Evergreen Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the McMinnville, Oregon area, Evergreen Mobile Home Park, located at 2400 SE Stratus Ave, McMinnville, OR 97128, presents a mobile home community that may offer long-term RV accommodation. While primarily designed for manufactured homes, some mobile home parks do allocate spaces for RVs seeking extended stays. However, it is crucial to understand that the services, features, and environment of a mobile home park might differ significantly from those of a dedicated RV park catering to recreational vehicles.
Based on the limited customer reviews available, the environment of Evergreen Mobile Home Park appears to have both positive and negative aspects. One reviewer, a traveling nurse seeking a longer-term spot for their RV, described the park's office situation as unconventional. They noted that the "office is in the back of the park and it is in some families home," and it took a considerable amount of time ("Take 10 min") for someone to open the door. Furthermore, this reviewer described the office's cleanliness as poor, mentioning "dog food all over the floor" and a generally unclean state. This raises concerns about the park's management and the upkeep of its facilities.
Another reviewer mentioned the ongoing construction of apartments around the mobile home park, which is leading to the loss of countryside and moonrise views for some residents. This suggests that the surrounding environment is changing, potentially impacting the aesthetic appeal and tranquility of the park in the future. For RVers who value scenic views and a peaceful setting, this development might be a point of consideration.
In terms of services and features relevant to RVs, the available reviews offer limited direct information. As a mobile home park, the infrastructure is primarily designed for manufactured homes, with individual lots intended for long-term occupancy. If Evergreen Mobile Home Park does accommodate RVs for extended stays, it is likely that basic utility hookups such as water, electricity, and sewer would be available at designated RV sites or adaptable mobile home lots. However, the specifics of these hookups, including the amperage of electrical service and the type of sewer connection, would need to be verified directly with the park management to ensure compatibility with different RV types.
Compared to dedicated RV parks, Evergreen Mobile Home Park may have limited or no amenities specifically tailored for RVers. Features commonly found in RV parks, such as dump stations, laundry facilities, recreational clubhouses, swimming pools, playgrounds, or organized social activities, are not mentioned in the provided reviews. The primary focus of a mobile home park is typically on providing a stable, long-term residential environment for manufactured homes, and any amenities would likely cater to this demographic.
One concerning aspect raised by the traveling nurse's review involves the application process. Despite having "good credit" and a "clean rv," their application to keep a spot was denied after paying a $120.00 application fee. The reviewer expressed disbelief, especially considering the condition of a neighboring "1997 trailer that looks like a hoarder lives there" where they were allegedly going to be placed. This experience raises questions about the park's tenant selection criteria and the overall condition of some of the existing accommodations.
The reviews do not provide any information about specific features of the park that might be relevant to RVers, such as the size and layout of potential RV sites, parking arrangements, or pet policies. For individuals considering long-term RV living at Evergreen Mobile Home Park, obtaining this information directly from the management is crucial for assessing the park's suitability.

- **Seek additional reviews:** Look for more reviews online from various sources to get a broader perspective on the experiences of current or past residents, particularly those who may have stayed in RVs.
In conclusion, Evergreen Mobile Home Park in McMinnville, OR, is a mobile home community that might offer long-term RV living options. However, the limited and somewhat negative reviews suggest potential concerns regarding management practices, the condition of some areas within the park, and the impact of surrounding development. Prospective RV residents should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence by directly contacting the park management to obtain detailed information relevant to RVs and by visiting the property if possible to assess its suitability for their needs. Understanding the available amenities, the condition of potential sites, and the park's rules and regulations is crucial before making a decision about long-term residency.

Evergreen Mobile Home Park Reviews
As a traveling nurse I move a lot but have a home base. I was using furnish finders but they increase prices by double for the Summer. So I applied to keep a spot at this location. Paid 120.00 for them to tell I failed the credit application. I know my credit, and I know how much I make. I really am in disbelief as to how my application for a piece of black top could happen. The office is in the back of the park and it is in some families home. Take 10 min to open the office door and you see dog food all over the floor and the place is not clean. But my good credit and clean rv was to good for thier park.....they were going to put me next to a 1997 trailer that looks like a hoarder lives there.
Feb 21, 2025 · HELAN HUFFMANI know people there. Apartments are being built around that trailer park and the views they had of the countryside and moon rising are leaving. Time to move out. I go only to visit.
Feb 16, 2025 · Robert KellyIn the last 3 years, this people friendly community has gone way downhill. The present management company has done little to improve the community and still raises the space rent in extreme jumps. It desperately needs speed limit signs, all of the mail boxes are located in an easily congested area, tenant tenants are required to make unnecessary home improvements and pay more than the spot is worth. I'm appalled
Sep 26, 2019 · Robert AuteryI don't think the management has any care for the tenants that reside there. They are willing to look over potential life threatening issues of the tenants . In an effort to pass liability on to someone else, when it's their responsibility to maintain a safe community for every tenant that resides there.
Mar 05, 2019 · I AmI know people in this park. The place is not kept up very well. I’ve seen the mailboxes. They are not safe. They are not kept up. Do not think this place is safe.
