Johnny Franklin's Mobile Home Introduce
Are you a local resident in the Hendersonville, North Carolina area or its surroundings, searching under the category of "RV Parks Near Me" for services related to mobile homes, such as remodeling or moving? Johnny Franklin's Mobile Home, located at 33 Gilbert Cove Dr, Hendersonville, NC 28739, USA, appears to offer such services. It is important to note that while the platform category "RV Parks Near Me" typically focuses on temporary recreational vehicle accommodations, the term "mobile home" in the business name suggests a focus on services related to manufactured housing, which may include remodeling, moving, and potentially sales or park management, although the latter is not explicitly stated.
For local residents seeking assistance with mobile home needs, Johnny Franklin's Mobile Home can be contacted at (828) 692-8163 or their mobile number, +1 828-692-8163. However, it is crucial to be aware that the available customer reviews present significantly contrasting experiences, highlighting the importance of careful consideration and due diligence before engaging their services.
One detailed review from a customer who interacted with Mr. Johnny in December 2024 describes an initially positive business interaction regarding the remodeling of floors in a mobile home. The customer noted a "real business professional conversation" at the outset. However, the experience reportedly took a negative turn after a deposit was paid. According to this review, Mr. Johnny brought a porch and steps to the customer's property (where the customer also resides in a mobile home) and left them in the front yard, with bricks scattered around. The reviewer claims that for two months following this, nothing further was done, with the customer receiving "excuse after excuse after excuse." This individual strongly advises others to "beware of a good talk game" and suggests that once payment is secured, the service quality may decline significantly.
The reviewer also recounts meeting Mr. Johnny by chance while trying to contact another mover. They allege that Mr. Johnny spoke negatively about the other mover, causing the reviewer to be fearful of doing business with them. Ultimately, the reviewer concludes that Mr. Johnny himself was dishonest. Furthermore, they describe an attempt to communicate professionally and reasonably with Mr. Johnny, which they claim was met with "very aggressive" and "very disrespectful" behavior. The reviewer ends with a cautionary note about treating people poorly and expecting positive outcomes.
In stark contrast to this highly negative account, another reviewer offers a very positive initial impression. They state, "we think he is a super nice man. We are in the process of having him move our double wide. He even called us back 5 days earlier than discussed." This reviewer seems to be in the early stages of engaging Mr. Johnny's services for moving a double-wide mobile home and has experienced proactive communication, including an earlier-than-expected callback. Based on this initial interaction, they have given him the nickname "johnny on the spot," indicating a positive first impression of his responsiveness.
Given these diametrically opposed experiences, it is impossible to provide a straightforward objective introduction to the services, environment, or features of Johnny Franklin's Mobile Home. The reviews do not offer insights into the physical environment of an RV park or mobile home park managed by this business. Instead, they focus on the customer service and the outcomes of specific service engagements, namely remodeling and mobile home moving.
Based on the reviews, the services offered by Johnny Franklin's Mobile Home appear to include at least mobile home remodeling (specifically flooring) and mobile home moving (including double-wides). The mention of a porch and steps suggests potential involvement in exterior modifications or additions to mobile homes as well. However, the quality and reliability of these services seem to be a significant point of contention, as evidenced by the drastically different customer experiences.
There is no information available regarding any specific features or promotional offers associated with Johnny Franklin's Mobile Home in the provided reviews. The focus is solely on the interactions between the business owner (presumably Mr. Johnny Franklin) and the customers, as well as the perceived quality of the service provided.
For local users in Hendersonville, NC, who might find Johnny Franklin's Mobile Home listed under "RV Parks Near Me" or through other local service directories, it is critical to approach with caution and conduct thorough due diligence. The significant discrepancy in customer experiences suggests that outcomes may vary considerably.
If you are considering engaging Johnny Franklin's Mobile Home for remodeling or moving services, you should consider the following steps:
1. **Seek Additional Reviews:** Look for more reviews of Johnny Franklin's Mobile Home on other platforms to get a broader range of perspectives. A larger sample size of reviews might provide a more balanced picture of their service quality and reliability.
2. **Request References:** Ask for references from recent customers who have used the specific service you are interested in (e.g., remodeling or moving). Contact these references to inquire about their experiences, including the quality of work, communication, and overall satisfaction.
3. **Obtain a Detailed Written Contract:** Before paying any deposit, ensure you have a comprehensive written contract that clearly outlines the scope of work, timelines, payment terms, and any guarantees or warranties. This can help protect you in case of disputes or unsatisfactory service.
4. **Verify Licensing and Insurance:** Depending on the type of work being performed (especially moving and potentially remodeling), it may be prudent to verify if Johnny Franklin's Mobile Home holds the necessary licenses and insurance to operate legally and protect your property.
5. **Communicate Clearly and Document Everything:** Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the process. Document all agreements, payments, and any issues that arise in writing (e.g., via email or text message).
Given the serious allegations in the negative review regarding unprofessional behavior, delays, and unfulfilled promises, local users should proceed with caution and prioritize their protection by thoroughly vetting the business and documenting all interactions and agreements. The positive initial impression from another reviewer indicates that positive experiences are possible, but the risk of negative outcomes appears to be significant based on the available feedback.
In conclusion, Johnny Franklin's Mobile Home in Hendersonville, NC, offers services such as mobile home remodeling and moving. However, the customer reviews provide starkly contrasting accounts of their service quality and professionalism. Local users searching under "RV Parks Near Me" or other directories who come across this business should exercise caution, conduct thorough due diligence by seeking additional reviews and references, and ensure a detailed written contract is in place before engaging their services.

Johnny Franklin's Mobile Home Reviews
I met Mr. Johnny in December 2024 and I went and looked at a Mobile Home that he was working on remodeling the floors. He had a real business professional conversation. But after I gave him the deposit, he brought the porch and the steps to my property where I’m also living in a mobile home. He put the steps and the porch in my front yard bricks all over the front yard and two months later nothing it was excuse after excuse after excuse. Beware of a good talk game because once they feel like they have you There do any kind of way. I met him by accident. I was calling another mover and he trashed that mover and had me fearful to do business with him because he was so adamant that that mover was a crook but at the end he is the biggest crook. and when I Talk to him in a professional, reasonable matter he was very aggressive very disrespectful, but all with a tangle where we weave. You just can’t do people any kind of way and think you’re gonna come out on top because it won’t happen.

Nov 15, 2024 · Diane RhodesDespite the bad reviews we needed a mobile home mover FAST. Johnny and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. They are VERY knowledgeable and diligent and work great as a team! The price is fair! We are so grateful we found them and they are even scheduled to move another trailer for us soon! Thanks Johnny and Crew your your excellent service!
Jul 27, 2024 · Colleen ReaverI purchased a 40 x 12ft park model manufactured home and spent a lot of money having it built and customized from Clayton Homes. The company we hired, (who were supposed to be experts in getting these homes up challenging mountain roads) assured us they could get it up the treacherous 1.5 miles of switchbacks, gravel, paved and cement mountain roads in Bryson City. However, on the very day we were scheduled to do it they pulled the plug and said they could not do it. Our retailer offered to buy the home back from us but then called these this company who made it happen! If you have a challenging project to get a structure to places where it appears impossible without a helicopter, these are the guys you want to call. A year later and I am still amazed and VERY happy that they got it done.
Sep 06, 2024 · Charlie ProvenzaHe does not return calls. He found every reason in the book to not do a job. He is an old guy who just seems to want the easiest of jobs. He is a master of excuses.
