Knollwood Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals and families exploring "RV Parks Near Me" or long-term mobile home living opportunities in Clear Lake, Wisconsin, Knollwood Mobile Home Park, situated at 107 Maple St, Clear Lake, WI 54005, USA, is a community to consider. It is important for prospective residents to gain an objective understanding of the environment, services, and features, as well as recent resident experiences, to make an informed decision about living in this mobile home park. While mobile home parks differ from transient RV parks, they offer a consistent, long-term residential solution for manufactured homes.
The environment at Knollwood Mobile Home Park, located in Clear Lake, WI, appears to be characterized by a mix of residential living and community dynamics. As is typical for mobile home parks, it consists of individual lots where residents place their manufactured homes, creating a neighborhood-like setting. The specific natural surroundings of the park, such as green spaces, landscaping, or proximity to local amenities like lakes or recreational areas in Clear Lake, are not explicitly detailed in the provided information. However, the presence of children playing outdoors, as mentioned in one review, suggests a family-friendly environment within the park. This aspect indicates that the park accommodates families, which shapes the overall atmosphere. The general cleanliness and maintenance of the park's common areas and infrastructure are typically responsibilities of the park management, while individual residents are responsible for their respective home sites. The resident feedback indicates a perception of the park as "mostly a nice mobile home park" in its physical aspect. However, the social environment is noted to have challenges related to resident interactions, specifically concerning noise from children playing, suggesting some tension between neighbors regarding the natural exuberance of young residents. This aspect of the environment points to the importance of community dynamics and resident tolerance within the park.
The services offered at Knollwood Mobile Home Park, particularly concerning landlord-tenant relations and property maintenance, have been the subject of significant negative feedback from at least one former resident. This indicates a concerning aspect of the park's service provision. According to one review, there were severe issues with the landlords' willingness to assist with property repairs, even when serious problems like "mold filling 3 bathrooms ceilings" were present due to a non-functional bathroom fan. The review states that "Nothing was done to help us, or done to help the apartment that we lived in," even after more than five years of tenancy. Furthermore, the experience during the move-out process was described as extremely negative, with the former resident feeling "treated like trash" and subjected to "vulgar names." The claim of being "kicked out during the Coronavirus quarantine 2020" further exacerbates the perceived lack of supportive service. These accounts highlight a severe breakdown in customer service and maintenance responsiveness from the management. For prospective tenants, this information is critical, as it suggests a potential lack of support for residents regarding property issues and a challenging experience during interactions with the landlords. While mobile home parks generally provide services such as lot rental and access to utility hookups (though specific utility arrangements are not detailed), the quality of direct interaction and maintenance support from management is a vital service component that appears to be severely lacking according to this particular account.
The features of Knollwood Mobile Home Park include its residential design, accommodating both individual and family living. The park's ability to host families, as evidenced by children playing outside, indicates it is not an age-restricted community, offering a broader demographic mix than some other mobile home parks. This family-friendly aspect can be a positive feature for those seeking a diverse community. However, as noted, this also introduces potential points of contention among neighbors regarding noise levels from children. The park's long-term residency capability is implied by a resident having lived there for "more than 5+ years," suggesting a stable environment for extended stays for those who are content with the park's overall conditions. The core feature of any mobile home park is providing a space for manufactured homes, often with individual yards, offering a sense of private dwelling within a community framework. However, the functional aspects of the homes themselves, particularly concerning maintenance and habitability, appear to be a significant concern, as illustrated by the severe mold issue that was reportedly unaddressed. This highlights a critical feature related to the quality of living conditions within the park's structures. The park's location in Clear Lake, WI, provides access to local amenities and the broader community, which is a general feature of any residential park. However, the negative experiences regarding management's unresponsiveness to maintenance issues and unprofessional conduct during tenant departure raise serious questions about the park's commitment to providing a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment for its residents, despite its capacity to host families and long-term tenants.
For promotional information, an objective introduction to Knollwood Mobile Home Park for those searching "RV Parks Near Me" or long-term mobile home living would need to transparently address both its potential benefits and significant drawbacks highlighted by resident feedback. While the park is a residential option in Clear Lake, WI, and appears to accommodate families, the severe negative reviews regarding management's unresponsiveness to critical maintenance issues (like mold) and unprofessional, even "vulgar," treatment of residents cannot be overlooked. Any promotion would need to be very cautious and advise prospective tenants to conduct extremely thorough due diligence. While the park offers a place for mobile homes and a potential family-friendly environment, the reported experiences of poor service, lack of maintenance support, and disrespectful communication from landlords are critical factors. Therefore, while it provides housing in the area, prospective residents should be made aware of these serious concerns. It would be advisable for anyone considering Knollwood Mobile Home Park to meticulously inspect any unit or lot for pre-existing issues, obtain clear agreements in writing regarding maintenance responsibilities, and attempt to speak with multiple current residents (if possible) to gain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the landlord-tenant relationship and the park's current living conditions and community dynamics. The phone numbers (715) 263-4221 and +1 715-263-4221 are available for inquiries, but prospective residents should be prepared to ask very specific questions regarding maintenance protocols and resident support in light of the documented negative experiences.

Knollwood Mobile Home Park Reviews
Family fun. I love visiting the kids. Family is super important and cherishing those times with a few photos is fun as well. It's mostly a nice mobile home park with the exception of a few that are super nosey and need to remember that kids being outside playing sometimes gets loud. Let them be little and release their energy. You once were in their shoes. Have a beautiful day. Enjoy all your blessings. And family is just that, a blessing.
Oct 08, 2019 · Pamela Jo Anderson (Ms. Pam)Horrible service, my father lived with them for more then 5+ years. The landlords are not willing to help with fixing the place up, as soon as we moved out they up charged the rent for upstairs while their was mold filling 3 bathrooms ceilings, the fan doesn’t work in the bathroom so the air was unable to properly leave the bathroom, creating mold. Nothing was done to help us, or done to help the apartment that we lived in. Leaving the place was rough, we were treated like trash. Told we didn’t deserve the help and got called vulgar names as we were moving our stuff out. Wouldn’t recommend, they don’t help. Save yourself and your family. Not to mention they kicked us out during the Coronavirus quarantine 2020. Good service guys.
Jun 04, 2022 · Jasmine TuckerFirst and foremost, the lot rent is expensice and NOT CHILD OR FAMILY oriented. They complain about kids being to noisy OUTSIDE, they can't have kiddie pools in the their yard and if you want a swing set, they have restrictions on that. There are so many restrictions period. If you want just elderly quiet park, that's fine, then don't allow families or people that could potentially have a family.People are SUPER NOSEY!!!! And if you aren't a resident I guess you maybe you should be rude, NOT EVERYONE LIVES BY OR KNOWS YOUR RULES!It's worse than jail. I couldn't and wouldn't ever live under such ridiculousness!
Apr 04, 2019 · Pamela Jo AndersonI have a friend that has lived in this Mobile Home Park for Many... Years. And he has had a problem with the manager since he first moved in. It's very small very limited varying hot in the summer not much shading. There is access to a lake so there is one good thing.
May 06, 2021 · JillA little run down. Some nice mobile homes but I live across the street and it's a little of an eyesore for the local area
