Jackson's Place Tiny Home & RV Resort Introduce
Jackson's Place Tiny Home & RV Resort is located at 543 Marshall Leigh Rd, Marshall, TX 75672, USA, and can be contacted at (903) 283-0052 or +1 903-283-0052. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Marshall, Texas area, it is critical to carefully consider the overwhelmingly negative feedback from recent customers before making any decisions about staying at this resort. The reviews paint a concerning picture of mismanagement, neglected maintenance, safety issues, and questionable billing practices.
Multiple reviewers have expressed strong negative sentiments, advising others to "DO NOT STAY HERE!" These are not isolated incidents but rather a pattern of serious complaints regarding the management, particularly an individual named Tiffany, and the overall condition of the park. The issues raised range from poor maintenance and unresolved problems to dangerous actions and unauthorized financial transactions.
One of the most alarming complaints involves alleged power outages initiated by the management without any prior notification. The reviewer recounts an incident where their 30-amp breaker repeatedly tripped on the first day of their stay. Instead of addressing the potential electrical issue, the management reportedly blamed the customer's brand-new RV. The situation escalated when, the following morning, the management allegedly turned off the power to the RV without any warning or consent. The reviewer rightly points out the potentially catastrophic consequences of such an action, especially if someone were relying on medical equipment like oxygen or a breathing treatment. Additionally, the risk of power surge damage to sensitive electronic equipment is a significant concern.
Further অভিযোগ from the same reviewer include allegations of dishonesty regarding the assessment of the electrical problem. The management claimed to have sent an electrician to check the breaker, but the reviewer states that no one ever arrived during the times specified. This lack of follow-through and alleged misrepresentation of facts further erodes trust in the management's professionalism and commitment to resolving issues.
Beyond the serious management and electrical concerns, the environment of Jackson's Place Tiny Home & RV Resort is also criticized. The same reviewer mentions disruptive neighbors who engage in drag racing on the road within the resort and play loud music constantly. This suggests a lack of enforcement of community standards and a potentially unpleasant living environment for those seeking peace and quiet.
Another deeply troubling set of reviews details alleged unauthorized credit card charges by the management, specifically Tiffany and another individual named AJ. One former resident claims that even after moving out before December, their credit card was charged for rent and an electric bill for a period they were not residing at the property. This reviewer states they have proof of non-occupancy and unauthorized charges, indicating a severe breach of trust and potential financial misconduct. The fact that the lease was reportedly month-to-month further complicates the justification for these charges.
Another reviewer shares a similarly disturbing experience, alleging that Tiffany and AJ continued to use their credit card information to pay bills for a property they had vacated over a month prior. This individual also describes deplorable living conditions, including a flooded roof, a collapsing bathroom floor, and a lack of essential utilities like heat and hot water, none of which were reportedly addressed by the management despite repeated attempts to contact them. The refusal to provide basic habitable conditions, coupled with the alleged unauthorized financial transactions, paints a dire picture of the management's competence and ethical standards.
The park's response on an unspecified forum is dismissed by one reviewer as "not entirely true," further highlighting a lack of transparency and accountability from the management. While an alternative lot was reportedly offered in response to the initial electrical issues, the reviewer emphasizes that the power was indeed cut off without consent, directly contradicting any potential claims of proper procedure or concern for guest safety.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," local users searching for a safe, well-maintained, and professionally managed RV resort in the Marshall, TX, area should exercise extreme caution when considering Jackson's Place Tiny Home & RV Resort. The overwhelming negativity and the serious nature of the allegations – including safety violations, financial misconduct, and a complete disregard for guest well-being – should not be taken lightly.
The reviews do not provide any positive aspects or features of the resort. There is no mention of clean facilities, recreational amenities, a peaceful environment, or any services that would typically be expected at an RV park or tiny home resort. The focus is entirely on negative experiences with the management and the substandard conditions of the property.
Given the severity of the complaints, it would be irresponsible to recommend this resort to any local users seeking a reliable and pleasant RV or tiny home experience. The potential risks associated with staying at Jackson's Place Tiny Home & RV Resort, as highlighted in the customer reviews, far outweigh any potential benefits that are not even mentioned.
Local users are strongly advised to look at other options within the "RV parks near me" category in the Marshall, TX, area that have a more positive track record of customer satisfaction and professional management. Prioritizing safety, ethical billing practices, and a responsive approach to maintenance and guest concerns is paramount when choosing an RV park or tiny home resort.
In conclusion, the available online reviews for Jackson's Place Tiny Home & RV Resort in Marshall, TX, are overwhelmingly negative and raise serious concerns about the management's professionalism, the maintenance of the property, the safety of guests, and the handling of financial transactions. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" are strongly advised to avoid this resort and seek alternative accommodations with more positive and reliable feedback.

Jackson's Place Tiny Home & RV Resort Reviews
DO NOT STAY HERE! Tiffany, does not keep it maintained very well. Then when you tell her there is an issue, she blames you, lies about having the problem assessed, and turns off your power(at the breaker) without telling you.We have been full time in our RV since October with nearly zero issues with RV parks. When the 30amp breaker kept popping on day 1, she blamed us and said it was our RV. (Its a 2025 travel trailer, brand new and no history of electrical issues.)She lied to us, saying she had an electrician come check the breaker, but nobody ever showed up at the times she said her guy showed up.The next morning, she comes by, unannounced, and flips the power off. What if somebody was on oxygen or doing a breathing treatment? That couldve been catastrophic. Not to mention the possibility of power surge damage to our electronics. The neighbors across the street do drag races on the road, the music across the street is ALWAYS blaring, and the park is nasty as is.DO NOT STAY HERE!The response given by the park on this forum is not entirely true.Yes, you did offer another lot, we already had plans on moving anyway so we dealt with the lack of professionalism for two more days.YES, Tiffany ABSOLUTELY cut off our power WITHOUT ANY consent. Please check your facts, please check your managerial persons, and please do better for people paying their hard earned money for peace of mind.Way to show accountability. For the record we have run FAR MORE of our 30amp camper at EVREY OTHER RV PARK, yours is the only one that was not able to provide the correct amperage. An electrician never came by to check anything, my wife was at the camper all day expecting to see him and nobody came.
Apr 14, 2025 · Michael RichterTiffany and AJ keep I haven’t been out there in over a month. They took it upon themselves to use my credit card information and keep paying the bills out there even though I have not been out there. They refused to move me to a different RV I was paying almost $1000 a month for rent. Both Into the roofer flooded. The bathroom was flooding in the windows came in full of water. The bathroom floor is falling in still no heat no hot water and they refused to answer the phone or fix it, these are the pictures and they are constantly taking my credit card information and paying the bills out there even though I haven’t been out thereI moved out before December and you took it upon yourself to charge my credit card. It’s a month by month lease so I didn’t violate no terms or conditions you will be arrested for a charging or credit card for the month of December for $842 for rent when I have not been out there since November 22 electric bill Rent that is supposed to be refunded because you took it upon yourself, Tiffany and AJ to charge my card without my permission knowing I have not been staying out there and I will see you in court because we filed charges because I have proof I have not been out there since November 22 and I have proof you charge your credit card from the bank and from the receipt that you sent my email without my permission. I even have to text messages telling him you do not charge it
Dec 21, 2024 · Chrystal JohnsonEvery RV on the lot is pure trash. I lived there a month without hot water, the slide out floor in the living room was completely rotted out. I filed lawsuit against them yesterday in Harrison County, my advice would be to stay away. Slumlord 100%
