Jefferson park Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities in Mesa, Arizona, Jefferson Park, situated at 15 Apache Tears Mhp, Mesa, AZ 85213, USA, presents an interesting case based on the limited but contrasting online reviews. It's important to note that one reviewer explicitly states, "This is not the location of Jefferson Park, this is a trailer park," which suggests that the name "Jefferson Park" might be misleading or that the actual name of the facility is Apache Tears Mhp. Therefore, this introduction will objectively analyze the available feedback regarding the location at Apache Tears Mhp, keeping in mind the potential discrepancy in the name.
Located on Apache Tears Mhp in Mesa, the park benefits from its position within a well-established city in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Mesa offers a wide range of amenities and services, including shopping, dining, and recreational opportunities. The specific environment surrounding the park would likely be a mix of residential and commercial areas, typical of a suburban setting within a larger urban region. The convenience of the location would depend on its proximity to specific needs and interests of potential residents.
One reviewer provides a largely positive assessment of the park, emphasizing its exceptional cleanliness. They describe it as "Beautiful 'CLEAN'" and state they have "never seen a more cleaner park," noting the complete absence of litter on the ground. This is a significant positive attribute for any residential community, suggesting a well-maintained and cared-for environment. The reviewer also mentions that the park is "lit up nicely," which contributes to a sense of safety and security during the evening hours.
However, this same reviewer provides a mixed assessment of the bathroom facilities, noting that while the men's bathroom was "super clean," the women's bathroom was not. This inconsistency in the cleanliness of shared facilities is something prospective residents might want to inquire about. Additionally, the reviewer suggests that it "would be a plus if after 10pm there were still a couple lights on in the park," as they found the area to be "Very dark after ten." This raises a potential safety concern regarding visibility during nighttime hours, which is an important factor for residents' peace of mind and security.
Despite the concerns about nighttime lighting and the cleanliness of the women's restroom, the reviewer concludes by stating they "Would definitely recommend this to everyone," primarily based on the overall cleanliness of the park. This suggests that for some, the high standard of cleanliness might outweigh other potential drawbacks.
The second review offers a contrasting perspective by stating, "This is not the location of Jefferson Park, this is a trailer park." This comment is somewhat ambiguous. It could imply that the name "Jefferson Park" is incorrect and the facility is actually named Apache Tears Mhp. Alternatively, it might suggest that the reviewer perceives a difference between a "Jefferson Park" and a "trailer park," possibly indicating a difference in the type of housing, amenities, or overall atmosphere. Without further context, it is difficult to fully interpret this comment, but it does highlight a potential discrepancy in the perceived identity or quality of the park.
Given these limited and somewhat conflicting reviews, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the environment, services, and features of Jefferson Park (or Apache Tears Mhp). Typically, mobile home and RV parks offer essential services such as utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity), and often include amenities like laundry facilities. Depending on the size and nature of the park, there might also be recreational areas or community spaces. However, the available reviews do not provide specific details about these aspects for this particular location.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me," it is important to ascertain whether Jefferson Park (or Apache Tears Mhp) accommodates RVs, and if so, what types of hookups and site amenities are available. Inquiries should also include information about the rates for RV sites and the duration of stays permitted.
Similarly, for those interested in mobile home living, it would be necessary to inquire about the availability of lots, the associated rental fees, and any rules or regulations governing mobile home residents within the community.
Due to the limited and somewhat contradictory information available online, it is strongly recommended that prospective residents contact the park directly for accurate and detailed information. Unfortunately, a phone number is not provided in the available information. Therefore, individuals interested in Jefferson Park (or Apache Tears Mhp) would need to find contact information through other means, such as online directories or search engines, using the provided address: 15 Apache Tears Mhp, Mesa, AZ 85213, USA.
Key questions to ask the management would include:
- The official name of the park (Jefferson Park or Apache Tears Mhp).
- Whether the park accommodates RVs and, if so, the types of sites and hookups available.
- Rates for RV sites and mobile home lot rentals.
- The availability and cleanliness of restroom and shower facilities, specifically addressing the concern about the women's restroom.
- Details about the lighting throughout the park, especially during nighttime hours, and any plans to improve lighting in darker areas.
- A comprehensive list of all amenities and services offered to residents (e.g., laundry facilities, recreational areas, community spaces).
- Rules and regulations for residents.
- Pet policies, if applicable.
- Security measures in place within the park.
A personal visit to the location would also be highly beneficial. This would allow potential residents to assess the cleanliness of the park firsthand, evaluate the lighting conditions at night, inspect the shared facilities, and get a general feel for the community atmosphere. If possible, speaking with current residents could provide valuable insights into the living experience at Jefferson Park (or Apache Tears Mhp).
In conclusion, Jefferson Park, located at Apache Tears Mhp in Mesa, Arizona, appears to be a mobile home and potentially RV park that is praised for its overall cleanliness. However, there are concerns regarding the cleanliness of the women's restroom and the level of lighting at night. The discrepancy in the name mentioned in one review also warrants clarification. Prospective residents should seek direct contact with the park management to obtain accurate information about services, features, and policies before making a decision. A personal visit is also strongly recommended to assess whether this community meets their individual needs and preferences when searching for "RV parks near me" or a mobile home park in Mesa.

Jefferson park Reviews
Beautiful "CLEAN" I have never seen a more cleaner park not a single piece of 🗑️ trash on the ground, lit up nicely, men's bathroom was super clean but the women's not so much. It would be a plus if after 10pm there were still a couple lights on in the park. Very dark area after ten. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.
