Cove Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users seeking information about "RV parks near me," which on some platforms may also list mobile home parks offering long-term accommodation, Cove Mobile Home Park, located at 8510 Old Sardis Rd #301, Morris, AL 35116, USA, presents a residential option in the area. The available customer reviews offer insights into the park's management, environment, and community, providing potential residents with some key considerations.
One long-term resident of Cove Mobile Home Park offers a positive and enduring perspective, having lived there happily for over 20 years. This significant tenure suggests a stable and potentially desirable living environment for those seeking a long-term community. The reviewer specifically commends Catherine, the landlady, describing her as a "very friendly woman" who "does a good job of keeping the park in good condition." This highlights the importance of on-site management and its positive impact on the residents' experience. The fact that the landlady is perceived as friendly can contribute significantly to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere within the park.
Furthermore, this long-term resident mentions that the rent at Cove Mobile Home Park is "reasonable," which is a crucial factor for many individuals and families seeking affordable housing options. The combination of reasonable rent and a well-maintained environment, as reported by this resident, suggests a good value proposition for those considering making Cove Mobile Home Park their home. The reviewer also notes that the neighbors are "nice enough," indicating a positive sense of community within the park, which can greatly enhance the quality of life for its residents.
In contrast to the positive experience of the long-term resident, the second review presents a practical challenge for those seeking to learn more about Cove Mobile Home Park. This reviewer simply states that "no one answers the phone to find out about possible rental." This lack of responsiveness to phone inquiries could be a point of frustration for potential residents trying to gather information about availability, rental rates, or other details about the park. It is important to note that this review does not comment on the living conditions or environment within the park itself, but rather on the difficulty of making initial contact.
Based on the available information, the environment of Cove Mobile Home Park appears to be well-maintained, at least according to the perspective of a resident of over 20 years. This suggests that the landlady, Catherine, takes pride in the upkeep of the park, contributing to a pleasant living environment. The positive mention of "nice enough" neighbors also indicates a potentially friendly and communal atmosphere within the park. However, the lack of response to phone inquiries could hinder prospective residents from experiencing this environment firsthand or obtaining further details.
Details regarding the specific services and features of Cove Mobile Home Park are somewhat limited in the provided reviews. The mention of a landlady implies on-site management and likely the provision of basic infrastructure such as water, sewer, and possibly electricity hookups to the mobile home lots. However, the reviews do not specify whether these utilities are included in the rent or billed separately. Information about additional amenities that might be available, such as laundry facilities, community rooms, playgrounds, or designated parking areas, is not provided. The fact that a resident has lived there for over 20 years suggests that the basic necessities for long-term living are likely in place.
The positive review highlights the "reasonable" rent as a key feature, suggesting affordability. However, without knowing the actual rental rates or the size and type of lots available, it is difficult to make a direct comparison to other mobile home parks in the Morris, Alabama area. The lack of response to phone inquiries, as mentioned in the second review, also means that potential residents cannot easily obtain this crucial information.
There is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews. Details about move-in specials, security deposit requirements, lease terms, or any other incentives for new residents are not mentioned. Local users would need to successfully contact the park management to inquire about such details.

Catherine, the landlady, is a very friendly woman and she does a good job of keeping the park in good condition. Rent is reasonable and the neighbors are nice enough. We have happily lived here for over 20 years now and we love it here

Jan 27, 2025 · james wattsThe entrance (road system) here is ATROCIOUS!! Be warned of some obviously neglected asphalt. My friend can't paint his deck which from professional experience will be dry rotted and gone within another (4-6) seasons. The reason is the landlord insist on sending amateurs to come and that's "IF" you're lucky. You have a "SMURF BLUE" room and want it changed? Good Luck you can even restore the walls or ceiling to a basic white. People drive in and out like they stole cars all hours of the night and your told to keep music down to minimum but apparently some have special treatment because it's boombing all the time and all hours of the night. VERY FEW (3 bedroom /2 Bathroom) places available and they charge you only $100-120 extra a month for extra room & bath. Um what. Driveways are a nightmare, you or a guest will likely get stuck in your pen drive due to the mud. And there is a GREEN pond where I'm told all the run off and backwash from the water systems hooked to all the trailers go, I've even heard that sewage runs off there. Can You Say Possibly Breaking Health Code Violations?
Jan 01, 2019 · Cameron ParkerIt's a decent mobile home community. A friend of mine lives there. It's conveniently located right off hwy31 but is apparently a Hotspot for thieves so she said.
Apr 26, 2023 · Erica ShelnutWe have been calling for 2 months and they don't have a working number to get in touch. Drove through. It's looks like a good place. Wish they would update their information.
