Hillcrest Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Hillcrest Mobile Home Park, a community nestled at 22235 Foresthill Rd #81, Foresthill, CA 95631, USA. For those searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring long-term mobile home living options in the beautiful Foresthill area, Hillcrest Mobile Home Park presents itself as a notable contender. This introduction aims to provide a comprehensive and objective overview of the park, drawing upon publicly available information and customer feedback to give you a clear picture of what to expect.
Hillcrest Mobile Home Park is situated in Foresthill, California, a location known for its natural beauty and proximity to outdoor recreational opportunities. The environment surrounding the park is characterized by the picturesque landscape of the Sierra Nevada foothills, offering a tranquil and scenic backdrop for residents. The general aesthetic, as noted by some visitors, points to a neat and orderly appearance, contributing to a pleasant living atmosphere. Tall, beautiful trees are a recurring theme in descriptions, suggesting a verdant and shaded environment that can provide a sense of peace and connection with nature. This natural setting offers a respite from the hustle and bustle, appealing to those who value quiet living and outdoor access.
When considering services and features, the primary offering of Hillcrest Mobile Home Park is long-term mobile home and RV lot rentals. As a mobile home park, it caters to individuals and families seeking a more permanent or extended stay compared to transient RV campgrounds. This implies the availability of utility hookups typical for mobile homes, such as water, sewer, and electrical connections, though specific details on included utilities or separate metering would require direct inquiry. The concept of "RV parks near me" often brings to mind a range of amenities, and while the explicit list of services for Hillcrest isn't exhaustive online, the fundamental service is providing a stable and maintained space for mobile homes.
A notable aspect of the park's operations, as highlighted by customer feedback, pertains to its policies regarding vehicle and recreational equipment storage. One review specifically mentions a policy where residents owning boats, motorcycles, or ATVs are not permitted to park them within their vehicle space. Instead, these items must be moved to a designated storage area managed by the park, incurring additional storage fees. Furthermore, the review indicates a unique charging structure for these stored items: a fee is levied for the trailer of the boat/motorcycle/ATV and another separate fee for the unit (boat, motorcycle, ATV) itself, even if both occupy only one physical storage space. This 'charge by title per space vs. storage space taken' policy is a significant point of concern for some residents and is an important consideration for prospective tenants who own such recreational vehicles. It suggests a meticulous approach to space management and revenue generation, which may be a factor in budgeting for some residents.
On the other hand, the general living experience within the park seems to be positive for many. Feedback suggests that it is a "nice place to live," characterized by its quietness and the previously mentioned neatness and order. The presence of beautiful trees contributes to a serene and aesthetically pleasing environment. This indicates that for residents primarily focused on a peaceful residential setting for their mobile home, Hillcrest Mobile Home Park may fulfill those expectations. The quietude is often a highly valued attribute in residential communities, particularly for those looking to escape urban noise.
Promotional information, beyond the basic contact details, is somewhat limited in publicly available data. The contact number for inquiries is (530) 722-4896, and a mobile number +1 530-722-4896 is also provided. These numbers serve as the direct lines for potential residents to gather more specific information regarding lot availability, rental rates, park rules, and any other amenities or services not explicitly detailed online. For individuals researching "RV parks near me" with a focus on long-term stays, it is highly recommended to contact the park directly to confirm current policies, especially concerning the vehicle storage fees and any other charges that might apply. Understanding the full cost of living, beyond just the lot rent, is crucial for financial planning.
In summary, Hillcrest Mobile Home Park in Foresthill, CA, offers a quiet, neat, and tree-lined environment for mobile home living. While it provides a stable and pleasant residential setting for many, prospective residents, especially those with boats, motorcycles, or ATVs, should be aware of and inquire extensively about the park's specific storage policies and associated fees. The park's emphasis on orderliness and its natural surroundings are clear draws, contributing to its appeal as a potential home for those seeking a tranquil community in the Foresthill area. As with any long-term residential decision, a direct conversation with park management will provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to ensure it aligns with individual needs and expectations.

Hillcrest Mobile Home Park Reviews
Money hunger owners... if you want to live in this trailer park and own a boat or motorcycle, atv and want to park it where you would a vehicle, your not allowed. So you have to move it to their storage space and pay storage fee. If you own a boat or atv or whatever they charge you the fee of 2x, one for the trailer of the boat/ motorcycle and one for unit on the trailer though you only taken up one storage space... tell me what storage space charges you by title per space vs storage space taken

Thank you to our new management team for all of the time and work that they are putting into the park. It is no longer becoming camper campground. Under New management and is looking like it's going to be a good fit for the park and people.

Mar 26, 2025 · Darren CampoyManagement very unprofessional, electric doesn't work on one half of the park and hasn't in months. Roads weren't and still aRe not plowed during our snow storm making it very unsafe for the residents to travel on.
