Azalea Gardens Mobile Manor Introduce
While your search may be under the category of "RV parks near me," we want to provide information about Azalea Gardens Mobile Manor, a mobile home park located in Newberg, Oregon. It's important to understand that mobile home parks typically offer long-term residency for individuals who own their manufactured homes and lease the land within the community, rather than short-term RV stays. Based on the limited recent online reviews, experiences at Azalea Gardens Mobile Manor appear to be quite contrasting, particularly concerning the park manager.
Located at 1103 N Springbrook Rd #22, Newberg, OR 97132, USA, Azalea Gardens Mobile Manor can be contacted by phone at (503) 538-8888 or their mobile number, +1 503-538-8888. These contact details can be used to inquire about residency opportunities, current space rental rates, community rules, and any other information for prospective residents. However, the strongly differing opinions expressed in the available reviews warrant careful consideration by anyone thinking of moving to this community.
One review offers a somewhat cynical initial description, referring to the location as a "trailer court with all of the esthetics you've come to admire." This suggests a possibly basic or unexceptional physical appearance of the park. However, this reviewer does highlight a positive feature: "Has a nice little fenced in dog area though!" This amenity would be a significant benefit for residents who are pet owners, providing a dedicated and enclosed space for their dogs to exercise safely off-leash. The presence of a dog park indicates that the community may be pet-friendly, which is an important consideration for many long-term residents.
Despite this positive mention of the dog area, the same reviewer goes on to share a negative personal experience with the park manager, stating, "NOTE: the grumpy manager gave me a hard time for 'trespassing' so we no longer go there. I'd recommend that you avoid this place and go where you are welcomed." This is a serious accusation of unwelcoming and potentially unreasonable behavior by the manager towards a visitor, leading to a negative overall impression and a recommendation to avoid the property. This experience contrasts sharply with the positive feedback found in the other review.
The second review offers a completely opposite perspective on the park manager, describing him as the "BEST manager." This reviewer praises the manager's dedication, stating, "He will go out of his way to make sure everything is 110% done." They also express pride in how well he handles both positive and negative situations with tenants, noting that "they always go home happy!" This overwhelmingly positive feedback concludes with a strong endorsement: "Very good managment! :)"
The stark contrast between these two reviews regarding the park manager is striking. One describes a "grumpy" and unwelcoming individual who accused them of trespassing, while the other hails him as the "BEST manager" who goes above and beyond for tenants and ensures their happiness. This discrepancy could be due to different interactions or perspectives, or potentially a change in management over time, although the reviews do not explicitly indicate this.
Given these conflicting accounts, local users considering Azalea Gardens Mobile Manor for long-term residency are faced with a complex picture. The presence of a fenced dog area is a notable positive for pet owners. However, the experience with the manager seems to be a significant point of contention. One potential visitor felt unwelcome due to an interaction with the manager, while another resident has had an exceptionally positive experience with the same individual.
Without further information about the environment, services, and other features of Azalea Gardens Mobile Manor, it is difficult to form a comprehensive understanding of the community. The first review's comment about the "esthetics you've come to admire" in a "trailer court" suggests a possibly basic physical environment, but this is subjective and lacks detail. Neither review provides information about specific amenities, community events, or the overall upkeep of the park beyond the fenced dog area.
For local users in the Newberg area who are considering a mobile home park for long-term living, Azalea Gardens Mobile Manor presents a situation where the management appears to be a key factor, with strongly differing opinions among those who have interacted with them or reside in the park. Potential residents should attempt to gather more information about the current management style and policies. Contacting the park directly at (503) 538-8888 or +1 503-538-8888 to inquire about residency, community rules, and to get a sense of the management approach would be a crucial step. Additionally, if possible, seeking to speak with current residents (perhaps those not reflected in the limited online reviews) could provide a more balanced perspective on the overall living experience at Azalea Gardens Mobile Manor.
In conclusion, Azalea Gardens Mobile Manor in Newberg, Oregon, offers a mobile home living option with at least one specific amenity highlighted (a fenced dog area). However, the limited online reviews present a stark contrast in opinions regarding the park manager, with one describing a negative and unwelcoming encounter, and another praising the manager as exceptionally helpful and effective. Local users considering this community for long-term residency should be aware of these conflicting experiences and are strongly encouraged to conduct their own thorough investigation, including direct contact with the park and, if possible, current residents, to determine if Azalea Gardens Mobile Manor would be a suitable and welcoming place to call home.
