Dan and Bill's RV Park Introduce
Welcome to Dan and Bill's RV Park, located at 15612 116th St E in Puyallup, Washington. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," Dan and Bill's RV Park presents itself as a community-oriented option, particularly highlighted by a long-term resident's positive experience. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the park's environment, services, and features based on the available customer reviews. It is important to note that one review raises a significant personal concern unrelated to the park's facilities, which will also be addressed to provide a complete picture.
The address places Dan and Bill's RV Park in Puyallup, offering a location that is described by one resident as "out of the city but not too far away from it." This suggests a setting that provides a degree of peacefulness and distance from the urban bustle while still maintaining reasonable access to city amenities, services, and attractions. The specific details about the park's physical environment, such as the layout of sites, landscaping, or natural surroundings, are not extensively described in the provided reviews. However, the positive comment about the "place there is nice and pleasant" suggests a generally agreeable atmosphere within the park.
One of the most prominent aspects highlighted in the reviews is the sense of community at Dan and Bill's RV Park. A resident who has stayed for over a year expresses strong positive feelings about the neighbors, stating, "I have great neighbors & we all look out for each other." This indicates a supportive and friendly environment where residents feel a sense of camaraderie and mutual care. This strong community aspect can be a significant draw for individuals and families seeking more than just a place to park their RV but a place where they feel connected to those around them.
Another noteworthy feature mentioned is the positive interaction with "the old man," presumably one of the park's owners or managers (Dan or Bill). The long-term resident describes him as "great & very sweet" and mentions a heartwarming tradition of him giving their daughter a cookie when they pay rent, suggesting a welcoming and family-friendly attitude. This personal touch can contribute significantly to the overall positive experience of residents, making the park feel more like a home than just a temporary stop.
Regarding the facilities and services, one reviewer simply states, "The Facilities are fine." This is a general statement and does not provide specific details about the amenities offered. Typically, RV parks provide essential hookups such as water, electricity, and sewer. Depending on the park, other facilities might include:
- Restroom and shower facilities
- Laundry services
- Wi-Fi access
- Waste disposal
- Common areas or recreational spaces
The lack of specific mentions of these amenities in the reviews does not necessarily mean they are absent, but it suggests they were not the primary focus of the reviewers' comments. Potential visitors may need to contact the park directly at (253) 268-8961 or +1 253-268-8961 to inquire about the specific facilities and services available.
It is crucial to address the serious concern raised in the first review. This reviewer mentions a negative experience with an individual who lives at the park but is stated to have "nothing to do with the facilities only." This is a personal grievance and, according to the reviewer, does not reflect the overall nature of the RV park itself, which they describe as "nice and pleasant." While this incident is concerning for the individual who experienced it, it is presented as an isolated issue with a specific person and not indicative of the park's management or general environment. The reviewer explicitly states that "they know nothing of his doing" and encourages others to contact them for more information. Potential visitors should be aware of this comment but also consider the positive experience shared by the long-term resident.
The long-term resident's intention to stay until they can buy a house further underscores the positive living experience they have had at Dan and Bill's RV Park. This commitment speaks volumes about the comfort, safety, and community they have found there. The phrase "we all look out for each other" reinforces the strong sense of community and mutual support among the residents.
Given the available information, Dan and Bill's RV Park appears to offer a pleasant environment with a strong sense of community. The positive interactions with the management, particularly "the old man," and the supportive neighbors contribute to a positive living experience for at least one long-term resident. While the facilities are described as "fine," specific details are lacking, necessitating direct inquiry for those interested in staying. Potential visitors should also be aware of the personal concern raised in one review, keeping in mind that it is presented as an isolated incident unrelated to the park's management or facilities.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Puyallup, Dan and Bill's RV Park offers a community-oriented setting that may be particularly appealing for longer-term stays. To obtain detailed information about site availability, hookups, amenities, and any specific rules or policies, contacting the park directly at (253) 268-8961 or +1 253-268-8961 is recommended. While no specific promotional information is provided in the reviews, the positive testimonials regarding the community and management serve as an implicit endorsement for those seeking a welcoming and supportive RV park environment in the Puyallup area.

Dan and Bill's RV Park Reviews
The Facilities are fine. It is a person there I will not trust any longer, he has nothing to do with the facilities only, lives there. I post this because "I don't want anyone else experience what I have from this person."The place there is nice and pleasant, they know nothing of his doing. Contact me for more info. I'm not hard to find and easy to contact. Even, I'm real, not an A.I..
Mar 01, 2025 · Richard Weins (Rick)I've been here over a year & I don't plan on moving tell I can buy a house. The old man is great & very sweet. When we go pay rent he always gives my daughter a cookie (I think he always has cookies for the kids) I have great neighbors & we all look out for eachother. I'm very happy I found this place it's out of the city but not 2 farr away from it.
Jan 16, 2025 · Angel KoppThis park is not for campers the spots are not nightly everyone here is a full time resident. I've read bad reviews on the management here and I will tell you that it's not true. They say the owner is too aggressive but that's not the case. If you pay your bills and don't cause trouble they will go outta the way you help if you've got a problem. The rent is very affordable and the neighbors are great.
Mar 01, 2025 · Thomas F. Kopp IIIThe place is good and quiet, it is friendly for children to play and be safe, there are more rules and that is good.
Jan 17, 2025 · isabel mendoza8 mos. no problems. Like the owners, am grateful to live in this community.Update 5/6/24, still very pleased! Dan and Bill are great, just pay your rent and go about your business. Good commute to Auburn, plenty of shopping up the hill or in Sumner. The river is beautiful.
