I-10 Orange RV Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Orange, Texas area, I-10 Orange RV Park, located at 9395 Old Hwy 90, Orange, TX 77630, USA, presents itself as a potential option for both short-term and long-term stays. Based on recent customer reviews, the park offers some notable advantages alongside areas that may require consideration.
One positive aspect highlighted by a reviewer is the availability of facilities, mentioning "five shower and laundry." This suggests that I-10 Orange RV Park is equipped to handle the needs of its residents and travelers in terms of hygiene and convenience. Having multiple showers and laundry units can reduce wait times and improve the overall experience, particularly for longer stays or during peak seasons.
The same reviewer also commends the owner, describing them as "very friendly and polite." Positive interactions with park management can significantly enhance a guest's stay, contributing to a welcoming and helpful atmosphere. A friendly and polite owner can make a difference in addressing concerns and ensuring a comfortable environment for all residents.
Furthermore, the park is described as "very peaceful," which is a significant draw for many RVers seeking a quiet and relaxing environment. A peaceful atmosphere can contribute to a more enjoyable and restful stay, away from the noise and bustle of more crowded areas or highways.
A particularly noteworthy feature mentioned in one of the reviews is the internet service. The park offers "fiber optic" internet, with each user having their "own gigabyte that you do not have to share," which is described as "very fast." In today's connected world, reliable and high-speed internet is a crucial amenity for many travelers and long-term residents, whether for work, entertainment, or staying in touch with family and friends. The dedicated gigabyte per user is a significant advantage over parks with shared bandwidth, potentially ensuring consistent and fast connectivity for activities such as downloading movies, working online, or using surveillance cameras.
Another positive aspect mentioned is the presence of "concept pads," although the reviewer who noted this did not elaborate on what these entail. It's possible that these are concrete pads designed for RV parking, which can offer a more stable and level surface compared to gravel or grass, and can also help with drainage and overall site maintenance.
However, not all feedback is entirely positive. Another reviewer who stayed for a few nights while traveling through to West Texas raised concerns about the cleanliness of the common facilities. They stated that "the laundry and bathrooms were in need of cleaning" and that they "didn’t feel comfortable using them as they were." This is a significant issue, as clean and well-maintained restrooms and laundry facilities are fundamental expectations for any RV park. This negative feedback suggests a potential inconsistency in the upkeep of these common areas, which could deter some potential guests.
Based on this experience, the second reviewer indicated that they "Don’t think we will be staying again," highlighting the impact of cleanliness on their overall satisfaction and future decisions. This underscores the importance of consistent maintenance and hygiene in common areas for attracting and retaining guests.
Considering these mixed reviews, the environment of I-10 Orange RV Park appears to be generally peaceful, which is a significant positive. The presence of concrete pads may also contribute to a more organized and stable parking experience. However, potential guests should be aware of the reported issues regarding the cleanliness of the laundry and bathrooms, as this could impact their comfort and overall satisfaction.
The services and features of I-10 Orange RV Park seem to include:
- Multiple showers and laundry facilities.
- Fiber optic internet with dedicated gigabyte per user.
- Potentially, concrete parking pads ("concept pads").
The friendly and polite owner is also a notable positive aspect of the service.

I-10 Orange RV Park Reviews
The place hasfive shower and laundry the owner is very friendly and polite. This place very peaceful and also the Internet is fiber optic so you have your own gigabyte that you do not have to share which is very fast and we’ve had no issues with downloading movies and or working on our computers or using our surveillance cameras.
May 20, 2023 · Nick CarterWe stayed a few nights traveling through to West Texas. Concept pads are a plus. The laundry and bathrooms were in need of cleaning as we didn’t feel comfortable using them as they were. Don’t think we will be staying again.
Dec 11, 2024 · RogerThis RV park has some big positives and a few quirks.Positives:Easy access to I-20Concrete roads and padsGreat laundryPrivate restrooms / showerQuirks:No obvious office. There is an OFFICE sign that points to the right. It turned out to be an unmarked 5th wheel. No picnic table or fire pit.Strange utilities setup. The electric box was not tall enough to accommodate an external surge protector. The sewer was located under an electrical box and too close to the water faucet. The quirks were minor annoyances and far outweighed by the all concrete construction when we stayed because it rained several inches that night. No muddy shoes when unhooking or walking the dog.If you need an easy overnight camping place on I-10 then this will work great for you. If you need a pool, camp store, propane, picnic table or fire ring then it won’t work for you. We would definitely stay here again when passing through.
Apr 10, 2024 · Mel MurrayAwesome stay... Will definitely stay again on our way back through in 2 weeks. The kids had no problem playing games or streaming TV. A+
May 25, 2023 · BDONice and quiet. It's a little hard to get to but worth the effort. The bridge is out right by the feeder and you have to go down the feeder and turn on a street
