE HERE." This negative review alleges that the management engages in "scam artist" practices, particularly concerning rent increases. The reviewer claims to have moved in at a lower rent ($500 for the lot) which subsequently increased to $800. This significant increase in lot rent raises concerns about the affordability and stability of living costs within the community. Furthermore, this resident reports issues with service requests, stating that they are often ignored, and expresses dissatisfaction with the inaccessibility of the office staff, claiming they "never answer to any service request and never in the office. Never picks up the phone." This lack of responsiveness to resident needs can significantly impact the quality of life within the park.
In terms of services, the positive review acknowledges that service requests might take time to be addressed, noting that delays of "a few days or a week or longer" are "completely normal for many communities." While this suggests an understanding of potential maintenance timelines, the negative review directly contradicts this, claiming that service requests are never answered. This discrepancy in experiences highlights a potential inconsistency in service provision or a significant decline in service quality over time, possibly coinciding with changes in management as suggested by the mention of a "new manager" named Debra and a preference for previous managers Yenni and Angelica.
Features of Countryside Village of Atlanta, based on the positive review, include the availability of "fairly new" rental homes, some of which are spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This suggests that the park offers modern living spaces that can accommodate families. The positive reviewer also explicitly mentions the affordability of the community, stating, "I couldn't have chose a better, more peaceful, a more private AND affordable place for my family!" This highlights affordability as a key potential feature, although this is directly challenged by the negative review detailing substantial rent increases.
The negative review, conversely, focuses on negative features such as alleged deceptive pricing practices with escalating lot rents and a lack of responsive management and maintenance. The "nasty attitudes" attributed to the staff by this reviewer further detract from the perceived quality of the community and resident experience. The significant increase in lot rent alone could negate any initial affordability, making it a critical factor for prospective residents to investigate thoroughly.
Promotional information for Countryside Village of Atlanta, based solely on the positive review, would likely emphasize the availability of newer rental homes, the peaceful and private environment, the perceived affordability, and the positive interactions with the leasing office and maintenance staff. However, the strong negative review presents a significant counterpoint that cannot be ignored. Any objective introduction must acknowledge both perspectives.
Considering the conflicting reports, local users exploring "mobile home parks near me" through the lens of "RV parks near me" should approach Countryside Village of Atlanta with caution and conduct thorough due diligence. It would be prudent to inquire specifically about rental rates, potential for increases, and the responsiveness of management to maintenance requests. Speaking with multiple current residents, if possible, would provide a more comprehensive understanding of the community's environment, services, and overall living experience. The significant discrepancy between the two provided reviews suggests a potential for varying experiences within the park or a change in management and policies over time.
In conclusion, Countryside Village of Atlanta offers rental mobile homes in Lawrenceville, GA. While one resident praises its newer homes, peaceful environment, affordability, and helpful staff, another strongly cautions against moving there due to alleged deceptive rent increases, unresponsive management, and poor service. For local users considering this community as an alternative to traditional RV parks for longer-term living, it is crucial to weigh these contrasting experiences and conduct thorough personal investigation to determine if Countryside Village of Atlanta meets their needs and expectations regarding cost stability, management responsiveness, and overall quality of life.

Countryside Village of Atlanta Reviews
My family and I have lived here for almost a year and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. We are renting a fairly new 3 bedroom, 2 bath.. and our experience has been great. Sure, things aren't perfect with service requests and may can take a few days or a week or longer, depending on the severity or what is all needed to handle the request, but that is completely normal for many communities (in my opinion).. I absolutely love the staff in the leasing office as well as maintenance.. I couldn't have chose a better, more peaceful, a more private AND affordable place for my family!
Dec 09, 2020 · Tonnesha EdmondDO NOT MOVE HERE. They are a bunch of scam artist. They will move you in on a good price and than rent keeps going up ridiculously! They never answer to any service request and never in the office. Never picks up the phone. I highly do not recommend. Staff has real nasty attitudes and most importantly i moved in on $500 rent and i now pay $800 just for the LOT! I really hate it here. Get rid of debra the new manager and bring back yenni and angelica!
Mar 07, 2020 · Lo JacksonLike most Mobil parks there were a few.nice one but the majority were raggedy. I see the pick on the reviews and that got to be when they first opened. I can in the back then worked my way to the front then the other side. But I have been homeless before and there is NOTHING LIKE ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD. You make the home not the place.
Feb 27, 2018 · Michelle Smith1800 3 bedroom is all I know. It doesn't have anything available either. Rent will go up always these days !! Aren't ya happy people changed the way America was !!!!
May 11, 2023 · Lisa WynnI've had an application in with them since the 1st week in March. They still haven't performed background checks. They ran my Co applicants credit twice (drastically dropping her score). I've contacted them on several occasions for updates and assistance escalating the processing. Still no luck as of yet getting a definitive response regarding acceptance. Just in limbo now! Very frustrating
