You can reach them at (804) 732-8908 or +1 804-732-8908 for inquiries.
Based on available information, Spring Gardens presents a location with notable accessibility to essential amenities. Reviews from residents highlight the significant advantage of its proximity to a Dollar General store, which is within walking distance across the street. This offers residents easy access to groceries and everyday necessities. Additionally, a laundromat is situated next door to the mobile home park, providing a convenient solution for laundry needs. A gas station is also located nearby, offering ease for fueling vehicles and potentially accessing convenience store items.
However, it's important to note that according to resident feedback, Spring Gardens does not offer on-site laundry facilities or a swimming pool. This is a crucial point for individuals prioritizing these specific amenities when searching for 'RV parks near me' or long-term living options.
Some reviews paint a less favorable picture of the environment within Spring Gardens. These reviews mention concerns about the cost, alleging it to be too expensive for the perceived value. Furthermore, there are serious allegations regarding the presence of drug dealers and individuals under the influence of alcohol within the community, with claims of such activity occurring at all hours. These reviews also raise concerns about safety and security within the park.
Further negative feedback includes claims of a lack of maintenance within Spring Gardens. Residents have reported instances of water and electric service being turned off at unpredictable times for extended periods, along with recurring issues with broken sewer lines. There are also allegations of theft, with residents claiming that even outdoor items like doormats and decorative concrete blocks have been stolen. Additionally, concerns have been raised about frequent rent increases.
One former resident who resided in their RV at Spring Gardens for approximately twelve years expressed significant dissatisfaction with the environment, citing issues such as loud music at all hours. This individual ultimately moved to a different property, highlighting a stark contrast in quality of life and peace. This feedback suggests potential challenges related to noise levels and overall community environment for some residents.
Considering the information available, prospective residents searching for 'RV parks near me' or long-term mobile home living in Petersburg, VA, should carefully weigh the convenience of the location against the concerns raised in the resident reviews. The proximity to essential amenities like a Dollar General, laundromat, and gas station offers undeniable advantages for daily life. However, the reported issues concerning safety, security, maintenance, and the overall environment are significant factors that should be thoroughly considered.
It is recommended that individuals interested in Spring Gardens conduct their own due diligence. This could include contacting the management directly at the provided phone numbers – (804) 732-8908 or +1 804-732-8908 – to inquire about current conditions, policies, and any ongoing improvements. Visiting the property in person, if possible, could also provide a firsthand perspective on the environment and upkeep of the mobile home park. Speaking with current residents, if feasible, could offer further insights into the day-to-day living experience at Spring Gardens.
When searching for 'RV parks near me' or long-term living options, it's essential to balance the convenience of location with the overall quality of life and safety offered by the community. While Spring Gardens benefits from its proximity to certain amenities, the concerns raised in resident reviews regarding safety, maintenance, and cost warrant careful consideration before making a decision.
Ultimately, the suitability of Spring Gardens will depend on individual priorities and tolerance for the conditions described in the available feedback. For those prioritizing immediate access to nearby stores and services, the location may be appealing. However, potential residents should be aware of the reported challenges and conduct thorough research to ensure it meets their needs and expectations for a comfortable and secure living environment.

Spring Gardens Reviews
Only reason I gave such a high rating is because the Dollar General store is literally walking distance across the street, next door is a laundry mat and next to that is a gas station. There IS NOT A WASH HOUSE OR POOL.
Sep 17, 2024 · Brenda G CollinsA dump. Too expensive. Lots of drug dealers and alcoholics running around through there all hours of the day and night 24/7/365! Dangerous. No maintenance. Turn off water or electric service at weird times for hours, as always getting broken sewer lines etc. Can't put anything outside you don't want stolen, right down to your doormat or even a concrete block or post for decor. Constantly raising rent etc. Stayed there with significant other in his RV for around 12 years, but finally got him to move to my property in the country. Sooo nice now. No more idiots blasting music all hours outside our windows. I can finally sleep!! Need I say more?
May 15, 2019 · Brenda BoldenThe rent continue to go up without notice. On the pretence that it's for improvement . The road is full of pot holes, the pool didn't open. Due to damanges last year. So in a year they couldn't or wouldn' fix the liner. All they had to do was order one! New manager who hires family and nothing gets done . Loud music all hours of the day and night . Trailers infested with Roaches. Kids play ground hasn't had a working light in 9 months. Has broken beer bottles all over the ground Police department always here. So glad my family moved out!;

Aug 14, 2019 · your goneI own my place here and I like it the managent is very helpful and will help in any way they can all you have to do is ask them also I don't have problems with people around here I keep to myself but like any place you are going to have some bad apples who mess a lot of things up for the ones who call this place home they have been doing a lot of work to make it better the only problems I have seen is adult women fighting so loud you hear it over your tv and some people who do play music loud but again the manager is very good about helping with that matter and he is very understanding other then that it's not a bad place it's not far from shopping and the hospital this place like any other place is what you make of it you live here and have a problem then think about what you can do to fix it it's just some of the ones who live here not all I have ran into lots of nice people and had ran in to some of the worst but they are everywhere all I can say is they are doing their best to clean it up around here I try to help and if everyone who lives here does a part in it then it can be a place that we could be proud to call home as for the pool it's open a lot you can also rent the pool it's not that much and they clean and take care of it but they can only do so much if others won't do their part this park has so much going for it if people who live here would take pride in it too
