Harbour East Village Reviews
My girls and I have lived here for four years, and we love it! Very quiet, nice neighbors, and we feel safe here! I was nervous to move anywhere being a single mom, but it was a great choice! Miss Amanda in the office is very helpful and responsive, as well as maintenance. No neighborhood is perfect, but this one is very close!
Jul 15, 2024 · Alyssa BrewIf you want a quit and peaceful place to live, this is it. Very safe place to take your kids and four legged babies for walks and people who live in the park are very friendly. There is a small playground for the little ones to play at and a swimming pool that is open during summer months to swim at. Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance with something Amanda is always there to help.

Dec 23, 2023 · Carlos GonzalezMy mom lives in the neighborhood it’s very upsetting on the amount of restrictions. Can’t keep your car in the driveway if you don’t have a pass or else you will get your car towed. You only get one guest pass. Anytime someone comes over we are constantly looking outside to make sure they have take any cars. No one wants to come over from being scared of getting charged 200+. Oh and if you loose your pass it’s 200. Tow truck will literally move a car to get to another car they do not care whatsoever. They are always sending letters saying we have to do this and that and I understand you want everything to be clean but I’ve seen so many trailers in the neighborhood where they have so much trash outside. We had our dog bowls outside they said we needed to get rid of them or else they would for $100. They’re all about money. If you don’t do what they say they charge you for literally everything. There are so many people who have called to complain and they still don’t do anything I really don’t know why they haven’t done anything about it. I bet if people had other choices they would not live in this neighborhood.
Apr 21, 2022 · Catherine CamposCan't really go into great detail since I do live there. I took care of a man years ago who left me his mobile home. In the last seven eight years the rules change rent goes up and some of us receive a check after the first of the month and our rent is always late which gives us a 10% late charge of $62 for me anyway. Very hard to catch up once you get behind. They expect a lot to be perfect but, a lot of us are older and can't afford to pay someone and we have to do the maintenance outside ourselves. The leaves keep falling no matter how many times we get them out of the yard the next day it looks like it did like we did nothing. But we will get letters threatening to have their maintenance crew clean up and then charge us $150. It's very sad it used to be a great place to live. Now a lot of us don't know when we're going to be put out?
