Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park 77 Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home community in Hobe Sound, Florida, it is essential to be aware of publicly available information regarding Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park 77, located at 11090 SE Federal Hwy, Hobe Sound, FL 33455, USA. While a phone number is provided for contact at (561) 566-6579 or +1 561-566-6579, potential residents should carefully review the experiences shared by past and present individuals before making any decisions.
The online reviews for Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park 77 paint a deeply concerning picture, with significant allegations raised against the management and their practices. One reviewer recounts a "bad experience" and directly accuses the park of stealing their home through perjury. This serious accusation is detailed in a letter the reviewer states they sent to the Office of the State Attorney for the 19th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
In this letter, the individual requests an investigation into Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park for allegedly committing perjury in relation to case number 03-713-CC. The specific allegations include:
- Making a knowingly false sworn statement asserting ownership of a property on Lot 13 at the park's address, while the title was reportedly in dispute between the seller (Lehi International) and the buyers (John and Janet Hunsinger).
- Falsely claiming that the property in question was real property, despite allegedly knowing it was not.
- Providing a false statement regarding the name of the defendant involved in the matter.
The reviewer urges the State Attorney's office to thoroughly investigate these claims of perjury and take appropriate legal action against Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park. It is crucial to understand that these are allegations made by a former resident and are part of their publicly shared experience.
Another review details a deeply distressing situation involving the eviction of the reviewer's grandmother while she was hospitalized. The reviewer states they attempted to pay rent on her behalf but were allegedly refused by the management. The reason given was that the management purportedly wanted to move into the trailer themselves, which the reviewer claims they did. The reviewer describes the new management as "horrible nasty bad people" and holds them responsible for their grandmother becoming homeless.
In a reply to a seemingly automated response, the reviewer vehemently asserts that they are addressing the correct community and that the trailer had been in their family for 50 years. They directly address someone named Linda, accusing her of a lack of sympathy and refusing to accept rent payment, which allegedly led to their grandmother's homelessness. This personal and emotional account raises serious questions about the management's compassion and ethical practices.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," the information available does not indicate whether Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park 77 accommodates recreational vehicles. The name suggests it primarily functions as a mobile home park. RV owners searching for parks in the Hobe Sound area would need to contact the management directly to inquire about availability and suitability for RVs.
For individuals seeking a mobile home park in Hobe Sound, the reviews presented offer significant cause for concern. The allegations of perjury in a legal case and the account of an elderly resident being evicted while hospitalized and subsequently becoming homeless are extremely serious and should not be ignored by potential residents. These experiences suggest potential issues with the management's integrity, legal compliance, and treatment of residents.
Given the gravity of the accusations, it is challenging to objectively describe the environment, services, and features of Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park 77. However, based on the nature of mobile home parks, one might typically expect:
- Individual lots for mobile homes of varying sizes.
- Utility hookups for water, electricity, and sewage at each lot. The specific terms and billing for these services would usually be outlined by the park management.
- Internal roadways for accessing the lots and any communal areas.
- Potential for basic amenities such as laundry facilities or common green spaces, although these are not mentioned in the provided negative reviews. The focus of the reviews is on management issues rather than park amenities.
- On-site management, although the experiences reported raise serious concerns about the nature and ethics of this management.
Promotional information is entirely absent from the provided reviews. The overwhelmingly negative nature of the feedback overshadows any potential positive aspects of the park that might otherwise be promoted.
The environment at Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park 77, based on the reviews, appears to be one where residents may face significant challenges and negative interactions with the management. The allegations of legal misconduct and the distressing account of eviction and homelessness paint a picture that is far from welcoming or secure.
Prospective residents must exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough independent investigation before considering Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park 77. Relying solely on the limited and severely negative information available online is insufficient. It is crucial to seek additional perspectives and verify the current situation with the park management and potentially with local authorities or tenant advocacy groups.
Individuals considering this park should:
- Contact the management directly at the provided phone number to ask detailed questions about their policies, procedures, and legal history (though they may not be forthcoming about negative aspects).
- Attempt to speak with current residents of the park to gain firsthand accounts of their experiences with the management and the community. Be aware that some residents may be hesitant to speak openly due to fear of reprisal.
- Research any publicly available legal records related to the alleged perjury case (03-713-CC) to understand the outcome or current status of the allegations.
- Consult with tenant rights organizations or legal professionals in the Hobe Sound area to understand their rights and potential risks associated with this park.
- Thoroughly document all communications and agreements with the park management in writing before making any commitments or payments.
In conclusion, for those searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home options in Hobe Sound, FL, the publicly available reviews for Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park 77 raise significant red flags. The serious allegations of perjury, wrongful eviction, and mistreatment of residents should prompt extreme caution and thorough investigation by any potential residents. While the park may offer basic infrastructure typical of a mobile home community, the reported management issues appear to be severe and warrant careful consideration of alternative housing options in the area.

I to had a bad experiance with hsmhp. They stole our home by perjuryHere is a letter that I'm sending to the state attorneyOffice of the State Attorney19th Judicial Circuit of FloridaSubject: Request to Investigate Perjury - Case Number 03-713-CCDear State Attorney,I am writing to formally request your office to investigate and take action against Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park for committing perjury during an official proceeding related to case number 03-713-CC. As you are aware, there is no statute of limitations on perjury in an official proceeding, and I believe that the actions taken by Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park warrant immediate attention.1. Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park made a knowingly false sworn statement asserting that they owned the property located on Lot 13 at 11090 SE Federal Hwy, Hobe Sound, FL. At the time of this statement, the title to the mobile home was in dispute between Lehi International (the seller and legal title holder) and the buyers, John and Janet Hunsinger, who were attempting to obtain either a refund or the correct title to the tangible property.2. Furthermore, Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park has falsely claimed that the property in question was real property, despite knowing that it was not.3. Additionally, they have made a false statement regarding the name of the defendant involved in this matter.Given the seriousness of these allegations, I urge your office to thoroughly investigate these claims and take appropriate legal action against Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park for their misconduct. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.Thank you

They refused my money because they wanted to move into the trailer which they did. Horrible nasty new management bad people. My grandmother is now homeless thanks to this lady.(Reply to your response)I’m absolutely not addressing the wrong community, the trailer was in my family for 50 years. I know where it was. Thanks. My grandmother is Linda you know what you did we have had multiple discussions. You had no sympathy, I had money in hand for you and you wouldn’t take it, you could have but you wouldn’t. Now she’s homeless and that’s on your hands.

Nov 23, 2018 · Eli RibaIt was horrible I lived there for 11 years.. Noone respects you when I drove in all the kids would get in front of my car so I could drive to my lot... the neighbors would sit on my porch & not even move when I came home. They left something there on the porch & I twisted my ankle. One adult stare at me when he was looking into my living room window. The management kept changing they raised the rent every year. I had a complaint about the neighbors doing drugs & theyour cut a tumor off a dog that they put under. They couldn't do anything about it.My toilets were clog up & they didn't have the time to help me out so my brother had to do it.It's a mess you could never get ahold of anyoneIt was time for me to move. I didn't want to do it but for myself I had to leave to get a peace of mind
