Kit Fox RV Park LLP Introduce
Welcome to Kit Fox RV Park LLP, situated at 240 Rogers Rd in Patterson, California. For local users and travelers searching for "RV parks near me" in the Patterson area, Kit Fox RV Park offers a potential stopover or base for exploring the region. Based on the available customer reviews, experiences at this park appear to be somewhat varied, highlighting both positive aspects and areas where improvements may be needed.
One reviewer shared a positive experience, indicating that the "lady taking reservations was exceptionally kind." This suggests that initial interactions with the park's staff can be pleasant and helpful, particularly during the booking process. This positive first impression can be crucial for travelers seeking a welcoming and accommodating place to stay.
The same reviewer also noted the availability of "good pull-through spot," which is a significant advantage for RVers, especially those with larger rigs or those preferring the ease of access that pull-through sites offer. These sites eliminate the need to back in, simplifying the setup and departure process. Additionally, the park was described as "clean," which is a fundamental expectation for any RV park and contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The reviewer also highlighted the park's convenient location, noting its proximity to "many restaurants and amenities," making it a practical choice for travelers seeking easy access to dining and essential services. Based on their positive experience, this reviewer stated they "would definitely recommend" Kit Fox RV Park.
However, other reviews present significant concerns regarding the park's reservation system and customer service. One reviewer recounted a particularly negative experience where their "spot that I paid for and asked them to hold for me" was given away to someone else. This occurred despite the reviewer explicitly informing the park staff that they would be returning later in the evening after driving into town with their motorhome and requesting that the paid spot be held. This situation raises serious questions about the reliability of reservations and the park's commitment to honoring prepaid arrangements. Losing a reserved and paid spot can cause significant inconvenience and frustration for travelers.
Adding to this concern, the same reviewer expressed the opinion that they "shouldn't have even had to ask them to hold it," implying that a paid reservation should inherently guarantee the availability of the site. This reflects a reasonable expectation from customers when making and paying for a reservation at an RV park.
Another reviewer shared a negative experience regarding communication, stating, "I called and left a message and no one bothered to get back to me." This lack of response to inquiries can be a significant deterrent for potential guests, as it suggests a lack of attentiveness to customer needs and can make the booking process challenging and unreliable.
Considering these contrasting experiences, it appears that while Kit Fox RV Park may offer some desirable features such as pull-through sites, a clean environment, and a convenient location near amenities, there are potential issues with the reliability of reservations and customer service responsiveness that prospective guests should be aware of.
For local users and travelers searching for "RV parks near me" in Patterson, Kit Fox RV Park LLP at 240 Rogers Rd presents a location with both positive and negative feedback. The positive aspects include a kind reservation staff member (at least in one instance), clean facilities, good pull-through spots, and proximity to local conveniences. However, the negative experiences regarding lost reservations and a lack of communication are serious concerns that potential guests should consider carefully.

- Full hookups (water, electricity, sewer).
- Potentially Wi-Fi access.
- Restroom and shower facilities.
- Laundry facilities.
- Dump station for RV waste.
- Possibly recreational areas or other amenities, although these are not mentioned in the provided reviews.
Given the mixed feedback, it would be wise for potential guests to seek clarification on the following before making a reservation or arriving at Kit Fox RV Park LLP:
- Their current reservation policies and procedures for holding paid spots.
- Their communication protocols for responding to inquiries and confirming reservations.
- The availability and specifics of their RV sites (e.g., size, hookups).
- The cleanliness and condition of their facilities.
- Any additional amenities or services offered at the park.
In conclusion, Kit Fox RV Park LLP in Patterson, CA, offers some appealing features such as clean pull-through sites and a convenient location. However, the reported issues with reservations being given away and a lack of communication are significant red flags that potential guests must consider. While one reviewer had a positive experience with a kind reservation staff member, the negative feedback regarding reservation reliability and responsiveness cannot be ignored. Local users and travelers searching for "RV parks near me" should weigh these factors carefully and consider contacting the park directly to address any concerns before making a booking.

Kit Fox RV Park LLP Reviews
We had problems with our tow vehicle and made a reservation here while we searched the area for a Ford dealer. The lady taking reservations was exceptionally kind. We ended up staying two nights. Good pull-through spot, clean park and close to many restaurants and amenities. Would definitely recommend.
Mar 25, 2025 · S shawThey gave my spot away, that I paid for and asked them to hold for me, to someone else. I drove into town with my motorhome and came back in the evening. I told them I was going to do that and to hold the spot - the one I paid for - but they didn't.I shouldn't have even had to ask them to hold it. I called and left a message and no one bothered to get back to me.
May 06, 2025 · RickandMelissa SchworerI'll start this by saying there was nothing "wrong" here. Positives: Sites are fairly level, fhu which are clean and in good repair, convenient location if you're traveling i5. Free wifi, tho it barely works. Many discount options. I used passport America, but still consider the price too high. Cons: PRICE. For what this place is, the price is outrageous ($70/nt), and it appears they are raising it 10%+/yr without thought. Insanely tight spaces. I guess this could be partially solved by disallowing rigs like mine (40' diesel pusher with toad), but the main problem is site width. On the other hand, the place was half empty when i was there, so if that was always true people could spread out. Some road noise from i5. Cable "was out", but i wouldn't use that anyway. Lack of any amenities at the park rounds out the list. At some point, places are going to have to stop raising rates.
Mar 16, 2025 · Kirk BergereBeen here several times and enjoyed it. Manager is friendly. Bathrooms could be better up kept but all in all great. Use passport America if you have it!
Mar 16, 2025 · Ryan CaspersCalled 4 hours ahead of arrival for an overnight spot for our 39ft Skoolie. Handled it all over the phone 👍🏽 they are Skoolie friendly but it needs to be in good shape and 20yrs or newer. Nice bathrooms and showers. Nice staff. 10/10
