Pioneer Mobile Park Introduce
Welcome to Pioneer Mobile Park, a charming and established mobile home park located at 13820 SW Electric St, Beaverton, OR 97005, USA. For local users exploring housing options under the category of 'RV parks near me', Pioneer Mobile Park offers a distinct alternative, providing a long-term residential community rather than short-term recreational vehicle accommodations. You can reach Pioneer Mobile Park at (503) 704-0467 or via mobile phone at +1 503-704-0467 for inquiries regarding residency and availability.
Pioneer Mobile Park distinguishes itself as a long-term residential community within the bustling city of Beaverton. One long-time resident describes it as an "oasis in the middle of the city," highlighting the presence of beautiful old-growth trees that contribute to a serene and natural environment. This imagery suggests a park that offers a sense of tranquility and escape from the urban surroundings, a significant draw for those seeking a peaceful living space.
The same resident also comments on the age of the mobile homes within the park, noting that while they may be older, the residents take pride in their properties and are consistently working to maintain and upgrade them. This indicates a community of homeowners who are invested in their living spaces and the overall appearance of the park. This sense of ownership and community effort can contribute to a well-kept and cared-for environment.
A significant aspect of Pioneer Mobile Park, according to the resident review, is the positive experience with the park's manager, Rob. The manager is described as "fantastic," helpful to residents, and firm when necessary, while consistently being fair. This positive feedback regarding management is crucial, as effective and fair management contributes significantly to the overall quality of life within a mobile home park. Residents feeling supported and treated fairly can foster a more harmonious and stable community environment.
Furthermore, the review explicitly recommends Pioneer Mobile Park as a "small, safe and secure park to live by yourself or with your kids." This highlights key features that are particularly appealing to individuals and families prioritizing safety and security in their living environment. The "small" nature of the park may contribute to a closer-knit community feel and potentially enhanced security through neighborly awareness.
The resident also mentions having explored numerous other parks before choosing Pioneer Mobile Park and being particularly impressed with its atmosphere. This suggests that Pioneer Mobile Park offers a unique and positive ambiance that sets it apart from other similar communities in the area. This intangible quality can be a significant factor for prospective residents seeking not just a place to live, but a welcoming and comfortable community.
However, it is important to acknowledge a contrasting piece of information regarding a significant increase in monthly costs for one long-term resident. The statement "My home for the last 30 years was 225 a month. Now 660" indicates a substantial rise in fees over time. While this doesn't provide specific details about what these fees cover (e.g., space rent, utilities, etc.) or the reasons for the increase, it is a crucial point for potential residents to consider and inquire about. Understanding the current and potential future costs associated with living in Pioneer Mobile Park is essential for financial planning.
Considering the available information, Pioneer Mobile Park appears to offer a unique blend of a tranquil, tree-filled environment within the city of Beaverton, a strong sense of community with residents invested in their homes, and a well-regarded manager. These positive aspects, particularly the emphasis on safety and the appealing atmosphere, make it a potentially attractive option for individuals and families seeking a long-term residential solution. However, prospective residents must also be mindful of the significant cost increase reported by a long-term resident and should thoroughly investigate current fees and any potential for future increases.
For local users exploring 'RV parks near me' as a starting point for finding housing, Pioneer Mobile Park demonstrates that mobile home parks can offer a different kind of long-term living experience. While not catering to temporary RV stays, they provide a community-oriented and often more affordable pathway to homeownership or long-term residency through manufactured homes.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of Pioneer Mobile Park and determine if it meets their needs, prospective residents are encouraged to:
- Contact the management directly at (503) 704-0467 or +1 503-704-0467. Inquire about current space availability, lease terms, monthly fees (including a detailed breakdown of what is covered), community rules and regulations, and any amenities offered.
- Schedule a visit to the property at 13820 SW Electric St, Beaverton, OR 97005, USA. Observe the park's environment, the condition of the homes and common areas, and the overall atmosphere.
- If possible and appropriate, speak with current residents. Their firsthand experiences can provide valuable insights into the community dynamics, management responsiveness, and the realities of living in the park.
- Specifically inquire about the history of fee increases and any anticipated future changes. Understanding the financial aspects is crucial for long-term planning.
In conclusion, Pioneer Mobile Park presents itself as a potentially desirable long-term residential community in Beaverton, Oregon, characterized by its natural beauty, strong community spirit, and positive management. While the significant cost increase reported by one resident warrants careful consideration and thorough inquiry, the park's other appealing features may make it a worthwhile option for those seeking a safe and welcoming place to call home. By conducting thorough due diligence, prospective residents can determine if Pioneer Mobile Park offers the right environment and value for their long-term housing needs within the local Beaverton area.

Pioneer Mobile Park Reviews
My home for the last 30 years was 225 a month. Now 660
Dec 06, 2024 · David YoderI really like it here. It's like an oasis in the middle of the city of Beaverton. I love all the old growth tree's, and though the mobile homes are old, everyone tries hard to keep them up and are constantly upgrading them. I also have to say that Rob the Manager here is fantastic. He's helps the residents where he can and is tough when needed. I've always found him to be very fair. If you are looking for a small, safe and secure park to live by yourself or with you kids, this is the place. I've checked out dozens of parks before this one and was not impressed with their atmosphere like I am here. Just my two cents :)
Jun 05, 2018 · Rashad AhmedIve lived here most of my life and altho the houses around here improved the neighbors are unpleasant ,inconsiderate and dont pay attention to their children. The management is attentive and so are the land owners. Ill be moving soon. Aside from the neighbors it's an alright place to live . Not much extra parking tho
Dec 22, 2017 · Diana RossIt's a quiet little park. It would be nice if when I got out of the truck I didn't almost hit the neighbors place or my friend's. But it's cozy here.
Apr 25, 2023 · Becky CuylerUnder a canopy of huge trees is Pioneer. Old mid 50s trailers, many that have been added to and fixed up with extra rooms. Some are for sell at any one time. It also happens to be a nice place to walk your dog.
