My parents live in this 55+ community, and they have many styles of pre-fab, single, and double wide mobile homes. There is a monthly lot rent, but that helps to keep the community looking as pretty as can be. There is a large guest area for renting to have a party, a bridal shower, etc. Guests may stay with you but only for 30 days. You may even find a home for sale, within the park itself. If so, it's a great opportunity to purchase it and make it your own with DIY renovations. Need a hand finding someone to help w/upgrades or renovations, just ask! There are many people who can recommend some help

It's located conveniently between Highway 99 and Mukilteo Speedway, but it doesn't seem like it's between two busy highways, because it's fairly quiet, considering. Space rent is reasonable, especially for this general area. I have had my car broken into once, but have had no other issues at all. Neighbors are very friendly and keep their yards very nice. It's a nice place to live.

It was carefully planned quite awhile ago...and now benefits from mature plantings, along with a mature population. Retired, friendly, quiet seniors reside here. Pets are welcome, and there's a beautiful green belt for all the residents and their pets to enjoy. You can safely walk, drive and live in this quiet little retirement community nestled between Mukilteo Speedway and Highway 99. Convenient, quick access to major roads but quietly tucked out of sight.

There are lots of mature trees and vegetation. Pets are welcome, with a green belt for people and pets to enjoy. It is safe to walk, drive and live in this community. It is located between Mukilteo Speedway and Highway 99, with entrances to both. Convenient access to 405 and I-5. Great location close to everything you need, but quietly tucked out of sight.
