While primarily serving as a mobile home park, its environment and reported community engagement might also appeal to those seeking a stable, longer-term RV living situation. Let's delve into the details of Angel Haven Mobile Home Park, drawing upon the available information, including resident reviews, to provide an objective introduction for prospective local users.
The environment of Angel Haven Mobile Home Park is positively highlighted in one resident review as a "Great Neighborhood, Clean and Quiet." This suggests that the park management and residents likely take pride in maintaining a pleasant and orderly atmosphere. A clean and quiet environment is often a significant draw for those seeking a peaceful residential setting. The mention of "Regular community activities" indicates that the park fosters a sense of community engagement, providing opportunities for residents to interact and participate in shared events. This can contribute to a stronger sense of belonging and a more vibrant living experience compared to communities with less organized social interaction. While specific details about the types of community activities are not provided, their existence suggests a proactive approach to building a cohesive neighborhood.
In terms of the community and its management, the provided reviews offer contrasting perspectives. One individual who inquired about purchasing at the park reported a negative interaction with the park manager, describing them as "rude and standoff-ish" and lacking in manners. This negative feedback regarding the initial point of contact is a significant concern for prospective residents, as the park manager often plays a crucial role in setting the tone for the community and addressing resident needs. Conversely, a current resident offers a positive view of the management, stating they have "never had an issue with management." This resident suggests that maintaining good neighborly conduct and keeping one's property well-maintained are key to a positive experience within the community. This implies that there might be expectations for resident behavior and property upkeep that contribute to the overall positive environment. The contrasting views on management highlight the importance for prospective residents to form their own impressions through direct interaction.
Information regarding specific services and features within Angel Haven Mobile Home Park is somewhat limited in the provided data. Typically, mobile home parks offer essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity hookups for each lot. It is reasonable to assume that Angel Haven Mobile Home Park provides these basic amenities for its residents. However, details about other services such as laundry facilities, recreational areas (like playgrounds or community halls), pet policies, or specific RV amenities are not explicitly mentioned. For individuals considering longer-term RV stays (if permitted by park management), the availability and reliability of these essential utilities would be a primary concern. Similarly, prospective mobile home owners would need to ascertain the full range of services offered by the park management and any community rules or regulations.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," Angel Haven Mobile Home Park's relevance lies in its potential to accommodate RVs for extended periods, given its infrastructure for utility hookups and its reported clean and quiet environment. The presence of regular community activities might also be appealing to those seeking a more engaged living experience. However, it is imperative for RV owners to directly contact the park management to inquire about their specific policies regarding RVs, including any restrictions on size, age, and the duration of stay allowed. The contrasting feedback regarding the park manager also warrants careful consideration. RV owners might want to gauge their interactions with the management to determine if it aligns with their expectations for communication and service. Understanding the space rental rates and any additional fees applicable to RVs is also crucial.
The provided customer reviews offer a polarized but informative glimpse into life at Angel Haven Mobile Home Park. The positive review emphasizes the "Great Neighborhood," cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and regular community activities, suggesting a well-maintained and socially engaging community. The negative review, however, raises concerns about the professionalism and demeanor of the park manager during an inquiry about purchasing. This discrepancy underscores the importance for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence and potentially interact with the management themselves to form a balanced opinion. The positive resident's comment about the importance of being a good neighbor and maintaining one's property suggests that the community thrives on mutual respect and adherence to certain standards.
Promotional information for Angel Haven Mobile Home Park is not explicitly available in the provided data. For local users interested in learning more about potential promotions, current lot availability for mobile homes or long-term RVs (if permitted), and specific rental rates, the most effective step would be to contact the park management directly at (503) 625-7428 or +1 503-625-7428. Inquiries should include any special offers for new residents and detailed information about the rental agreement, community rules, and any associated fees. Given the mixed feedback regarding the manager, it might be beneficial for prospective residents to have direct communication to assess their own comfort level and gather all necessary information.
In conclusion, Angel Haven Mobile Home Park in Tualatin, Oregon, appears to offer a potentially clean and quiet living environment with regular community activities, which could be appealing to those seeking a stable mobile home community or a longer-term RV stay in the "RV parks near me" category. However, the contrasting reviews regarding the park manager highlight the importance of direct interaction and thorough inquiry by prospective residents. While one resident praises the management and the community atmosphere, another reports a negative initial interaction. Therefore, individuals considering Angel Haven Mobile Home Park should contact the management directly to ascertain their policies on RVs, inquire about amenities and community rules, and form their own assessment of the management style to determine if this community aligns with their long-term living needs and preferences in the Tualatin area.

Angel Haven Mobile Home Park Reviews
Inquired about purchasing at this mobile home park, and the park manager was nothing short of rude and standoff-ish. Could use a lesson or two on manners — it’s unfortunate for the owners who live there are required to entertain his behavior.
May 24, 2024 · A F (SignatureinGold)Great Neighborhood, Clean and Quiet. Regular community activities, never had an issue with management. I guess all you have to do is be a good neighbor, keep up your place and don’t let it get run down.
Sep 28, 2023 · Jack OATRent didn't rise last year but it does this October. Presently, lot rent is $790 and it goes up to $855 Oct 1.One person must be 55+ otherwise everyone else in the household must be 40+.Todd can be a bully and has bee known to bully women. The park is slow to respond to issues you bring up. This last spring, a water pipe broke, and it was in a location that made it the parks responsibility. The break was reported immediately but it took over a month for a company dispatched to repair the break while the water continued to pour out, run under the manufactured home lengthwise and ran down the middle of the street. The homeowner is responsible for weeding and watering their yard or garden spot. If weeds start filling your area, you will get a reminder about your responsibility for upkeep. The park is quiet, the residents all nice, and resident activities and group dinners are common.I used a pod to move my household goods across the country and when it was delivered it wouldn't fit in the driveway, the driver had to put it in front of the trailer. Todd went ballistic, constantly calling the pod company come remove the pod or he would drag it offsite all while friends worked feverishly to unload it. Todd intimidated my wife while I was at a storage facility loading stuff I stored there.
Aug 15, 2023 · robert daltonThis park is managed (owned?) by Commonwealth Real Estate services. These communities are a terrible scam against older folks and those without the resources to buy a regular home. Yearly space rent, which provides virtually no services, goes up on an annual basis and exceeds COLA adjustments for social security and probably most pensions. Needless to say, this is a financial hole in which to throw money. I strongly don't recommend Angel Haven or any other manufactured home park.
Oct 04, 2023 · Sam RobertsonThis is a 55+ Park, one adult has to be that age to live here. The space rent is $735 currently which is low for these types of parks. Quiet living and residents are nice. Most residents keep up their yards unless they're not able to hire someone.
