While specific details about the resort's landscaping, the size of individual RV sites, or the presence of natural features within the property are not extensively detailed, the mention of a "steep hill in/out of campground" indicates a topography that might offer some scenic views or a sense of being integrated into the natural landscape. This also suggests that RVers should be prepared for some elevation changes when entering and exiting the resort. The fact that the resort accommodated a guest under 55 years old, despite potentially having an age restriction, implies a degree of flexibility and a welcoming attitude towards different types of travelers, especially those in specific circumstances like storm relief work.

Standard RV park services such as hookups for electricity, water, and sewage are expected to be available at the individual sites, although this is not explicitly stated in the reviews. The availability of different electrical amperage (e.g., 30 amp, 50 amp) would cater to a variety of RV types. Other potential services might include waste disposal, and depending on the size and amenities of the resort, could extend to laundry facilities, Wi-Fi access, and recreational areas. The provision of contact phone numbers makes it easy for potential guests to inquire about specific services and make reservations.

Lakewood RV Resort Reviews
This resort was kind enough to allow me to stay there even though I am under 55 years old. They opened the place to people like me coming to work the storm damage. The staff was always good to me, the people that seem to live there were always nice to me as well. If I ever make it out there again maybe they’d be willing to let me stay there again even though I’m not 55.
Nov 10, 2024 · Knk KnkWe didn't have a spot reserved and the nice folks in the office found us a spot. Steep hill in/out of campground but not a issue. Bathrooms were clean. Great service.
Sep 09, 2024 · Douglas KalaharNice and quiet 55+ park. We are full-timers here. The owners are present and friendly. Knowledgeable staff. They all work together to keep up on keeping the park in good shape. Utilities included, upgrade available on wifi, fun activities.Amenities include a seasonal heated pool, mini-golf, exercise room, community center, small dog park.More expensive than some RV parks, but worth it.We'll be here awhile - come join us!
Nov 30, 2021 · Rose-Marie VWill NEVER go back! Treated so rudely at a Thanksgiving potluck. Brought food and our table was called last while the staff let all the campground "no food" walkins to eat before us. ALL food was gone when our table was called. Nobody from the campground cared. No place to get food afterwards on a holiday. My money will go to the other campgrounds in the area.
Dec 09, 2023 · Jeff MillerStayed her several years in our RV and went back this year by car and rented one of the apartments underneath the community room. The apartment is small, but adequate for two...and it is spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. The park recently changed owners but the new managers appear dedicated to maintaining a quality experience. Will be back for longer stays in the future.
