Moved in 5/2023 and i must say this community is the most welcoming, friendly, caring and helpful of the 3 places I have lived since arriving in the area 5 years ago. Grounds are beautiful; many activities in the clubhouse. What keeps me from giving it 5 stars are two things: lot rent is unbelievably high and poses a financial burden for many. Some rents more than 1500.00 per month. Also, lots of people disregard the 10 mph speed limit, which can be dangerous for those seniors who may be walking their dogs. My hope is the owner will take these issues into consideration as they did hold a luncheon recently to listen to our concerns. I respected this and it seemed to be genuine.
