They can be reached at (772) 872-6320 or their mobile number, +1 772-872-6320. It is important for prospective renters or buyers to be aware of recent feedback regarding the park's management and conditions before making any decisions.
Environment and Maintenance: Concerns Expressed by Residents
Recent customer reviews paint a concerning picture regarding the environment and maintenance of Royal Palm Mobile Home Park, particularly since its acquisition by Lakeshore Management. One reviewer described the park as a "Total trash place" and equated it to the meaning of a "high rent low maintenance" trailer park. This suggests a significant dissatisfaction with the upkeep of the property relative to the costs being charged to residents.
Specific examples of declining maintenance include the alleged disappearance of amenities "in a blink of an eye" following the change in ownership. While the exact nature of these lost amenities is not detailed, their removal has clearly impacted the residents' quality of life. The reviewer contrasts this loss with the simultaneous increase in financial burdens, noting that rents have been raised every six months. Additionally, residents are now reportedly being charged separately for services that may have previously been included in the rent, such as trash, water, and even lawn service. This shift in billing practices has evidently led to a perception of diminishing value for the cost of living at Royal Palm Mobile Home Park.
Management Practices: Eviction Experiences and Financial Concerns
The most alarming aspects of the recent feedback revolve around the management practices of Lakeshore Management, the current owners of Royal Palm Mobile Home Park. One former resident shared a deeply distressing experience of being evicted and subsequently becoming homeless. This individual, who had purchased a new home within the park four years prior (before Lakeshore took over in 2022), recounted falling behind on rent during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite paying a significant sum of money, a substantial portion of which went towards the management's attorney fees, this resident was ultimately evicted.
The former resident further alleged that their attorney informed them that Lakeshore Management's goal was to instigate foreclosure on the mobile homes owned by residents who are evicted from their lots, thereby potentially acquiring the homes themselves. This serious accusation suggests a potentially predatory business practice that warrants careful consideration by anyone looking to reside in the park, especially those who own their mobile homes but lease the land.
Adding to these concerns, the former resident stated that the management of Royal Palm reportedly informed the lender of their mobile home that the property had been "ABANDONED" shortly after the eviction. This action could have severe financial implications for the homeowner, potentially accelerating foreclosure proceedings and further destabilizing their housing situation.
The reviewer expressed deep sympathy for elderly families and other residents who may be struggling and facing what they described as "Greed and corruption." They also indicated that their negative experience aligns with other articles and reviews suggesting that such practices may be characteristic of Lakeshore Management.
Broader Implications and Warnings: Ownership vs. Tenancy
The second reviewer, who ultimately sold their mobile home and purchased a house with owned land, offered a strong warning against buying property that cannot be legally moved and is situated on someone else's land. They emphasized the power imbalance inherent in such arrangements, where the landowner (in this case, Lakeshore Management) sets the rules, and residents must comply or face eviction. This individual claimed to have witnessed military veterans being evicted due to unaffordable rent increases, raising concerns about the vulnerability of residents in mobile home parks under certain management.
The reviewer connected these experiences to the broader issue of increasing homelessness among older populations, suggesting that the practices they witnessed at Royal Palm Mobile Home Park under Lakeshore Management may be contributing to this societal problem. They strongly advised against purchasing mobile homes on rented land, urging people to invest in "real houses" where they own both the dwelling and the land.
Promotional Considerations: Absence of Positive Endorsements
The provided customer reviews for Royal Palm Mobile Home Park are overwhelmingly negative and do not contain any positive endorsements or promotional information. Instead, they serve as stark warnings for potential renters or buyers to exercise extreme caution. Given the serious allegations and experiences shared, any promotional material from the park itself should be viewed in light of this independent feedback.
Prospective residents searching for "RV parks near me" or considering making Royal Palm their home should be acutely aware of the following concerns raised by former residents:
- Potential for Unexpected Cost Increases: Rent hikes and the introduction of fees for services that may have previously been included.
- Reduced Amenities and Maintenance: A perceived decline in the quality and availability of park amenities and overall maintenance.
- Aggressive Eviction Practices: Allegations of management prioritizing eviction and potentially pursuing foreclosure on residents' mobile homes.
- Power Imbalance: The inherent vulnerability of owning a non-movable home on rented land, leaving residents subject to the landowner's rules and potential rent increases.
- Safety and Security Concerns: While not explicitly detailed, the overall negative atmosphere and reports of contentious management practices could indirectly impact the sense of security within the park.
In conclusion, while Royal Palm Mobile Home Park is located in Stuart, Florida, and can be contacted via the provided phone numbers, the recent customer feedback strongly suggests significant issues related to management practices, increasing costs, declining maintenance, and concerning eviction experiences. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering long-term residency in this community are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution, conduct thorough independent research, and potentially seek feedback from current residents not represented in these online reviews before making any commitments.

Royal Palm Mobile Home Park Reviews
Renter or Buyer BEWARE!I am still in shock since becoming homeless on 3/7/25 due to being evicted from Royal Palm Estate I NEVER in my life experienced the most stressful situation and heartbreaking thing dealing with Lakeshore management and its staff.I purchased a brand new home 4 years ago before lakeshore took over .2022 First time I became late on the rent during COVID and they lakeshore became new owners. I spent over $10,885.00 , less than half of that was the lot rent the majority of it was Their Attorney fees to keep from losing my .This is just the short version of horror with lakeshore.Currently I have been evicted from thier property I still have mortgage on the mobile home. My attorney emailed me and told me their goal was and is to cause a foreclosure and own your home. Which I knew ALL ALONG. The managers of royal palm email the lender on the 3/11 and said that my home was ABANDONED!!!! SmhMy heart goes out to elderly families and residents that are struggling and have to deal with this type of Greed and corruption. After reading other articles and reviews this is a practice of lakeshore management .There’s so much more to my experience with them in full detail that gets worse but others need to BEWARE ofAlthea #37
Mar 07, 2025 · Coffee & Conversation with AltheaTotal trash place. Lakeshore management ownes this one, need I say more? High rent low maintenance this is the meaning to trailer park! Everything was good until Lakeshore management purchased this and then all amenities gone in a blink of an eye while raising rents every 6 months then charging for trash charging for water and even charging for lawnservice...Update: sold purchased a house, a real house that I own the land and put my future back in my hands... So happy and will strongly advise this is what you get when you buy something that can't be legally moved and it on someone else's property. They make the rules , you follow or get thrown out.. should be against the law... I've witnessed military vets thrown out of the trailer because rent went so high he and his wife could afford... And we question why are so many older people now seen living on the street or more accurately in the woods? I've seen what Lakeshore management does and will continue to do.. keep reading the news this is happening everyday everywhere, DONT BUY SOMETHING ON SOMEONE ELSES PROPERTY!
