Squires West Introduce
For those searching for "RV parks near me" in the McMinnville, Oregon area, Squires West, located at 1444 NW 4th St, McMinnville, OR 97128, presents a mobile home park that may offer opportunities for long-term RV residents. While primarily a community for manufactured homes, some mobile home parks can accommodate RVs seeking extended stays, making Squires West a potential option to consider. Understanding the park's environment, management, and any available information about its suitability for RVs is crucial for prospective residents.
Based on the available customer reviews, the environment of Squires West is characterized by a strong sense of community and proactive management. One reviewer specifically praised Caitlyn Gleason, noting her dedication to making the community look good and her efforts to organize activities despite the absence of a clubhouse. This suggests a management that is invested in the residents' well-being and the overall appearance of the park. The reviewer also expressed gratitude for having a manager as "nice and dedicated to our community as she is," particularly after a period without one.
Another reviewer shared a positive experience of moving into Squires West, highlighting Sarah's helpfulness during the process of finding their first home. They felt that Sarah prioritized their needs and went above and beyond to facilitate the transition. This reviewer also appreciated Sarah's efforts in ensuring the neighborhood looks "clean and presentable" and recommended working with her, especially for first-time homebuyers. While this review focuses on the experience of purchasing a manufactured home, it indirectly reflects positively on the park's overall upkeep and the helpfulness of the management staff, which could be beneficial for RV residents as well.
The reviews indicate a proactive approach to community building and maintenance by the management at Squires West. Caitlyn's efforts to organize activities despite the lack of a clubhouse suggest a commitment to fostering a positive social environment. Sarah's dedication to ensuring the neighborhood looks clean and presentable points to a focus on maintaining the physical environment of the park. These aspects can contribute to a pleasant living experience for all residents, including those in RVs.
However, the reviews also highlight the absence of a clubhouse at "my location" within Squires West, as mentioned by one reviewer. This lack of a central gathering space could be a consideration for RVers who value communal areas for social activities or events, which are often found in dedicated RV parks. It is unclear if this applies to the entire Squires West community or a specific section. Prospective RV residents should inquire about the availability of any communal facilities.
In terms of services and features directly related to RVs, the provided information is limited. As a mobile home park, the infrastructure is primarily geared towards manufactured homes, with individual lots designed for long-term occupancy. If Squires West accommodates RVs for extended stays, it is reasonable to assume that basic utility hookups such as water, electricity, and sewer would be available at designated RV sites or adaptable mobile home lots. However, the specifics of these hookups, including the amperage of electrical service and the type of sewer connection, would need to be verified directly with the park management to ensure compatibility with different RV types.
Compared to dedicated RV parks, Squires West may have limited or no amenities specifically tailored for RVers. Features commonly found in RV parks, such as dump stations, laundry facilities, recreational areas (beyond a clubhouse, if one exists elsewhere in the park), or organized social activities (though the manager seems proactive in this area), are not explicitly mentioned. The primary focus of a mobile home park is typically on providing a stable, long-term residential environment for manufactured homes.
The reviews do not provide specific details about the physical layout of the park, the size and configuration of lots that might be available for RVs, parking arrangements, or pet policies. For individuals considering long-term RV living at Squires West, obtaining this information directly from the management is crucial for assessing the park's suitability for their needs.

Squires West Reviews
Caitlyn Gleason is great! She is easy to talk to and is always trying hard to help make the community look good..we don't have a club house at my location and that makes it harder for her.. But she comes up with other ideas and things to do. We did not have a manager for a long time. I am thankful we have one now and as nice and dedicated to our community as she is.
Nov 11, 2024 · Sandy HutchinsBeing part of this neighborhood has been a great experience so far! When we initially reached out to Sarah about finding our first home, we felt that she put us first and did everything she could to help us with this big change. She has made everything so easy and is very quick to get things done. I really appreciate how much she is doing to ensure the neighborhood looks clean and presentable. I would recommend working with Sarah to anybody, especially those looking for their first home.

May 10, 2023 · Jeanenne MaceI have been a resident of Squire Estates West in McMinnville now for 18 years and am very happy with the positive changes that the new manager Sarah Perez has made within the park since becoming manager within the last year of 2021-2022. Sarah Perez is making the park a much nicer and enjoyable place to live and raise a family. She pro actively listens to the residents concerns and professionally handles any problems through great communication skills and wants to make changes for the better of the park. Mrs. Perez has cleaned up the park and helped provide a new trust with me and my family that the management is on our side and wants to continue to improve the neighborhood curbside appeal and also has a positive and friendly demeanor with all residents that help connect the community members in wanting to help her continue building on the great foundation she has started with squire estates residents in earning their trust and respect as well. The park has not always been a pleasant place to live due to managerial inexperience and frustrations of concerns going unheard making it difficult to feel like residents had any hope of living in a park where management and residents we’re united in a common goal of making the park enjoyable to live in again. But I will say that Sarah Perez has proven herself to be the needed change that squire estates needed to overhaul the living aspect of the park much more friendly and helped residents feel like they have a say in what transitions will better benefit the residents now and I enjoy living here now compared to in the past I did not really feel like there was any hope of the park improving no matter how much was done. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live to move here now thanks to the improvements Sarah Perez has made to the park and look forward to the added progress she will continue to bring to squire estates as manger.Squire Estates Resident,Cameron Crader. My personal gratitude and thanks to Sarah Perez for her hard work and dedication to bringing new hope to what the park will become in the future. Thank you Sarah and fellow residents for making the community a good neighborhood that cares again.
