If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the St. Peters, Missouri area, or considering the option of a mobile home park for long-term residency, Eldorado Estates Mobile Home, situated at 1 Eldorado Ct, St Peters, MO 63376, USA, presents itself as a residential community. They can be contacted at their phone number: (636) 397-4480 or their mobile number: +1 636-397-4480 for inquiries about availability and terms.
Mobile home parks often appeal to individuals and families seeking a more affordable housing solution and a community-oriented environment. Located in St. Peters, a city within the St. Louis metropolitan area, Eldorado Estates Mobile Home offers residents access to the amenities and services available in this region. St. Peters provides a blend of suburban living with access to shopping centers, parks, recreational facilities, and major transportation routes.
Eldorado Estates Mobile Home likely operates by providing lots or spaces for residents to place their manufactured homes. Typically, in such arrangements, residents own their homes but lease the land from the park management. This can be an attractive option for those looking to own a home without the higher costs associated with traditional real estate.
To gain a balanced understanding of life at Eldorado Estates Mobile Home, it is helpful to consider feedback from individuals who have lived or are currently living in the community. Online reviews offer a glimpse into resident experiences, though it's important to remember that these are subjective accounts.
One review, from someone who lived in the park for a cumulative 13 years with their ex-husband, expresses significant dissatisfaction with the management, describing them as "beyond rude and hateful" and unprofessional. The reviewer mentions a lack of responsiveness to resident needs and alleges that upper management has not addressed these issues despite multiple negative reviews. Specific grievances include the park's refusal to allow their adult children to remain in their previously owned home, despite them covering all bills, citing a vague "it's not a good idea" without further explanation or discussion of options. The reviewer also claims that the park assumes no responsibility for various maintenance issues, such as trees and insects, and requires residents to bring their pads up to code, even though they do not own the land. Furthermore, they allege that fees meant for street cleaning in the winter are not being used for that purpose. This review strongly advises against moving into the park due to potential issues and lack of support from management.
Another review points out a discrepancy in advertised amenities, stating that the billiard room, listed as an offering, has been closed since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The reviewer, who has lived there since 2013 and otherwise finds it a "nice community" as long as residents maintain their homes and yards, believes this false advertisement is misleading to prospective residents and should be rectified.
It is important to note that another review, while generally positive about the community aspect for residents who maintain their property, corroborates the closure of the billiard room since 2020, highlighting the issue of potentially outdated or inaccurate amenity listings.
When considering Eldorado Estates Mobile Home as a potential residence, it is crucial to look beyond online reviews and engage directly with the park management. Contacting them at (636) 397-4480 or +1 636-397-4480 will allow you to ask specific questions about current availability, lease terms, monthly lot rental fees, park rules and regulations, maintenance responsibilities, and the status of advertised amenities like the billiard room.
Prospective residents should inquire about:
- Current lot or space availability and sizes.
- The process and requirements for becoming a resident.
- Detailed breakdown of all fees, including lot rent and any additional charges.
- The terms of the lease agreement.
- Rules and regulations of the community, including expectations for lot maintenance.
- Services included in the lot rental fee (e.g., water, sewer, trash).
- Maintenance services provided by the park and the process for requesting maintenance.
- Amenities currently available to residents.
- Security measures in place within the park.
A personal visit to Eldorado Estates Mobile Home can also provide valuable insights. Observing the overall condition of the park, the upkeep of the lots and common areas, and the general atmosphere can help you form your own impression. If possible, speaking with current residents (outside of the management's presence) might offer additional perspectives on the community and management.
While your search might begin with "RV parks near me," it's important to ascertain whether Eldorado Estates Mobile Home accommodates RVs for long-term living or if it is strictly a mobile home park for manufactured homes. Mobile home parks typically cater to long-term residents, whereas RV parks are often geared towards short-term stays for recreational vehicles.
Given the concerns raised in the online reviews regarding management and the accuracy of advertised amenities, it is imperative to conduct thorough due diligence. This includes asking pointed questions to the management about their policies, responsibilities, and how they address resident concerns. It would also be prudent to inquire about the street cleaning services mentioned in one of the reviews and the requirements for bringing a pad up to code.
Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to reside at Eldorado Estates Mobile Home should be based on your individual needs and a comprehensive understanding of what the community offers and what is expected of its residents. Direct communication with the management and a visit to the property are essential steps in this evaluation process to ensure that it aligns with your expectations for long-term living in St. Peters, Missouri.

Eldorado Estates Mobile Home Reviews
Between me and my ex husband we have lived in the park for 13 years. This managment is beyond rude and hateful. When you are in the professional world you DO NOT treat your occupants in the manner in which she does. I have read these reviews and you would think after all the horrible reviews this park gets upper management would do something but you know what they don't care. I know writing this is futile but wanted to agree with everyone here. My ex recently moved next door into another home but still owned our home. My kids are 18 and 21 and lived there their whole life. We were going to let the kids keep ours but they wouldn't even give the common courtesy of giving a reason why they can't stay there other than "it's not a good idea". What a cop out and wouldn't even listen to reason or discuss options. So glad I do not live there anymore and today's discussion just makes me infuriated that I can't even provide for my children even though they are covering ALL the bills. Connie should have been fired long before we moved in but she has been allowed to be rude, ignorant and disrepectful. The park assumes no resposnibility for ANYTHING. Pad rent is supposed to go for street cleaning in the winter however they don't even do that. They are making a killing for pad rent and do nothing.......DO NOT MOVE HERE you will end up regreting that decision if you ever have a problem or issue as YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING Trees, Insects, bring pad up to code (even though you do not own the property) among other issues that we have dealt with in the 13 years we have been there. I know if I talked to my clients the way she does I wouldn't have a job.....how she does is beyond me.

It is a nice community to live in as long as you keep your home and yard nice...which isn't asking to much! However, I don't think it's right that they are still advertising that they have a billard room. This has been closed down since covid began in 2020. This is misleading to those looking to move into the park and I believe this should be addressed. There is no reason the billards should be listed as something the park offers unless they open it back up. Simple as that...at this point it is deceptive.
Sep 17, 2024 · Amanda ParkusWorst managed place ever!!! Connie the Manager is EXTREMELY RUDE, EXTREMELY MEAN AND DISRESPECTFUL. Connie does nothing but send letters that lie, and is by far the most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with. How she is still employed by the communications amongst all residents is beyond me. They refuse to address issues to the property and try and deflect everything onto the residents themselves even though it’s their responsibility. Oh and dont forget to put drapes in your windows and keep them closed 24/7 or else you will get an eviction notice, don’t keep windows open on nice days or else!!! Completely insane how this lady manages this community. Getting out as soon as I can and will be seeking legal action against this individual for sure.
Aug 22, 2024 · Brent BakerIt's a weird cult. Management needs to find new management. Terrible unrealistic expectations
Mar 20, 2025 · Kyle RobinsonTruthfully, management gets a lot of hate, but as long as you’re keeping your house and yard nice she’s amazing! I’ve heard nothing but complaints about management but when we moved here she was incredibly sweet to us, we had a lot of remodeling we had to do so we have slacked on our yard and house but we’ve tried to keep in contact and for that she’s been very patient and kind to us! It’s weird to me that people don’t WANT their yards and houses to look amazing to begin with but to not keep up on it knowing it’s part of the lease agreement is not management’s fault it’s due to laziness!
