Woodside Manor RV Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Bonney Lake, Washington area, Woodside Manor RV Park, located at 10301 214th Ave E #1, Bonney Lake, WA 98391, USA, offers a community-oriented living experience that may cater to both long-term residents and potentially short-term RV stays. You can contact them at (253) 223-4663 or via mobile phone at +1 253-223-4663 for inquiries about availability and services. Based on the available customer reviews, Woodside Manor RV Park presents a mixed but generally positive picture, highlighting its cleanliness, peaceful environment, and pet-friendly features, while also noting potential communication challenges with staff and long wait times for RV spots.
The environment of Woodside Manor RV Park is consistently praised for its cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere. One reviewer who moved in a month prior to their initial feedback expressed great happiness with the park, specifically mentioning its cleanliness. This suggests that the management prioritizes maintaining a tidy and well-kept environment for its residents. The same reviewer also noted the friendly nature of the residents, describing them as "nice people who care about what they own," indicating a community where individuals take pride in their living spaces and contribute to a positive neighborhood feel. The peacefulness of the park is also highlighted, making it an attractive option for those seeking a tranquil living environment.
Further enhancing the environment is the presence of specific amenities such as "a park like pathway with poo bag stations through the center of the inner ring for walking pets." This clearly indicates that Woodside Manor RV Park is pet-friendly and provides convenient facilities for pet owners, encouraging responsible pet care within the community. The mention of video security also suggests a focus on the safety and security of the residents and their property, contributing to the overall peace of mind within the park.
Two years after their initial positive review, the same residents reported moving to a space on the outer ring with a lawn, reiterating their positive experience by stating, "We love it here!" This long-term satisfaction speaks volumes about the quality of life and the sense of community found at Woodside Manor RV Park.
However, it is important to consider the less positive feedback regarding staff friendliness, particularly upon initial arrival. One reviewer, whose feedback appears to be primarily related to using the park for propane services rather than residency, noted that the staff "isn't exactly the most friendliest when you first come here." They advise new visitors to be patient and not take any perceived unfriendliness personally. This suggests a potential area for improvement in terms of initial customer service interactions. The same reviewer did find the propane pricing to be fair and described one employee as "awkward" but not unhelpful. They also pointed out issues with signage clarity, suggesting that better signage could compensate for any perceived lack of communication from some staff members.
Regarding RV-specific experiences, one reviewer mentioned a significant delay in hearing back about a spot, stating, "Took eight months to hear back about a spot. At least they followed up." This indicates that availability for RVs might be limited, and there could be a substantial waiting list. This is an important consideration for those looking for immediate RV accommodations in the Bonney Lake area. The same reviewer also noted that the trailer restrictions "weren't ideal," although they did not elaborate on what these restrictions entailed. This suggests that there might be specific rules or limitations regarding the type or size of RVs that are permitted in the park.
In terms of services and features, Woodside Manor RV Park offers essential amenities such as utility hookups for water, electricity, and sewage at its various spaces. The presence of a lawn in some outer ring spaces suggests that at least some lots offer additional green space for residents to enjoy. The pet-friendly pathway with waste stations is a notable feature for pet owners. The video security system enhances the safety and security of the community.
Based on the reviews, additional potential services and features might include:
- Propane refill services, with pricing described as fair.
- Long-term residency options, as indicated by the reviewers who have lived there for extended periods.
- A community of residents who take pride in their properties and are generally nice.
However, the limited information prevents a comprehensive list of all services and amenities. Typical RV parks might also offer:
- Laundry facilities.
- Restroom and shower facilities (though these are not specifically mentioned).
- Communal areas or a clubhouse.
- Recreational facilities.
- Waste disposal services.
- Well-maintained roadways within the park.
To obtain a complete list of services and amenities at Woodside Manor RV Park, direct inquiry with the management is necessary.
Regarding promotional information, the provided reviews do not mention any specific discounts or special offers for new residents or RV guests. However, it is possible that the park offers competitive long-term rates or other incentives that are not highlighted in these particular reviews. To learn about any current promotions or the pricing structure for mobile home spaces and RV spots, contacting the park directly is recommended.
In conclusion, Woodside Manor RV Park in Bonney Lake, Washington, offers a clean, peaceful, and pet-friendly community with residents who take pride in their properties. The presence of video security and a dedicated pet walking path are notable advantages. However, potential residents and visitors should be aware of potential communication challenges with staff upon arrival and the possibility of long wait times for RV spots, as well as potential restrictions on trailers. For those seeking a long-term, community-oriented living situation in a well-maintained environment, Woodside Manor RV Park appears to be a good option. To obtain detailed information about availability, services, and any current promotions, it is best to contact them directly at (253) 223-4663 or +1 253-223-4663.

Oct 21, 2024 · Angel HindsNot RV RelatedStaff isn't exactly the most friendliest when you first come here. So, make sure you've got your knickers not in a wad and don't take it personally. Propane pricing is fair, and the employees (it at least the one who's not as communicative) is awkward. It's a good local place to stop for propane. I on wish the signage was clearer to compensate for the lack of employee communication. It would make for a better experience and compensate for some of the brash, unfriendliness they give off.RV RelatedTook eight months to hear back about a spot. At least they followed up. I can't say much about the trailer restrictions. It wasn't ideal.
Oct 15, 2024 · Mrs. CamposVery difficult to get a spot. Wait-list is extremely long but well worth it. Great management & neighbors. Very large lots & less than 2 minutes from the beautiful little city of bonney Lake.
Jun 04, 2020 · terry mooreVery disappointing- a lot of us have put Thousands of Dollars into out older trailer and 5th wheel to keep them updated and the inside looking new and outside as well.Move on and don't say here- there loss and why bother
