New management is terrible, parking used to be taken care of and visitors were always able to find a spot when VISITING, now they have to compete with tenants who stay by the window waiting for VISITOR spots to open, or park on the main street and walk 50 houses down. More than half of the visitor parking spots became ”Reserved” spots for $25+ a month that goes straight to the manager and is not reinvested in the park. You can not park in front of your own house after 9pm, even for a minute because the manager or a tenant will take pictures of you and he will fine you $100. Previous manager cared about his community, he was always on top of it, yet I never see the new one, and complaints or concerns aren’t acknowledged unless they like you. All of our amenities were also taken away, such as the pool and hall that people would use for their parties/gatherings. I hope the higher ups can come down and see the state of the park and at the very least enforce the visitor parking more so my visitors don’t have to walk half a mile to visit.

Can’t even park in front of my driveway to take groceries out without getting fined. You cannot have 2 cars parked in front of house even though it fits both cars perfectly. People are very nosy, they will snitch you out, people don’t know how to mind there own business, the manager has the people that live here on his side tell me who breaks the rules & you will be on my good side, he’s a scam & a fraud with the rules & fines. I should be able to park & unload groceries whenever I please but you cannot. Very unprofessional, poor management. LA METRO should get new management ASAP ! Make the parking free as it’s in front of your house & up lift the rules.
