If you have other choices on places to stay, please stay somewhere else. This place is being run into the ground.Here are the pros to this RV park .. if you have dogs, the big dog park is just around the corner and it's great. And most everyone living here that has been here for a long period of time is great and friendly.Now the cons. it is right next to the sewage waste ponds, so it's stinks ALL the time. There are many rude and entitled people living here.The park is under new management and like a week after the new guy came in, he started passing out eviction notices to people who had just arrived at the park. Which will not look good for him in the future. And there were no prior notices given to these people as to problems that may have been occurring.The spots are so unlevel that your trailer has to be on huge blocks to not have it's jacks fully extended. It is very clear they only thing they really care about is the "vintages" side that rents for $300 a night. But I wouldn't stay there either, they have fiberglass mattress and bug infestations underneath. They allow some people to do as they please, never washing their campers so they are gross and covered in moss, and some people have junk all over their spots.They double charged us when we move in and it took them over a month and a half to finally return the money to me, but only after I told them I was not paying for another month till I had my $950 back. - Katie Caudill
