Lake Runnymeade Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the St. Cloud, Florida area, Lake Runnymeade, situated at 1309 W Gardenvilla Ave, St Cloud, FL 34771, USA, is one potential option to consider. The provided phone numbers are (407) 498-4815 and +1 407-498-4815. As a platform assisting users in finding suitable RV parks and related services, it is crucial to present an objective assessment based on the limited publicly available feedback to aid in informed decision-making. The following introduction is derived from the few customer reviews available online.
Based on the limited information, a significant concern raised by a former resident of Lake Runnymeade pertains to substantial increases in lot rent over time. This individual, who reportedly lived at the park for four years, stated that the lot rent had increased annually, culminating in a "disgusting" $150.00 per month increase, bringing the monthly lot rent to $695.00 at the time of their review. An update within the same review indicates that by 2024, the lot rent had further escalated to $895.00 per month, accompanied by a strong accusation of "GREED."
This significant and repeated increase in lot rent, according to the reviewer, has not been accompanied by improvements or the provision of desirable amenities. The review explicitly mentions "no lake access," "no pool," and describes the park as a "poorly maintained dump." This stark assessment suggests a considerable disparity between the cost of residency and the perceived value or quality of the park's environment and offerings.
The lack of lake access is particularly noteworthy given the park's name, Lake Runnymeade. This absence of an expected natural amenity could be a significant disappointment for potential residents seeking waterfront living or recreational opportunities. The absence of a pool further limits the recreational options available within the park, especially for those seeking outdoor activities and a way to cool off in the Florida climate.
The description of the park as "poorly maintained" raises concerns about the overall living environment. Poor maintenance can lead to various issues, affecting the aesthetic appeal, safety, and functionality of the park. Potential residents should consider the implications of such conditions on their quality of life and the upkeep of their own RV or mobile home.
Another piece of feedback, albeit brief, indicates potential difficulties in contacting the park management via phone. The statement "They don't answer questions are their phone!" suggests a possible lack of responsiveness or communication issues, which could be a significant concern for prospective residents who need to inquire about the park or address any concerns during their stay.
Given the limited and overwhelmingly negative feedback, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the environment, services, and features of Lake Runnymeade. The available reviews paint a picture of escalating costs coupled with a perceived decline in value and maintenance, along with potential communication difficulties with management. There is no mention of any positive features or amenities that might typically be expected in an RV or mobile home park, such as laundry facilities, community areas, recreational spaces, or organized activities.
Due to the absence of any positive feedback or information regarding specific services and features, it is impossible to detail them objectively based on the provided data. The reviews focus solely on the negative aspects of increasing lot rent and the perceived poor condition and lack of amenities at Lake Runnymeade.
Similarly, there is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. The focus is entirely on the escalating costs and the negative perception of the park's condition and lack of amenities. Therefore, potential residents should not expect to find any advertised discounts or special offers based on this limited information.
In conclusion, for those searching for "RV parks near me" in St. Cloud, Florida, the limited customer feedback regarding Lake Runnymeade raises significant concerns. The escalating lot rent, coupled with the alleged lack of amenities and poor maintenance, as well as potential communication issues with management, should be carefully considered. Prospective residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the park in person, assessing the current conditions, and attempting to communicate directly with the management to obtain accurate and up-to-date information before making any decisions regarding residency at Lake Runnymeade. The starkly negative feedback suggests that this park may not offer the value or quality of living that many RV or mobile home owners seek.

Nov 22, 2024 · John DupreeManagement who runs this place is flat out rude. They list their trailers for rent saying they allow large dogs. I call and ask about information and the man I spoke to tells me to "dump my dog." I am sorry but my dog isn't a piece of garbage and how about you dump your attitude. He also said I lied about the listing saying they allowed dogs but on Trulia is says LARGE DOGS. I hear this park is crawling with bed bugs and meth anyhow glad they don't accept dogs because it would have been a mistake to rent here.
