Dundee Hills Resort Introduce
For those searching for "RV parks near me" in the renowned Dundee Hills of Oregon, Dundee Hills Resort, located at 9750 NE Fox Farm Rd, Dundee, OR 97115, USA, offers a promising option. You can contact them at (503) 899-5326 or +1 503-899-5326. This RV park is described as a "very new and awesome" resort, particularly appealing to those looking to explore the region's celebrated wineries and enjoy a peaceful stay.
One of the frequently mentioned positive aspects of Dundee Hills Resort is its tranquil environment, especially during the night. One guest who stayed for five months due to work in the area noted that it was "super quiet at night which was nice." This peaceful atmosphere can be a significant draw for travelers seeking rest and relaxation after a day of exploring the local attractions or working in the area.
The RV sites at Dundee Hills Resort are also commended for their spaciousness. The long-term guest mentioned that "The spot we were in was nice and we had lots of space." Ample space between RV sites enhances privacy and comfort, allowing guests to set up their outdoor living areas without feeling cramped. This is a valuable feature, particularly for those planning extended stays.
For pet owners, Dundee Hills Resort offers a designated dog run. The five-month resident mentioned utilizing this amenity "every once in awhile if it was dry for a few days." Having a dedicated space for dogs to exercise can be a significant benefit for travelers with furry companions, providing a safe and contained area for them to roam.
The cleanliness of the facilities, particularly the showers, is another positive aspect highlighted by a guest. They noted that the "Showers were clean," which is a crucial factor for the comfort and hygiene of RV travelers, especially those who may not have fully self-contained units or who prefer to use communal facilities. The fact that these guests only needed to use the showers once due to a quick fix of their own indicates that the park's facilities are well-maintained.
The owner, Sara, is consistently praised for her friendly and informative demeanor. One guest described her as "extremely nice and informative," while another who stayed for an Airstream rally mentioned that "Sara the owner is very friendly and great for info about the area and wines." This personal touch and willingness to provide local information can greatly enhance the guest experience, making visitors feel welcome and well-informed about the surrounding attractions.
The location of Dundee Hills Resort is also noted as convenient, with one guest mentioning the nice proximity to stores. This accessibility to essential amenities can be a significant advantage for both short-term and long-term visitors, making it easy to stock up on supplies and access local services.
Furthermore, the resort's adjacency to the Archer wine tasting room is a notable feature, particularly for those interested in exploring the renowned wineries of the Dundee Hills. One guest who stayed for an Airstream rally mentioned that the tasting room is "adjacent to the property and they have some lovely wines." This proximity offers a convenient opportunity for wine enthusiasts to sample local vintages without having to travel far.
However, the reviews also point out a couple of areas where improvements could be made or where potential guests should be aware. One long-term resident mentioned that "the speed is not enforced and there were many that did over the 5mph by 2 x 3 times more." This lack of speed enforcement within the park could be a safety concern for pedestrians and other RVers, and it is something to be mindful of when navigating the resort.
Another issue raised by the same long-term guest pertains to encounters during Airstream rallies. They recounted an incident where they "encountered a man between our vehicles in our designated RV spot peeing." This unusual and inappropriate behavior, captured on the guest's camera, was attributed to an Airstream rally event. While the reviewer noted that this was the only time they had any issues, it highlights a potential for unexpected occurrences during large group events and suggests that guests might want to inquire about rally schedules and any related guidelines.
Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment from the reviews is positive, with both guests stating they would recommend staying at Dundee Hills Resort and would definitely stay again when in the area. The combination of a quiet atmosphere, spacious sites, clean facilities, a helpful owner, and a convenient location near wineries and stores makes it an attractive option for many RV travelers.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Dundee Hills, Dundee Hills Resort offers a newer, family-run option that seems to prioritize guest comfort and convenience. The positive feedback regarding the cleanliness, spaciousness, and the owner's friendliness suggests a pleasant stay. The presence of a dog run is a bonus for pet owners. However, potential guests should be aware of the reported issues with speed enforcement and the possibility of unusual incidents during rally events.
To get the most up-to-date information on availability, rates, and any specific policies regarding speed limits or rally events, it is recommended to contact Dundee Hills Resort directly using the provided phone numbers. Inquiring about any promotional offers or discounts for local residents or longer stays might also be beneficial. Given the positive reviews, especially regarding the owner and the overall environment, Dundee Hills Resort appears to be a strong contender for those seeking a tranquil and well-located RV experience in Oregon's wine country.
In conclusion, Dundee Hills Resort in Dundee, Oregon, offers a generally positive experience for RV travelers, characterized by its quiet nights, spacious sites, clean amenities, and friendly owner. Its location in the heart of wine country and proximity to local conveniences add to its appeal. While there have been isolated issues regarding speed enforcement and unusual behavior during rallies, the overall positive feedback suggests that Dundee Hills Resort is a welcoming and recommended "RV park near me" for those exploring the beauty and wineries of the region.

Dundee Hills Resort Reviews
We stayed at this RV park for 5 months due to being in the area for work. It’s super quiet at night which was nice. The spot we were in was nice and we had lots of space. There is a dog run which we utilized every once in awhile if it was dry for a few days. Showers were clean as we had to use them only once since we had to quick fix ours. Sara was extremely nice and informative. The only bad thing is that the speed is not enforced and there were many that did over the 5mph by 2 x 3 times more. Also be aware when the airstream rallies do happen. We encountered a man between our vehicles in our designated RV spot peeing. How do we know?….we had him on camera! Literally looked at our cameras as he was relieving himself. This was the only time we had any issues.Wine is good, quiet at night, location to stores is nice. I would recommend staying here.
Dec 17, 2024 · Hilary ThomasWe had the pleasure of staying at this RV resort for an Airstream rally. The resort is very new and awesome. It’s a family run resort done the right way. The bathrooms and showers are clean and private. Sara the owner is very friendly and great for info about the area and wines. The Archer wine tasting room is adjacent to the property and they have some lovely wines. We will definitely stay here when we are back in the area.
Sep 03, 2024 · Dave LockwoodWe stayed at Dundee Hills Resort for a wine tasting weekend. We stayed in one of the cottages. It was so clean and appointed with just the right amount of things to get us through our stay. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Sara was very informative and was fun to talk to. Usually pictures online make places appear better than they are, but not so for the resort as it was even better in person. Our expectations were definitely met and we hope to stay there again.
Sep 03, 2024 · Donna WalczakManager Staci and Daniel were great. Very helpful every time we asked to stay longer. Great area near everything needed. Thank you staff!
Apr 28, 2025 · Elizabeth LugoGreat RV spot with a tasting room. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The sites are a nice size and have concrete pads with a picnic table. There is laundry service available on sight. For the Non RV’ers, they have Airstreams and cottages for rent. Very good choice to stay for your wine touring adventures and they are also close to other attractions such as the Evergreen Aviation Museum.
