Deerfield Village Introduce
For local users in St. Charles, Missouri, who are exploring housing options under the broad category of "RV parks near me," it is crucial to consider various types of residential communities, including mobile home parks like Deerfield Village, located at 3600 Deerfield Dr, St Charles, MO 63301, USA. While primarily designed for mobile homes and potentially long-term residents, understanding the environment, services (as perceived by residents), and features of such parks can provide valuable context for those who might be considering extended RV living or are interested in the overall residential landscape of the area. This introduction aims to offer an objective overview of Deerfield Village based on the limited but significant feedback available from its residents.
The environment of Deerfield Village, as depicted by the resident reviews, presents a somewhat mixed picture. One reviewer expresses significant dissatisfaction, stating, "Don't live here it's trash." This strong negative sentiment is linked to concerns about rising rent without corresponding improvements in infrastructure, specifically mentioning the roads. The reviewer claims that rent is increased yearly with promises to fix the roads, yet these repairs are not being made, suggesting a potential disconnect between the fees collected and the upkeep of the community. This paints a picture of a potentially deteriorating physical environment that is not being adequately addressed according to at least one resident's experience.
In contrast, another review offers a highly positive perspective on the management, specifically highlighting "Brandy" as "the kindest manager on the Deerfield Village team." This resident praises Brandy's intelligence, compassion, fairness, and knowledge of policies and codes, expressing gratitude for her consistent support. This suggests that while there might be issues with the overall maintenance and infrastructure, the interpersonal aspect of management, at least with this particular manager, is a significant positive for some residents. This contrast underscores the complexity of community living, where individual experiences with management can differ from perceptions of the physical environment.
Regarding services and features, the reviews offer limited direct information about the typical amenities one might expect in an "RV park near me," such as hookups for water, electricity, and sewer. Since Deerfield Village is primarily a mobile home park, its infrastructure is likely geared towards the long-term needs of mobile homes rather than the transient requirements of RVs. The negative review points to a lack of maintenance on the roads, which could be a significant concern for anyone, including those maneuvering RVs. The positive review focuses on the quality of the management, which can be considered a crucial service that contributes to resident satisfaction and the enforcement of community standards. However, details about other services like laundry facilities, recreational areas, or community events are not provided.
A key feature, or rather a point of contention, seems to be the increasing rent mentioned in the negative review. The claim that rent is raised yearly without commensurate improvements suggests a potential financial strain on residents and a lack of perceived value for the cost of living in the community. This is an important consideration for anyone contemplating long-term residency, whether in a mobile home or potentially an RV if permitted. The lack of regular presence in the office, also mentioned in the negative review ("Hardly ever anyone in the office"), could be a concern for residents needing to address issues or make inquiries.
Promotional information is absent in the provided reviews. There are no mentions of special offers, discounts, or incentives to attract new residents. For local users interested in potentially residing at Deerfield Village, whether in a mobile home or considering a long-term RV setup (if allowed), it would be essential to contact the management directly at (636) 947-8063 or +1 636-947-8063 to inquire about current rates, policies regarding RVs, the availability of suitable lots, and the status of any maintenance or infrastructure improvements. It would also be prudent to ask about office hours and how residents can effectively communicate with the management.
In conclusion, the limited resident feedback for Deerfield Village in St. Charles, MO, presents a stark contrast. One resident expresses significant dissatisfaction with the rising rent and the perceived lack of maintenance, particularly concerning the roads, and advises against living there. On the other hand, another resident offers high praise for a specific manager, Brandy, highlighting her positive qualities and supportiveness. This divergence in experiences suggests that while there might be issues with the physical infrastructure and perhaps the overall financial value proposition for some, the quality of management can be a significant positive for others. For local users searching under "RV parks near me," Deerfield Village, being a mobile home park, likely caters to long-term residency rather than short-term RV stays with typical amenities. Anyone considering living in Deerfield Village, whether in a mobile home or potentially a long-term RV (subject to park policies), should carefully weigh the concerns raised about maintenance and rent against the positive feedback regarding specific aspects of the management. Direct communication with the park management is crucial to obtain accurate and up-to-date information regarding policies, availability, and the overall living conditions.

Deerfield Village Reviews
It's actually negative 5 star. They raise the rent yearly promising to fix roads. Yet they are collecting extra rent n not fixing nothing. Hardly ever anyone in the office. Just keep rasing rent for their own gain they don't care bout the residents. Don't live here it's trash.
Mar 03, 2025 · Mida locoBrandy is the kindest manager on the Deerfield Village team. She’s smart and compassionate in her approach with everyone living here. She’s fair and knowledgeable about every policy and code to be enforced. Thank you, Brandy, for always being there for us.
Jul 23, 2024 · Debbie PoerterBrandi was very helpful with information about the park. The rest of the staff was very friendly. Generally one of the better parks I seen with a park and lakes to fish. And a storage lot for my camper is big bonus
Aug 05, 2024 · Michael HarpoleA very nice mobile home subdivision. I dislike calling it a "park". It's a community, and the manager Penny does a lot to have community get togethers. Now there is a small church addition to the management building that also once a month on a Saturday, does a food pantry open for those within our community who needs a bit of extra help. Everyone is encouraged to beautify their yards, decks and houses and especially for the holidays to decorate tastefully. They also thru the summer make sure yards are mowed and kept clean around the outside of each mobile home. However, they occasionally go beyond their lawful abilities as management by telling you what is allowed under your enclosed deck, telling kind of fencing can have but dont enforce to all and give out "awards" for best decorated, upkept yards monthly. But always tend to go to same few people each month. I personally stopped trying for it.But, what is keeping the subdivision from the 5th star is the waste of money done at the front entrance to the community. A section of land is used to plant. But, instead of keeping a base year round middle and adding spring/summer flowers and fall flowers then use decorations in winter to fill in the sides they dig up entire section and replant each season. The plants dug up are simply trashed. They increase plot rates to help pay for this. One year a $10 rate increase was for a security guard that they did not do background check on. Wound up had a warrant for his arrest out. So there went the guard but increase continued. So collecting $10 extra from approximately 300 lots for no security measures.......you do math of how much collected that simply went in owners pocket.
