Franklin Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals and families exploring long-term housing options in the Southeastern Wisconsin area, particularly those searching on platforms like "RV Parks Near Me" with an interest in permanent manufactured home living, Franklin Mobile Home Park is a community that warrants consideration. Located at 6361 S 27th St, Franklin, WI 53132, USA, with contact numbers (855) 647-3311 and +1 855-647-3311, Franklin Mobile Home Park serves as a residential community for manufactured homes, distinguishing it from transient RV campgrounds.
Franklin Mobile Home Park is situated on South 27th Street in Franklin, Wisconsin. Franklin is a growing city within the Milwaukee metropolitan area, offering a blend of suburban living with access to urban amenities. The city is known for its parks, green spaces, and a strong sense of community. Its strategic location provides convenient access to major roadways, including close proximity to I-94, facilitating commutes to Milwaukee and other surrounding areas for work, shopping, and entertainment. The immediate vicinity of the park along S 27th Street is a developed commercial corridor, suggesting easy access to various retail establishments, dining options, and essential services.
Resident feedback on the environment presents a mixed picture. One review describes it as a "Nice peaceful place to live," suggesting that for some residents, the park offers a tranquil atmosphere conducive to comfortable living. This perception of peace is a valuable quality for a residential community. However, another, more recent review expresses significant concerns about the park's upkeep. This reviewer notes that the park "has truly went down in their upkeep," lamenting that it "used to actually be a pretty reasonably decent place with hard working resident's whom well kept up their mobile home's." The current impression, according to this resident, is that "either the caretakers/lot owner's do not care about the appearance of this once very affordable and we'll kept park was." This indicates a potential decline in the maintenance of common areas, which can significantly impact the overall living environment and resident satisfaction. This conflicting information suggests that potential residents should conduct a thorough on-site visit to assess the current state of the park's upkeep for themselves.
As a mobile home park, Franklin Mobile Home Park primarily provides leased lots for manufactured homes. Residents own their homes but pay a monthly lot rent for the land. The contact numbers provided, (855) 647-3311 and +1 855-647-3311, are likely for the park management, which would handle inquiries regarding lot availability, lease agreements, and general park rules. Common services provided by mobile home park management typically include the maintenance of common areas, roads within the park, and often the provision of certain utilities like water, sewer, and trash collection, which are usually included in the lot rent.
The critical review, however, points to potential issues with management accountability regarding park appearance. The reviewer states, "This is an issue where the lot owner is to be held accountable," implying dissatisfaction with how the management is fulfilling its responsibilities for maintaining the park's aesthetics and infrastructure. This feedback suggests that while there are "hard working great people" living as residents who maintain their individual homes, the overall upkeep of the communal areas may be lacking. This is an important consideration for potential residents, as effective management is crucial for a pleasant and sustainable living environment. Prospective tenants should inquire specifically about what services are covered by lot rent and what management's responsibilities are concerning common area maintenance.
The primary feature of Franklin Mobile Home Park is its role as a residential community offering spaces for manufactured homes. For those who find the park "peaceful," this signifies a quiet and low-stress living environment. The presence of "hard working resident's whom well kept up their mobile home's" suggests that individual homeowners take pride in their properties, contributing to a sense of individual ownership and care within the community. While the park's general upkeep has been a point of concern for some, the individual homes themselves, being privately owned, often reflect the care and investment of their residents. These homes can vary in size, style, and amenities, offering diverse living arrangements. As manufactured homes, they typically offer a more affordable path to homeownership compared to traditional stick-built houses.
The park's location in Franklin is also a feature, offering residents access to the city's resources, including schools, parks, and retail. Proximity to major roads is another functional feature, ensuring convenient travel for residents. However, without more specific details on amenities like clubhouses, recreational facilities, or communal spaces, it's difficult to elaborate on these features beyond the general residential aspect.
For individuals searching "RV Parks Near Me" and considering a transition to more permanent manufactured home living, Franklin Mobile Home Park offers a residential option in a suburban Wisconsin setting. The promotional appeal, based on the positive review, lies in its potential to be a "nice peaceful place to live." However, the critical feedback regarding upkeep is a significant factor that potential residents must weigh. It underscores the importance of a personal visit and direct inquiry when considering this park.
Prospective residents should contact Franklin Mobile Home Park directly at (855) 647-3311 or +1 855-647-3311 to gain the most current information regarding lot availability, current lot rent, the application process, and what services are specifically included. It would also be prudent to inquire about the park's maintenance schedule and any plans for improvements to common areas, especially in light of the feedback about upkeep. Understanding the responsibilities of both the park management and the residents regarding property maintenance is crucial before committing to a lease. While the park may have "hard working great people" as residents, the overall impression of the community is also heavily influenced by management's commitment to maintaining common spaces. This objective approach to evaluation will help potential residents make an informed decision when considering Franklin Mobile Home Park as a long-term home.

Franklin Mobile Home Park Reviews
Nice peaceful place to live
Apr 22, 2025 · HopeFaith Muhammed (Monique)DUMP. I feel bad that this place has truly went down in their upkeep of the park? Used to actually be a pretty reasonably decent place with hard working resident's whom well kept up their mobile home's? Now, iny opinion, it appears that either the caretakers/lot owner's do not care about the appearance of this once very affordable and we'll kept park was. Sad. I know a few of the people living as resident's there, and they are hard working great people. This is an issue where the lot owner is to be held accountable.
