Mayfair Village Mobile Home Crt Introduce
For individuals and families exploring long-term housing solutions, particularly those searching on platforms like "RV Parks Near Me" with an interest in permanent manufactured home living, Mayfair Village Mobile Home Court in West Allis, Wisconsin, presents itself as a residential community. Located at 1000 S 108th St, West Allis, WI 53214, USA, with contact numbers (414) 258-7063 and +1 414-258-7063, Mayfair Village operates as a dedicated community for manufactured homes, distinguishing it from temporary RV camping sites.
Mayfair Village Mobile Home Court is situated on South 108th Street in West Allis, Wisconsin. West Allis is a mature suburb immediately west of Milwaukee, characterized by a mix of residential areas, local businesses, and convenient access to larger commercial hubs. The city offers a variety of amenities, including parks, schools, and shopping centers. Its location provides relatively easy access to major roadways, facilitating commutes to Milwaukee and other surrounding areas for work, leisure, and essential services. The specific address on South 108th Street places it within a developed urban/suburban corridor, suggesting proximity to everyday conveniences.
Resident feedback provides a nuanced perspective on the community's environment. While no direct comments describe the aesthetic appeal or physical upkeep of the park's common areas, the reviews offer insights into the social and operational environment. The comments primarily focus on management and specific park rules, which indirectly shape the living environment. For instance, concerns about snow removal imply that the physical upkeep of roads during winter may be an issue for residents, impacting ease of movement and safety. The rule regarding parking in front of homes also influences daily life and the visual aspect of the community. Without external corroboration on the general appearance of the park, it's challenging to provide a definitive objective assessment of its physical environment, but the resident comments suggest a focus on rules and maintenance challenges.
As a mobile home court, Mayfair Village primarily offers leased lots for residents to place their manufactured homes. Residents typically own their homes and pay a monthly lot rent to the park management for the use of the land. The contact numbers provided, (414) 258-7063 and +1 414-258-7063, are the direct points of contact for inquiries regarding lot availability, lease agreements, and park rules. Management's responsibilities generally include the maintenance of common areas, internal roads, and the provision of certain utilities (though specific utility inclusions in lot rent are not detailed in the provided information).
However, significant resident feedback points to challenges concerning management style and services. One review specifically calls out "Jane" as "very particular and judgmental when it comes to who is acceptable at 'her courts'." This implies a rigorous and potentially subjective screening process for prospective residents, and a management approach that some may find overly strict or personal. The phrase "I cannot believe people are still this way in 2025" (note: the current year is 2025 as per the internal clock, which aligns with the review) further underscores the reviewer's perception of outdated or unaccommodating management practices. This indicates a potential barrier for applicants and suggests a strong personality influencing the park's operations.
Additionally, the complaints about management neglecting essential services, specifically "They don't plow," for snow removal, and "complain about every little thing," highlight operational issues. The inability to "park in front of your house either" points to strict parking rules that might inconvenience residents. These reviews suggest that while the park provides the fundamental service of lot leases, the quality of some key maintenance services and the overall management approach may be a source of dissatisfaction for residents. This feedback is crucial for prospective residents to consider, as effective and reasonable management is vital for a positive living experience.
The primary feature of Mayfair Village Mobile Home Court is its function as a residential community for manufactured homes, offering a path to homeownership for many. Its location in West Allis provides residents with the benefits of living in an established suburb with access to urban amenities. While specific details about on-site community amenities (e.g., clubhouse, playground, common recreational areas) are not available, the focus seems to be on providing individual lots for manufactured homes. The homes themselves are privately owned by residents and can vary in age, size, and features, allowing for diverse living arrangements. Manufactured homes generally offer a more affordable housing option compared to traditional site-built homes.
The community's features, as highlighted by resident feedback, also include the existence of specific rules, such as parking restrictions, and a management style that is perceived as particular. While challenging, strict rules can sometimes contribute to order within a community, though in this case, the perception is negative. The lack of snow plowing, if accurate, is a significant operational feature that impacts residents' daily lives during winter months in Wisconsin.
For individuals searching "RV Parks Near Me" with the intention of finding a stable, long-term manufactured home residence, Mayfair Village Mobile Home Court offers a residential option in West Allis, WI. However, prospective residents should approach with awareness of the feedback regarding management practices and specific park rules. The promotional appeal of Mayfair Village, from the available information, is primarily its role as a location for affordable manufactured home living in a convenient West Allis setting.
Prospective residents should contact Mayfair Village Mobile Home Court directly at (414) 258-7063 or +1 414-258-7063 to inquire about current lot availability, rental rates, the application process, and what specific utilities or services are included in the lot rent. Given the strong feedback regarding management and park rules, it is highly advisable for potential residents to schedule an in-person visit. During this visit, it would be prudent to directly inquire about the park's policies on snow removal, parking, and other common resident concerns. Observing the overall upkeep of the common areas and, if possible, speaking with current residents (respectfully and within park rules) could provide further insights into the community's living environment and the effectiveness of management. This objective and thorough approach will enable individuals to make a fully informed decision about whether Mayfair Village Mobile Home Court aligns with their expectations for a long-term residential setting.

Mayfair Village Mobile Home Crt Reviews
Jane is very particular and judgmental when it comes to who is acceptable at “her courts”. I have not met her and only exchanged one phone call. I cannot believe people are still this way in 2025.

Jan 14, 2024 · Kayla Whitaker"First of all I don't appreciate a phone call at 11:00 at night. Second of all we are not an RV park we are a mobile home court."This was the response I received regarding availability. Simply could have ignored my voice-mail until the morning, drank her coffee then given a more reasonable answer than this. If this is the business manager or owner than I will take my business elsewhere.
