Eagle Creek Introduce
Welcome to Eagle Creek, a mobile home park located at 300 Brantley Dr, Hinesville, GA 31313, USA. While the platform category you are using is "RV parks near me," it's important to clarify that Eagle Creek primarily offers long-term residential living for manufactured homes and is not designed for short-term recreational vehicle stays. However, for local users exploring various housing options that might appear in broader location-based searches, this introduction will provide an overview of what Eagle Creek potentially offers, based on the available customer reviews.
Choosing a long-term residence within a mobile home community involves considering various factors such as the environment, the management's responsiveness, the community's upkeep, and the overall atmosphere. Eagle Creek, based on the limited but contrasting customer reviews available online, presents a mixed picture with positive aspects regarding the environment and potential concerns regarding management and community upkeep. Let's delve into what can be inferred about its environment, potential services, and features to provide a comprehensive overview for local users seeking long-term housing solutions in the Hinesville area.
Environment and Location:
Eagle Creek is situated on Brantley Drive in Hinesville, Georgia. Hinesville is the county seat of Liberty County and is located inland from the Georgia coast. The location on Brantley Drive suggests a residential area within Hinesville, potentially offering access to local amenities, schools, and services available in the city. The name "Eagle Creek" might suggest the presence of a creek or natural green spaces in or around the community, contributing to a potentially pleasant environment. However, the reviews do not explicitly confirm this.
One positive review describes the area as "clean" and notes that "people were attending to the children playing outside," suggesting a family-friendly atmosphere and a community where residents take some level of care in the appearance of the surroundings. The reviewer also appreciated the "lack of loud Audio (boom, boom, boom) forms card as they drove in the neighborhood," highlighting a potentially quieter and more respectful environment regarding noise levels, which can be a significant positive aspect for residents seeking peace and quiet.
However, a more critical review paints a different picture regarding the overall upkeep of the community. This reviewer mentions issues with "trees near my home" becoming a problem, with no resolution from management. They also report a significant presence of "Cats everywhere!" and problems with "Dogs leaving their waste everywhere and owners not picking it up." These concerns suggest potential issues with common area maintenance and enforcement of community rules regarding pets, which could detract from the overall living environment for some residents.
Services and Amenities (Typical for Manufactured Housing Communities):
Manufactured housing communities designed for long-term residency typically provide a range of essential services to support their residents. While specific details for Eagle Creek are not available online, common services and amenities in such communities often include:
- Infrastructure: This usually involves well-maintained roads within the community, a reliable water and sewer system, and waste management services (trash and possibly recycling).
- Utility Hookups: Each home site typically provides connections for essential utilities such as electricity, water, and sewer. Residents are generally responsible for their individual utility consumption, billed separately.
- Community Management: On-site or off-site management is usually in place to oversee the community's operations, address resident inquiries and concerns, and ensure compliance with community rules and regulations.
- Common Areas: Depending on the community, there might be common areas for residents to enjoy, such as green spaces, playgrounds, or community centers. The positive review mentioning children playing outside suggests the presence of such areas, although their condition is not detailed.
- Pet Policies: The negative review indicates that pets (cats and dogs) are present in the community, suggesting a pet-friendly policy, but with potential issues regarding the enforcement of responsible pet ownership (e.g., picking up after dogs).
The negative review raises concerns about the reliability and responsiveness of the "Office management," citing a lack of follow-up on financial matters and unresolved maintenance issues (trees). This aspect of service is crucial for residents' satisfaction and the overall functioning of the community. Local users interested in residing there should inquire about the management's responsiveness and procedures for addressing resident concerns.
Features and Unique Aspects (Typical for Manufactured Housing Communities):
Manufactured housing communities offer a unique lifestyle centered around owning or renting a manufactured home within a managed environment. Based on the reviews, some potential features of Eagle Creek include:
- Cleanliness (Observed in Some Areas): One reviewer noted the cleanliness of the area they observed, suggesting that at least parts of the community are well-maintained.
