You can contact Huntington Mobile Home Park & Storage directly at (715) 204-3150 or +1 715-204-3150 for inquiries.
Huntington Mobile Home Park & Storage is situated in New Richmond, Wisconsin, a city that offers a mix of rural charm and access to amenities. The address on County Rd H suggests a location that might be on the outskirts or easily accessible from main thoroughfares. The general environment of a mobile home park aims to provide a structured living community. However, resident feedback highlights significant concerns regarding the physical upkeep of the park's environment. There are reports of "pot holes everywhere" on the roads, indicating a lack of consistent maintenance. While an update mentions some potholes were filled, it also notes that "not all of them" were addressed, and those that were, were "not... level with the pre-existing pavement." This suggests a persistent issue with road quality, which can impact vehicle wear and tear and general maneuverability within the park. Another major environmental concern raised is "high LED count in the water that would be considered UNSAFE for Humans to Drink in most of the world." This is a very serious claim regarding water quality and potable water safety, which is a fundamental requirement for any residential community. Furthermore, issues like a "half a tree fall down" in a resident's yard, which was then left leaning over a mobile home rather than being fully removed, point to neglect of landscaping and potential safety hazards. These observations paint a picture of an environment where general maintenance and infrastructure upkeep are inconsistent and, in some cases, severely lacking.
The core services of a mobile home park include providing a lot for manufactured homes and typically managing common area maintenance and utility access. Huntington Mobile Home Park & Storage also specifically advertises "Storage" as part of its name, suggesting it offers additional storage solutions for residents, which can be a valuable amenity for those with extra belongings, RVs, or boats. However, the provided reviews indicate significant shortcomings in the delivery of promised or expected services, particularly concerning maintenance. Residents report that management "rarely fix things that need to be fixed like general maintenance of the park." When repairs are done, it's noted that "they up the rent," which can be frustrating for residents if the quality of maintenance does not justify the increase. Specific examples of maintenance neglect include the unaddressed potholes, the tree falling incident where only a partial removal occurred, and instances where the park allegedly promised to bring in dirt after disturbing a yard but "never bring it." This suggests a pattern of unfulfilled promises and a reactive, rather than proactive, approach to property upkeep. The severe claim about unsafe drinking water is also a direct indictment of a critical service that should be reliably provided.
The primary feature of Huntington Mobile Home Park & Storage is its offering of mobile home lots for long-term residency and the convenience of on-site storage. For individuals seeking affordable housing solutions in New Richmond, this type of community can present a viable option. However, the features are significantly impacted by the resident experience, which, based on the provided reviews, appears to be largely negative regarding park management and living conditions. The complaints about unaddressed maintenance issues, the perceived unsafe water quality, and the lack of proper tree removal contribute to a feeling of neglect and frustration among residents. The comment about "Lóaďéď wiťh fúçkfiñg çóp bvkć" is cryptic and contains inappropriate language, but it may hint at an atmosphere of distrust or conflict within the community, though its exact meaning is unclear from the provided context. The increase in rent despite a perceived decline in maintenance is a significant point of contention for residents. The willingness of a homeowner to pay for a full tree removal that the park allegedly neglected to perform also highlights a dissatisfaction with the level of service provided. These experiences suggest that while the park provides a place to live and storage, the quality of that living experience is compromised by ongoing maintenance and utility concerns.
For individuals searching on RV Parks Near Me with a long-term residential interest, Huntington Mobile Home Park & Storage should be approached with caution and thorough due diligence. While it offers mobile home lots and storage, the severe negative feedback regarding maintenance, particularly road conditions and water quality, are critical points for consideration. If the water quality claim is accurate, it represents a significant health and safety concern that would necessitate immediate investigation. Prospective residents are strongly advised to visit the park in person to assess the current state of the roads, common areas, and utility infrastructure. It is also crucial to inquire directly with park management about the water quality, any recent tests, and how they address maintenance requests, especially concerning hazardous conditions. Speaking with current residents, if opportunities arise, could provide valuable, firsthand perspectives on daily life and management responsiveness. Direct contact with Huntington Mobile Home Park & Storage at (715) 204-3150 is essential to clarify any concerns before making a commitment. While the park offers storage, its primary function is mobile home residency, and potential RV users looking for long-term spots should specifically inquire if RVs are accommodated in their storage facility or if there are any provisions for long-term RV parking in the park itself. Given the significant concerns raised, a cautious and detailed investigation is highly recommended for anyone considering this community.

Huntington Mobile Home Park & Storage Reviews
**********update:: they filled in a couple of the potholes two days after my original post was made. But not all of them. nor did the guy fill the potholes up level with the pre-existing pavement***********8-31-24 They rarely fix things that need to be fixed like general maintenance of the park and when they do they up the rent… Pot holes everywhere, high LED count in the water that would be considered UNSAFE for Humans to Drink in most of the world. If they have to mess up your yard they’ll tell you they’re going to bring dirt in but never bring it, one person had half a tree fall down in his yard so instead of cutting the whole tree down they decided “nah we’ll leave that half of the tree lean over your mobile home”. That home owner said “they didn’t even ask me if I’d pay for that half of the tree to come down which I would of paid for”
