Features and Considerations
The primary feature of Green Acres MHC is its location in Oliver Springs, Tennessee, offering a base for exploring the natural and cultural attractions of the region. For those seeking a quieter, more rural setting, this location might be appealing. The fact that it is a mobile home park suggests a community with longer-term residents, which can offer a different atmosphere compared to a transient-focused RV resort.
However, it is essential for potential RV users to be aware that the infrastructure and regulations of a mobile home park might differ from those of a park primarily designed for recreational vehicles. Factors such as the size and layout of the lots, the ease of maneuvering larger RVs, and any restrictions on short-term stays should be investigated.

- Maintenance and Upkeep: Concerns raised about the lack of attention to common area maintenance, such as snow removal and tree trimming.
- Lease Terms and Conditions: Reports of fees associated with lease signing and requirements for pet insurance.
These are serious allegations and should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating staying at Green Acres MHC, whether in a mobile home or an RV. While these reviews reflect the experiences of some individuals, they highlight potential pitfalls that prospective residents or short-term visitors should be aware of. Green Acres MHC Reviews
Please read before you think about this place. They will take your money and will not hear anything back from them. Don't be like me and think the rest of the reviews are a year old and they have changed nope stick to what all the people are saying.
Apr 14, 2025 · MichaelI feel bad for anyone that has or is doing business with this community, their slogan “making the community a better place” is a joke, this place was family owned before these new owners an all they have done in the 3 years of ownership is up charge rent $400, an nitpick on everyone’s trailer for anything they can think of, you’ll get charged for your trash overfilling, not having coating on your roof once a year, your trailer being dirty on the outside, anything they can think of while they’re walking around once a week, I’m totally on bored with the idea I think it’s a great way to make money an clean the park up in the mean time, but they don’t want to do anything on their part to make the place look for feel better, they don’t want to spend money because they’re to far in debt from buying the business, they’re on their 3rd “park manager” that doesn’t know anything her favorite word is “idk”. She doesn’t even want to be here her self, comes for maybe 4 hours Monday-Friday just to walk around an write people up, I can’t even explain all the money scams these people have came up with, from paying 100 each person for a lease to having to have pet insurance on pets, you can also get insurance thru them believe it or not, all this money their getting from a $425 lot rent an all the write ups an they still can’t trim trees hanging over trailers, leaning mailboxes, we have 6 inches of snow all thru the park that they are obliged to clear, called to asked if they had plans to clean the snow up so I could get to work this week to be able to pay these people an they asked me, a “tenant” “isn’t the city supposed to clean the snow up” why would the city clear someone else’s business, this business keeps surprising me more an more everyday.
Jan 21, 2024 · WalterThis is a ridiculous to pay so much while nothing is being done to these private owned roads with at least 2 inches of ice and expect tenants to get to work and pay their rent I got to beat on my truck to get out of this less then a mile stretch of road