- Quiet Atmosphere (Regarding Loud Music): The absence of excessive noise from vehicles is a notable positive aspect highlighted by one reviewer.
- Family-Friendly (Presence of Children Playing): The observation of children playing suggests a community with families and potentially amenities catering to them.
- Pet-Friendly (Cats and Dogs Present): The presence of pets indicates a likely pet-friendly policy, although with potential challenges in ensuring responsible pet ownership.
- Long-Term Residency Focus: As a mobile home park, the primary focus is on providing stable, long-term housing solutions rather than short-term RV stays.
- Potential for Home Ownership: Residents may have the opportunity to own their manufactured homes and lease the land, offering a pathway to homeownership at a potentially more affordable price point than traditional housing.
The conflicting feedback regarding management responsiveness and community upkeep (pet waste, stray animals, tree maintenance) suggests that the experience of living at Eagle Creek may vary depending on individual circumstances and location within the park. Potential residents should seek more information to understand the current state of these issues.
Promotional Information:
Currently, there is no specific promotional information available online for Eagle Creek. This means details about lot rental rates, any special incentives for new residents, or options for purchasing a manufactured home within the community are not publicly accessible. Local users interested in learning about the costs associated with living in this community should directly contact the management at (912) 447-3311 or +1 912-447-3311.
When inquiring, it would be beneficial to ask about the current lot rental fees, any security deposits or application fees, and what services are included in the rent. If purchasing a home within the community is an option, information about available homes, financing options, and any related promotions would be valuable. Additionally, given the concerns raised in the reviews, it would be prudent to inquire about the community's policies on pet control, common area maintenance, and the process for addressing resident concerns.
Conclusion for Local Users:
Eagle Creek in Hinesville, GA, presents a mobile home community with some positive environmental aspects, such as cleanliness in observed areas and a generally quiet atmosphere regarding vehicle noise. The presence of children playing suggests a family-friendly environment, and pets are likely welcome. However, potential residents should be aware of concerns raised in a customer review regarding unreliable office management, unresolved maintenance issues (trees), and problems with pet waste and stray animals. For local users considering Eagle Creek for long-term housing, it is crucial to contact the community management directly at (912) 447-3311 or +1 912-447-3311 to obtain detailed information about the current environment, services, features, lot rental rates, and the management's approach to addressing resident concerns and maintaining community standards. Eagle Creek Reviews
From what I saw, the area is clean, people were attending to the children playing outside. What liked the most was the lack of loud Audio (boom, boom, boom) forms card as they drove in the neighborhood. You can visit with a friend without all of the loud musIc playing outside. Criticize me if you must. I was nice to visit a friend with all the loud music booming so loud that you can't sit outside a have good conversation. You would be surprised. With that being said, I enjoyed my visit. Thanks
Aug 12, 2023 · Lauren F SmithOffice management is very unreliable. I have been waiting for them to contact me regarding how much I owe for my home. And they have not contacted me. They just push it off. The trees near my home has become a problem, told management as well. Nothing to solve the problem. Cats everywhere! Dogs leaving their waste everywhere and owners not picking it up.
Jun 01, 2022 · Adamariz CruzWe have lived in Eagle Creek for 11 years. We have been made a lot of promises throughout the time of everyone buying and selling this park over and over again. At one point I had to get in touch with code enforcement because my floors were literally falling apart. This new company has kept us updated with everything going on, They answer their phones, and it really seems like they care. I really hope it stays like this because this place could be great. Congratulations on your new property. I can’t wait to see what y’all do to the place! 😊(Side note the speed bumps are horrible)

Nov 05, 2021 · Toya JonesThe property was definitely neglected for several years, but the new Management team has been hard at work and Eagle Creek has undergone some serious changes over the last 12 months! There is a full-time on-site management and maintenance team, the roads have been repaved, new signage has been installed, security cameras are up, new homes have been brought in, and older homes have been completely gut-renovated.Today, this is a safe and well-maintained community that many families and hard-working Americans are proud to call home!
