Based on the limited information available, Pine Ridge Mobile Park appears to prioritize creating a pleasant and safe environment for its residents. This suggests that the park management strives to maintain a well-kept and secure community, fostering a positive living experience for individuals and families seeking a long-term RV or mobile home location.

- Water and sewer hookups.
- Wi-Fi availability.
- Laundry facilities.
- Restroom and shower facilities.
One of the customer reviews specifically highlights the park manager, identified as Isabel, with contrasting experiences. One reviewer expresses significant dissatisfaction with an interaction regarding a hazardous tree branch, citing a lack of concern for safety and unprofessional communication. This account raises a potential area of concern for prospective residents regarding responsiveness to maintenance requests and customer service. It's important to consider that this is a single negative experience shared publicly.
Conversely, another reviewer offers high praise for the manager, describing her as "beyond good at her job" and awarding the park a 5-star rating. This positive feedback emphasizes the potential for a well-managed and supportive environment within the park. The stark contrast in these reviews underscores the importance of individual experiences and the need for prospective residents to form their own informed opinions, perhaps by visiting the park and interacting with the management themselves.
The mention of a "family oriented" atmosphere in one of the positive reviews suggests that Pine Ridge Mobile Park may be a welcoming community for families seeking a long-term living situation. This could imply a quieter environment and a sense of community among residents. If you are looking for a place where you can settle in and potentially connect with neighbors, this aspect could be appealing.
For those seeking "RV parks near me" that offer a sense of security, the positive review noting that Pine Ridge is a "safe" place is a significant advantage. Pine Ridge Mobile Park Reviews
My review is based on my experience with the manager. I’m a very quiet tenant. I never complain and this was my first interaction with the manager who I believe goes by isabel.I go to the office on 07/05 to drop off a check and take that opportunity to Inform her about this 7ft tree branch that’s completely dried up about to fall any day. I ask her if they can cut it down and she says it’ll be a few days till someone can go see. That’s fine. I ask her where I should park in the meantime because the tree happens to be dangling over my assigned parking spot. I don’t feel comfortable having to park let alone walk underneath it every day because it’s OBVIOUSLY a huge and dangerous hazard. She says I should still park in my spot. And I respond with “but what if the tree falls on my car? It’s going to damage it”I’m not even kidding she has a smirk on her face and says “well I hope you have insurance” excuse me ?so she basically said screw your car and screw your life. Wow interesting. She can’t be clueless enough not to know this is a liability waiting to happen , especially now that she’s aware . And she Insinuated she would tow my car if I parked somewhere else

Sep 05, 2023 · Maureen BanksI find it interesting that I posted a review a few days ago and it’s gone. I’ve lived here 25 years and have had lots of different managers. Recently my sheds were broken into and i told the managers. She seemed to be willing to work with me for a bit but after doing investigations and finding out who the thief is and giving her that info she says oh well there’s nothing we can do. I called the cops and made a report but wouldn’t you think if they knew someone was stealing from multiple people they could dosomething? Nope not at all I guess the drug addicts and people who stealGet priority over good people that work hard for their stuff. Very sad
Jul 14, 2020 · Lori PatrickReply to Dominik:You admitted they have a lot of rules. Yes they do. But you have NO IDEA how strict this place is. You don't live here so you DON'T know what it is like being a tenant.I have been a renter over 25 years. This is the most brutal, iron fisted, "you will do as we say" place I ever lived, but since you didn't sign the contract here and you aren't bound by the rules, you don't know what is place is like for a renter. Very clueless review.Update:I noticed a few more people are giving this place 5 star reviews, BUT I also notice nothing was written. Are they friends of the owners or friends of residents? Seems very strange to give 5 stars but no detail. It is pretty obvious they have no clue what this place is like. This reminds me of Mr Higley who wrote a review. He didn't even live there, but was reviewing it like he knew everything. Very, very ignorant.Reply to Mr Higley:Without being a full time resident, you do not know what is going on in that park. I lived there a few years, and there were little kids running around screaming and playing in the streets at random times during the day. Whether or not you saw it doesn't change facts. The husband and wife managers at the time (Marilyn and Bill) admitted to knowing it, but didn't care. You say you are there all the time, day and night. Really? So without being a resident, you are there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? No you aren't. If you were, your review would not have been so ignorant and you would know what is going on.This place is ran with an iron first. The older man managing at one time made up rules on the fly. My neighbor even said he just made up rules and once her told, and I quote, "new park rule, no parking on the street", yet other people did it.If a person does not want to live with very strict rules, management that changes rules on the fly, and be micromanaged, then it is not the right place to live.I know of 3 people who were forced to moved out because they made numerous complaints to the management. My next door neighbor at the time also had problems getting management to listen. She also mentioned problems with a neighbor who had mental problems. Complaints to the management were all ignored. Of course your family members would not have heard unless they lived next door. There are multiple residents in there with significant mental problems. One of them forced a few residents out by making false accusations. I know this for a fact because I know one of the people. Management always took the side of the people with the mental problems. That is all fact.A resident at the time named Kim L, who is mentally unstable, lived with her daughter, and would be up until 3 am screaming and fighting, at least once a week. Three neighbors complained, but management did nothing. When Kim L complained about anybody, management immediately reacted. They always took the side of a mentally unstable lady over the other tenants. Management played significant favoritism. I was reprimanded about having a dirty yard, and given a month to clean it, yet one street over were at least 2 filthy yards, and they were dirty the entire time I lived there.Unless you live there, you have no idea what is really going on. Based on your logic that if you didn't see it, it doesn't happen, that means if I don't see a crime committed, then it never happened. There are some 5 star reviews. Notice how MOST of them have no details, only a rating. Nothing but bogus reviews.
Nov 19, 2017 · B WI have done business in parks all over the Portland metro area. My opinion of the management of Pine Ridge Park, is that they do an exceptional job of maintaining the standard of living in this park. I am in in and out of the park on an almost daily basis, morning, day, and night throughout the year, and have NEVER seen children running and screaming throughout the park. Just the opposite. The park is relatively quiet. The park conditions are very nice, and well kept.Park policy and rules for tenants of the park are dictated by ownership and the property management company, Commonwealth. With a population of just under 170 units in the park there will always be one conflict or another with these policies, and when a tenant finds themselves in conflict with these policies, they may feel they are being treated unfairly, when in fact they signed an agreement packet prior to moving into the park. Life in a mobile home park is not a perfect match for everyone, and neither is home ownership. I personally know people that have made the decision to move into this park when it was not a good match for their personal preferences, instantly creating friction between tenant and management.Statistically, over 14% of the population in the West moved in 2010. That number would translate into an average of 23 homes for sale in any recent year. However, I can tell you the numbers fall far short of that in Pine Ridge Park. Claims of any kind of mass exit, or forced exile is just not accurate.Although I do not live in Pine Ridge, both my mom and sister do live there. I am in contact with them on a daily basis, and have never heard any problems with anyone with mental issues. It is reasonable to conclude that with a population the size of Pine Ridge, that mental issues exists, just as it does elsewhere. If anyone would like to discuss my experiences with Pine Ridge Park, please contact via my Facebook page, Michael Higley.
