Floral Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users in the Syracuse, New York area who are searching for "RV parks near me" as a potential living situation, it is crucial to thoroughly investigate all available options. Floral Mobile Home Park, located at 7187 State Fair Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13209, USA, has received concerning feedback from individuals who appear to have direct knowledge of the property. Based on the limited but strongly worded reviews available, potential residents, including those considering long-term RV stays, should exercise extreme caution and carefully consider the serious issues raised.
The environment of Floral Mobile Home Park, based on the provided reviews, appears to be significantly compromised by a lack of maintenance. One reviewer explicitly describes the place as "a dump" and criticizes the failure to plow the roads. This is not merely an aesthetic concern; the reviewer raises a critical safety issue regarding the potential inability of fire department or emergency services to access the property during winter conditions. Such a situation would pose a severe risk to the health and safety of all residents. The second review echoes this concern, stating that "The plowing but is awful and they do not salt which is ridiculous being we have harsh winters in CNY." This lack of proper winter road maintenance suggests a disregard for resident safety and accessibility during a significant portion of the year in Central New York.
Furthermore, the second review details the poor condition of the roads within the park, describing them as "horrible with pot holes and speed bumps unmarked causing damage to vehicles." This indicates a general state of disrepair within the infrastructure of the mobile home park, potentially leading to additional expenses and inconveniences for residents due to vehicle damage. The unmarked speed bumps further exacerbate the safety concerns within the community.
The services at Floral Mobile Home Park, as indicated by the reviews, appear to be severely lacking. The failure to adequately plow and salt the roads during harsh winters directly impacts the essential service of safe access to and from residents' homes. The lack of regular road maintenance, resulting in potholes and unmarked speed bumps, further points to a deficiency in upkeep. The first reviewer's sarcastic remark, "Plow the roads, duh!" underscores the fundamental expectation of this basic service, which apparently is not being met. The second reviewer's frustration suggests that these issues are ongoing and significantly impact the quality of life within the park.
The features of Floral Mobile Home Park, as portrayed by the reviews, are overwhelmingly negative. The lack of proper road maintenance, especially during winter, is a significant detraction. The presence of potholes and unmarked speed bumps creates an unsafe environment for driving within the park. The absence of salting during icy conditions further compounds the safety risks. Beyond these infrastructural issues, the second review raises serious concerns about the park management, specifically naming "the park manager DONNA" as "very rude and obnoxious." The reviewer alleges that this manager engages in selective harassment of residents while allowing others to disregard rules. Such behavior can create a hostile and unfair living environment, undermining the sense of community and well-being of the residents.
Adding to the residents' difficulties, the second review states that the residents have "no idea who personally owns the property," with the only available information being "True Enterprise LTD." This lack of transparency regarding ownership can be deeply concerning for residents, as it hinders their ability to address grievances or hold accountable those responsible for the park's condition and management practices. The reviewer explicitly warns, "DO NOT MOVE HERE !! You get stuck with no options," indicating a severe lack of recourse for residents facing these issues.
Currently, there is absolutely no positive or promotional information available for Floral Mobile Home Park based on the provided reviews. In fact, the feedback is strongly negative and serves as a warning to potential residents. The issues raised – lack of essential winter maintenance, poor road conditions, rude and potentially discriminatory management, and a lack of ownership transparency – paint a picture of a mobile home park that is failing to provide a safe, well-maintained, and respectful living environment. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" as a potential long-term residence, Floral Mobile Home Park, based on this information, appears to be a location to avoid.
The severity of the issues raised in the reviews, particularly the concerns about emergency access and the lack of road maintenance during harsh winters, should not be taken lightly. These are fundamental aspects of safety and habitability. The allegations of rude and selective management further contribute to a negative assessment of the park's living conditions. The lack of information about the property's ownership only exacerbates the sense of powerlessness expressed by the residents. The explicit warning against moving to Floral Mobile Home Park should be a significant red flag for anyone considering residing there, whether in a mobile home or an RV.
In conclusion, based on the available customer reviews, Floral Mobile Home Park in Syracuse, NY, appears to be a problematic living environment characterized by poor maintenance, particularly regarding road conditions and winter safety, as well as unprofessional and potentially unfair management practices. The lack of ownership transparency further compounds these concerns. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" for long-term stays, Floral Mobile Home Park is strongly discouraged as a viable option based on the serious issues highlighted by those with apparent experience of the property. Potential residents would be well-advised to seek alternative locations that prioritize safety, maintenance, and respectful management.

I do not live there but this place is a dump Plow the roads, duh! What happens if the fire department or emergency service has to get through?I should call the DOH, and the Town of Van buren. Matter of fact, its my next move. Channel 9 news is an option too!!
Feb 26, 2025 · Ricky RuddThe park manager DONNA is very rude and obnoxious. She only choses to harass certain people while others do what they want. She has no accountability for her actions being the residents have no idea who personally owns the property. The only information residents and town has is True Enterprise LTD. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!
