Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park, located at 13020 17th Ave W, Everett, WA 98204, USA. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it's important to understand that Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park primarily functions as a mobile home park catering to long-term residents. While it may not traditionally offer services for short-term RV stays, individuals considering a longer-term living situation in the Everett area might find the available information relevant to their search for a suitable community.
The limited number of available customer reviews for Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park presents a somewhat contrasting picture of the resident experience. One reviewer offers a highly positive assessment, describing it as "seriously one of the best places to stay especially long term." This reviewer specifically praises Sandy, the owner, referring to her as a "rockstar" who "takes care of her good tenants." They also note Sandy's proactive approach to addressing issues and her efforts to improve the park's overall appearance, stating she "does not put up with any issues that you might have and is working on making the place nice and cleaned up." This positive perspective suggests that for some residents, Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park offers a comfortable and well-managed long-term living environment.
In stark contrast, another reviewer presents a significantly negative experience, directly identifying "Sandy the Manager" as "the biggest problem here." This review details a specific incident involving a shed roof failure over the winter, which resulted in damage to the resident's property stored inside. The reviewer expresses dissatisfaction with the manager's response, quoting a dismissive remark ("why did you put anything in that icky shed?") and alleging a failure to repair the shed despite the resident remaining in the park for an additional six months. This account raises concerns about the responsiveness of management to maintenance issues and the level of support provided to residents facing property damage.
Furthermore, the negative review mentions another incident where the manager allegedly "threatened to tow my rv for a stream of white stuff, allegedly paint near garbage." The reviewer characterizes this as one of "several" negative interactions, ultimately leading them to conclude that it is "not a good place to stay" and resulting in the resident being "forced to sue." This serious accusation suggests potential issues with management style, communication, and the enforcement of park rules, which could significantly impact the quality of life for residents.
Considering these divergent reviews, prospective residents should approach Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park with caution and a need for thorough investigation. While one review highlights positive aspects related to the owner's management style and efforts to improve the park, the other review paints a concerning picture of unresolved maintenance issues, perceived mismanagement, and potential legal disputes. The limited information available makes it difficult to ascertain the overall environment and typical resident experience at the park.
For individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category who might be considering a long-term stay in a mobile home park setting, Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park presents a complex scenario. The positive review suggests a potentially caring owner and a community where issues are addressed, while the negative review raises red flags about management responsiveness and fairness. It is crucial to recognize that these are individual experiences and may not represent the entirety of the resident population's views.
Given the conflicting feedback, it is strongly recommended that anyone considering residency at Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park conduct thorough due diligence. This should include attempting to contact the park management to inquire about current policies, maintenance procedures, and any ongoing efforts to address past issues. A visit to the park to observe the grounds and the overall atmosphere would also be beneficial, if possible. Speaking with current residents, if feasible, could provide additional perspectives on the living experience at Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park.
It is important to note that without direct contact information (phone number) provided in the initial message, it is challenging for prospective residents to readily reach out to the park management. This lack of contact information in the initial data is a significant missing piece for anyone looking to learn more about Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park.
In conclusion, the available online reviews for Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park present a mixed picture. While one resident praises the owner's management and the positive living experience, another details significant negative issues with the manager, including unresolved maintenance, alleged threats, and a resulting lawsuit. For local users exploring "RV parks near me" and considering long-term mobile home living, Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park warrants careful consideration and thorough investigation due to these conflicting reports. Without further information or direct contact with the park, it is difficult to form a definitive objective assessment of the community. Prospective residents should prioritize gathering more information and potentially visiting the site to make an informed decision.

Lake Stickney Mobile Home Park Reviews
Seriously one of the best places to stay especially long term. Sandy the owner is a rockstar and takes care of her good tenants. She does not put up with any issues that you might have and is working on making the place nice and cleaned up. I love my life here.
Oct 29, 2020 · pnwflyfisherSandy the Manager is the biggest problem here. Everything was fine untill the roof on the shed failed over the winter and ruined a lot of my property. Her response "why did you put anything in that icky shed?" Lol. Then didn't fix it even tho I was there another 6mo. Threatened to tow my rv for a stream of white stuff, allegedly paint near garbage. 1 of several?? Not a good place to stay. Forced to sue 😒
Sep 22, 2022 · Chris LeonU don't want to live here sandy the manager is the problem she is very judgemental she has very strict rules but depending who u are rules apply to some people but has different rules for others she is also very nosy I can't have Mt blinds open cause she will be at ur windows looking in she stops all cars coming in and has to know where they are going what they are doing how long they will be staying. She also won't let visitors at least to me anything over 4 hrs she will charge me 15 dollars a day but my lease says 48 hrs before charging I own my mobile home so she can't come in my place but if your renting a mobile home from here she has keys and will enter ur home without notice at anytime ur not home
Feb 11, 2023 · Andrea RobertsNice neighbors that reside there, but a bit high priced for the area. 2 tips to anyone interested in renting there, if the manager offers you something, be sure to get it in writing. I know that is a good idea for all things in life. Also, before you visit or apply, make your social media pages "private" to limit what you may be judged for.
