While online information about the park's comprehensive features and services might be limited, insights from resident reviews offer a glimpse into the lived experience at La Montana Del Sur.
One resident shared a positive experience, highlighting the "Beautiful community" and "amazing" homes. They specifically praised the property manager, Caryn, for her "truly exceptional" service, noting her knowledge and helpfulness, which made them feel genuinely welcome. This positive feedback suggests that La Montana Del Sur may offer a well-maintained environment and a responsive management team focused on resident satisfaction.
However, another resident presented a contrasting perspective. They expressed concerns about what they perceived as "pretty high standards" for rental qualifications, feeling that the requirements were excessive for the apparent condition of the property, which they described as "a little rundown and overpriced." This reviewer also mentioned numerous regulations and guidelines, with potential consequences like eviction or fines for non-compliance. Furthermore, they raised concerns about a high application fee and alleged denial without clear justification, which they found "very unprofessional." This reviewer also mentioned the local reputation of the area as "the 8 mile," suggesting potential neighborhood-related considerations for prospective residents.
Considering these varying viewpoints, it's essential for potential residents to conduct thorough due diligence. Visiting La Montana Del Sur in person would be highly beneficial to assess the environment, the condition of the properties, and the overall atmosphere of the community. Engaging directly with the management to understand the application process, fees, and all community rules and regulations is also crucial.
When exploring "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities, factors such as location, amenities, community culture, and cost are typically key considerations. La Montana Del Sur's location in Phoenix, AZ, offers access to the city's various amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, and recreational opportunities. However, the specific amenities within the mobile home park itself are not detailed in the provided information. Potential residents should inquire about features such as on-site laundry facilities, community spaces, pet policies, and any age restrictions that may apply.
Understanding the community's culture is also vital for a positive living experience. The contrasting reviews suggest that experiences may vary. While one resident felt welcomed and appreciated the management, another perceived the environment as overly regulated and the management as unprofessional in certain aspects of the application process. Speaking with current residents, if possible, could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the community's social dynamics and overall resident satisfaction.
Cost is another significant factor. The review mentioning the property being "overpriced" suggests that rental rates and fees at La Montana Del Sur should be carefully evaluated in comparison to other mobile home parks or "RV parks near me" in the Phoenix area. Understanding all associated costs, including lot rent, utilities, and any additional community fees, is essential for budgeting and making an informed decision.
In conclusion, La Montana Del Sur is a mobile home park located in Phoenix, Arizona, offering a long-term residential option. While one resident review highlights positive aspects such as a welcoming community and helpful management, another review raises concerns about rental qualifications, property condition, regulations, and application processes. Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to visit the property, speak with management, and if possible, current residents, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the community before making a decision. When searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities, a thorough on-site evaluation and direct communication with the park's management are crucial steps in finding the right fit for your individual needs and preferences.

La Montana Del Sur Reviews
I'm giving a 5 star for a few reasons. First and for most I highly recommend this Beautiful community, the homes are amazing! The service quality given by the property manager Caryn was truly exceptional, she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful I definitely felt welcome. Thanks again!
Jul 30, 2024 · LashareMy honest opinion about the location, is that they had pretty high standards for the qualifications on renting there by the looks of the property. I feel like everything they asked for was way too much for the location, the property looked a little rundown and overpriced. And plus they have so many regulations and guidelines that you have to go bye or they threaten you with eviction or a fine. Then they want to charge you a high application fee and deny you without letting you know under what grounds which I felt was very unprofessional. I asked around and it's also known as the 8 mile so that says it all. I would definitely pass on this location !!!!!!!
Apr 15, 2023 · Edwardo MataMy in laws live there my husband and I tried too buy a house there and was told by management why would we pay the application fee when our money 💰 was no good there. Very unprofessional too treat people who were looking too buy a home on your property

Mar 06, 2024 · Edgar GarciaMy family and I love the mobile home we live in, even though it has MANY problems and management will not fix them. When we moved in some little things didn't work and we only told them verbally. To just list a few things; the restroom fans didn't work, the nails of the end sides of the carpet are visible, some outlets don't work and I can go on.The last manager, Penny and her assistant Rudy NEVER reported anything so now my husband and I will have to pay to fix all that. (I do have to mention that they got fired reasons may vary but I'm pretty sure it's because they were NOT doing their job and/or just were wrong doing the owner/s).The now manager, Maria (I believe) told my husband that since there is nothing written then we have to pay for all that. She also suggested that she can't take our word for it since she can also ask Penny and/or Rudy. I find that very stupid, since there is a reason they got fired. Unfortunately, we did verify with an attorney and we have to repair everything out of pocket.Oh also, if you decide to just move in then I will give you a heads-up; there is water outage about 5 days a week and sometimes lasts ALL day, be prepared to keep your kids inside at all times because the cars drive super fast, your items outside get stolen, the manager keeps an eye on you if you complain and harassment begins, you can't have ANYTHING on the porch because you'll get a notice and the last but not least the manager is allowed to park in the street and landscaping but no body can say anything. One last thing if you ever complain to management about anything they will block your number and you will have to go in person for any thing. I believe that is VERY HIGHLY unprofessional.
