Maybe it's because we're new or maybe it's because we're not Latino but when we get a notice every week for some minor violation it's suspiciously concerning and irritating but after pull it off the door you read the violation look around and see the same violation in multiple places ,but John (management) didn't tag them as I've seen many times on security camera drives down our street straight to us tags us drives straight out .its clear discrimination against us .Case in point no parking on front yard we have the hydrant

It is now at 685.00 going up in June to $715. They do not make improvements to the property. You are responsible for putting in your own fencing. There is no parking spaces available for visitors. The road constantly has standing water in the winter. Last year the lot rent was $50. This year it is another $30.
Feb 01, 2018 · Dawnee McCulleyIf I could rate 0 stars I would. The management is a NIGHTMARE! Particularily the regional manager. They micromanage everything and overcharge for tiny lots. There is no drainage so when it rains the yard turns into a swamp and the walkways flood. There is never any parking because the tiny extra parking area is always full. You also cant park in the gravel parking space in front of the lot because it is considered a "yard". Worst place I have ever lived.
