Additionally, many RV parks offer amenities like laundry facilities, restrooms, and showers for the convenience of their guests. Some parks may also feature recreational facilities such as swimming pools or communal areas.
Features of mobile home parks can vary. They often provide residents with a more long-term living arrangement compared to typical RV parks. To provide a balanced perspective, it's important to consider feedback from individuals who have experienced Rancho Tempe firsthand. Several reviews offer insights into the living conditions and management. One long-term resident expressed significant concerns regarding the electrical infrastructure, stating that their electric meter was located in a neighbor's yard and obstructed, posing a potential fire hazard and preventing them from resetting their own breakers in case of a power outage. This review indicates a persistent issue over a considerable period.
Another customer shared an experience involving a vehicle breakdown after hours. While acknowledging the park's right to tow the vehicle, the reviewer reported negative interactions with the management when attempting to obtain the towing company's information. The review described the staff member as rude and unhelpful, alleging that they were hung up on twice and directed to a "poster" without being informed of its location. This feedback highlights potential issues with customer service and communication.
These reviews present a critical perspective on Rancho Tempe, particularly concerning infrastructure maintenance and customer service. Potential residents or RVers considering this location should weigh these experiences carefully against their own needs and expectations. It's advisable to directly inquire about the specific services, amenities, and policies of Rancho Tempe to gain a comprehensive understanding.

It is recommended that interested individuals contact Rancho Tempe directly at the provided phone numbers to inquire about current availability, pricing, specific amenities offered to RV guests, and to address any concerns arising from the publicly available reviews. Understanding the park's policies regarding vehicle towing, utility maintenance, and after-hours support is crucial for a positive living experience.
When comparing "RV parks near me," consider factors such as the size and layout of the RV sites, the availability and quality of utility hookups, the cleanliness and maintenance of communal facilities, the presence of any recreational amenities, and the responsiveness and helpfulness of the management. Reading multiple reviews from various sources can offer a broader understanding of the typical resident or guest experience at a particular park.
For those specifically searching for mobile home parks, long-term considerations are paramount. These include the stability of the community, the upkeep of the park grounds, the clarity of lease agreements and park rules, and the responsiveness of management to maintenance requests and resident concerns. The review regarding the electrical meter issue highlights the importance of ensuring that basic infrastructure is well-maintained and safe.
In conclusion, Rancho Tempe is a mobile home and potentially RV park located in Tempe, Arizona, offering a specific geographic location with access to city amenities. However, publicly available reviews indicate potential challenges related to infrastructure maintenance and customer service. Individuals considering Rancho Tempe as a long-term residence or a temporary RV stop should conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with the park management and, if feasible, a site visit, to ensure it meets their individual needs and expectations. When searching for "RV parks near me," a comprehensive evaluation of all available options, including their services, features, and reported resident experiences, is essential for making an informed decision.

Rancho Tempe Reviews
I wouldn't even give 1 star my electric meteris in somebody else's back yard covered with debris. If my power goes out I'm screwed I can't even reset my own breakers. If my power goes out it's out. Not to mention it is a fire hazard. Been here 5 years nothing has changed: Update 10 years later it's still the same.
Mar 04, 2024 · Rick MorrisonOne of our vehicles died and could not be restarted. As it was after hours, we could not get a tow ourselves until the next morning and so the park had the vehicle towed (which is within their rights). However, when I called just to get the name or number of the tow company they used, the lady who answered the phone was quite rude and HUNG UP ON ME twice. The second time she said: "It is on a poster. We can't answer towing questions." before hanging up. No mention of the location of said "poster" either. This is absolutely horrible customer service AND management. I was extremely polite both times and simply asked for the towing company's name or number. I understand if there is a company policy but this was not even a polite explanation of policy. It was plain rudeness, especially to be intentionally hung up on twice.
Apr 07, 2019 · Jacquelyn Van SantLived here in 1999 to 2011. Was nice then. but went through the park just the other day. DAMN. WHAT a dump now. Sad but glad I don't live there anymore. Rules are rules. Enforce them. What a dump.
Mar 06, 2019 · Roxana DavisI lived there back in 1995 for about 6 yrs and it was awful due to mgmt!! It was a husband and wife team, wife was mgr but hubby was the maintenance man but he sure acted like the boss.. He claimed not to rent out trailors but he was and making money on the side. He gv us such a hard time moving out my trailor that was paid for, said i needed approval 1st from owners in Calif..he couldn't show me anywhere in the rules or policy such a thing, finally i threaten to call police.. The place is a real big dump now..
Dec 10, 2020 · Sarah HymerFelt like neighbors kept to themselves. Has a very big park and field with play area swings and sorts for kids. Has two pools, laundry mat on site, club house for rent for social events and parties with kitchen. aside from the issue of the landscaping being neglected of the trailer park. I find it to be a descent place to call home.
