Friendly Village of West Covina Introduce
For local users in the West Covina, California area searching for "RV parks near me" that offer a long-term residential option, Friendly Village of West Covina, located at 3033 E Valley Blvd, West Covina, CA 91792, USA, presents itself as a mobile home park with certain appealing features alongside some potential limitations regarding visitor policies. You can contact them by phone at (626) 964-0255 or via mobile at +1 626-964-0255.
Based on the available online reviews, Friendly Village of West Covina appears to be a well-maintained and orderly community. One visitor noted that "the place looks good, clean," suggesting that the park management prioritizes the upkeep of the grounds and facilities. This can be a significant draw for prospective residents who value a clean and aesthetically pleasing living environment. A well-maintained park often reflects a commitment to resident comfort and overall quality of life.
Another positive aspect highlighted in the reviews is the provision of dedicated guest parking. The visitor specifically mentioned "a specific area for guests to park up to 72 hrs" and noted that this parking was "covered." This is a valuable amenity for residents who frequently have visitors, as it provides a designated and protected space for their guests' vehicles. Furthermore, the same reviewer observed that "cars can't park on the streets of the complex, at least I haven't noticed any cars parked on the street by the house." This suggests that the park has rules in place to maintain clear and unobstructed roadways within the community, which can enhance safety and the overall appearance of the park.
However, one review raises a concern regarding the park's policies on visitor access to amenities, specifically the swimming pool. The reviewer recounts an experience where their daughter was invited to a friend's pool party, and the park manager reportedly imposed a strict limit of 10 people in the pool area. This limit was inclusive of the birthday girl's immediate family (mother, father, and brother) and the reviewer's own family (herself and two children), which already accounted for seven people, leaving space for only three additional guests. The reviewer expressed disappointment with this limitation, especially noting that "there was nobody else at the pool" at the time.
The manager's rationale for the rule was reportedly to ensure that "everyone can enjoy the pool in a beautiful day like that day." However, the reviewer found this explanation unconvincing given the apparent lack of other pool users. This incident suggests that Friendly Village of West Covina may have strict rules regarding the number of visitors allowed to use community amenities, even when those amenities are not heavily utilized. Prospective residents who anticipate having frequent guests who might want to use the pool or other facilities should inquire about the specific visitor policies to avoid potential disappointments or conflicts.
Considering Friendly Village of West Covina within the context of "RV parks near me," it presents a community that appears to prioritize cleanliness and provides convenient guest parking. These are positive attributes for long-term residents. However, the reported limitations on visitor access to the pool indicate a potentially less flexible approach to guest privileges compared to some other communities. This aspect is crucial for individuals who value the ability to share the park's amenities with their visitors.
For local users in West Covina seeking a clean and well-ordered mobile home park with dedicated guest parking, Friendly Village of West Covina seems to meet these criteria. The rule prohibiting street parking within the complex also contributes to a tidy and potentially safer environment. However, the experience with the pool party suggests that the park has specific and potentially restrictive rules regarding visitor access to amenities, which may be a significant consideration for those who frequently entertain guests.
The limited number of reviews available does not provide a comprehensive picture of all the services and features offered by Friendly Village of West Covina. Information regarding other potential amenities such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, community centers, pet policies, or organized activities for residents is not included in the provided text. Similarly, there is no information about the overall environment of the community beyond it looking "good" and "clean."
To gain a more complete understanding of Friendly Village of West Covina, local users are encouraged to contact the park directly at (626) 964-0255 or +1 626-964-0255. Inquiring about the specific rules and regulations regarding visitor access to amenities, the availability of other facilities and services, the overall community atmosphere, and any current vacancies would be beneficial. Visiting the location at 3033 E Valley Blvd, West Covina, CA 91792, USA, can also provide a firsthand impression of the park's cleanliness, layout, and the guest parking area.
Given the lack of any promotional information in the provided text, interested individuals should directly inquire with the park management about any current offers or incentives for new residents. Understanding the costs associated with residency and the terms of the lease or rental agreement is also an essential step in the decision-making process.
In conclusion, Friendly Village of West Covina in West Covina, CA, appears to be a clean and well-maintained mobile home park that offers the benefit of dedicated and covered guest parking. However, prospective residents should be aware of potential restrictions on visitor access to amenities, as indicated by the experience with the pool policy. For local users seeking a tidy community with guest parking, Friendly Village of West Covina may be a suitable option, but further inquiry into visitor policies and other amenities is recommended to ensure it meets their specific needs and expectations for long-term living within the "RV parks near me" category.

Nov 24, 2021 · ED “David” AbdoOk, friendly Village is all Manufactured Beautiful Hones, with a nice size Pool, Courtyard, Basketball, kids playground, Laundry Facilities, A VERY GATED COMMUNITY!I’ve been her for three years and almost moved out because of the last Manager, I could talk to her in person or on the phone, without her going off on me charging me $500. A year, plus $40+ a month, on top of tge $500.... unreal!!when my dog is for my disability and she is and was then and still is my Service-Dog!It was stressful, I never wanted to talk to her, especially when I found out that most of Mexican families were not paying a red cent monthly or yearly for 1-3 Dogs in other homes... She did not do right by many people here, I was so unhappy! : (Filling out the paper work Rental agreement, she made me so nervous & uncomfortable.I went outside and came in to sign the papers then she says and I quite it “I HOPE YOUR BOYFRIEND DOESN’T CAUSE ANY TROUBLE HERE!”Why would you even ask such a Question❓I just want to make sure...she continued to say Pot smokers, dealers I got rid of all of them all & this is a nice place to live not❗️ Some are naturally 2-Faced, Backstabbing, just a bad person in general, which is unfortunate❗️So, we left, told my BF what she said to me about him❗️That is he going to be a problem❓ cause she doesn’t like problems. All about her❗️ So my BF says the exact same thing she said that she said about me❗️Oh, so Professional, I don’t think so❗️that she said the same exact thing to him!!2nd Half coming right up and I’ve deleted so much.. didn’t think I wrote a book❗️❗️🤣Angela Weston
Jun 03, 2021 · Angela Westonthis place has VERY BAD management. specifically the manager named David. he is very rude. he treats us like we aren't paying a lot of money to live here. he treats us like we are in a prison. my family and i were in the pool area and we had our service dog with us. we have his certifications and everything. he asked if we had a dog and we said yes and he said well then you and your dog need to leave. we told him it was a service dog and he said that it didn't matter because "it's against health codes" but he is a service dog!! how can you tell him to leave? that's against the law. he has also gotten on our case for swimming in the pool where no one was and my boyfriend and i were just swimming. he said we aren't allowed to show public affection. he said he would ban us from the pool for public affection, how could you ban someone from where they live ?? ridiculous. this place is beautiful but it needs new management. the other manager jerry is very understanding but david is something else
