I lived at this park for 5 and 1/2 years The landlord is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet the place was always maintained well and had some of the best water in Lewis county as far as well water goes The place when I live there offered amenities that a lot of places don't such as a recall with courtesy satellite TV a wood stove when the power was out if you didn't have a generator to keep warm and you always felt like it was a welcoming atmosphere The landlord / owner always was respectful and repaired things in a timely manner
